My family and I just left there and we will not be back. The angry teen behind the front counter (Brooke) huffed and puffed when I asked to load $200 on 4 separate cards. I figured with her attitude, maybe $200 was a bit much, so we started out at $20, to which again, she never replied, or even said "sure! $200 on 4 cards, no problem." We had come prepared to spend money that day. She ignored the smiles of my 4 year old twins and let out an over exaggerated sigh when asked where the party room was. Thats just when we walked in. We hadnt even been inside for 5 mins. So we decided to take the twins to the mini bowling. No bumpers???. Balls kept getting stuck. :( We asked for some help. -again, a sigh from another angry teen- Manager shows up, fixes ball issue. I asked about bumpers, to which he said "yeah I dont think we have those" and walked away. We head over to the gocarts. Sign in. Go wait behind the yellow line. No one was ahead of us. Guy behind the counter takes our cards, never saying anything. It was like he was upset we interrupted him from sitting there. We go on back to wait to get in our car. Again, my 4 year old twins are smiling and sharing excitement with the two workers. Both look down at the girls, show zero excitement, point us to our car. We get in. My car was awfully slow. (Ive ridden these carts before, it was slow.) While coming around the turn, I said to the guy, "I think my car is slow or something. Why is everyone passing me?" He ignores me. Race is over. We get out. My kids started walking the wrong way to exit, to which no employees said "please turn and exit this way", one girl just looked at her partner shaking her head, while the guy was directing us with rolled eyes and pointed fingers from 5 car lengths away. I never had a single positive experience here today, aside from the two party hosts at the out door party I was a part of. The hosts were informative , helpful, kind and handled a large group of kids- in the heat- with no complaints! Literally every single staff my family and I encountered INSIDE was rude, impatient, not helpful and seemed to be annoyed by our presence. We even waited in line to get information about a group party, to which we were ignored. So we walked away. We tried spending money on fun today but apparently the staff didnt want to fool with us. $800 on cards, plus $350 on a private party, $1,350 total. I know that may not be a lot to a large company, but to us, its something weve worked for, set aside and had plans on spending that today. Instead we spent $45. Weve decided to have a private party for the twins at our house and never visit this location again. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you start hiring smiling faces and getting rid of the entitled, lazy brats I dealt with today. I gave two stars. One for each of the party hosts. Nothing else deserved a star.

Great place for the games and activities, but the restaurant is really a deal breaker - we waited over 30 minutes after ordering, and had not received anything other than 2 incorrect drink orders - we ordered 3 waters and an unsweetened iced tea - the waitress spent several minutes with 2 containers of tea trying to figure out which was sweetened and which was not - and she still got it wrong. The kitchen staff seemed to be more interested in standing in the doorway to the dining area watching TV than in preparing our order. When we got up to leave, both the manager and the bartender tried to get us to stay while they went in the back to find out what was going on; they did not seem to understand that after waiting 34 minutes for NOTHING, we were leaving - not waiting more. We will not return. There are other restaurants in the area, and there are other bouncy houses and arcades and putt-putt golf courses. If a company does not have a monopoly in an area, then I would think they would make certain to ensure they provide the best service possible.

Came to Scene 75 today with family that was coming into town to see our new place (we just moved here from Cleveland) the 4 of us got the $39 passes. We played for 15-20 minutes and our cards stopped working it took three times for them to redo our same cards and they still werent working. The fourth time a different guy said something was wrong with the system in another state and he gave us each $10 to spend on games but each game is generally 1.00 or more... we play 7 games alone in 20 minutes. Then we played golf which was good and laser tag. Then the two boys bought tickets to ride the bulls the staff said we had to wait which was fine after about 15-20 minutes they informed us that they couldnt find the keys and they think that someone took them home. So then we had to wait to get refunded. We spent half the time we were there fixing the problems, I dont know if we just had bad luck or what but just moving here and trying to take family there was disappointing.

My boyfriend and I went outside to vape (we have 0 nicotine in our vape). We were told we have to vape with the other smokers. The whole reason we vape is because we quit smoking cigarettes. I do not want to stand with all of the cigarette smoke and be around it. When we explained to the guy it was just water vapor, nothing harmful whatsoever, he got very rude with us, told us "well thats too bad". The owner personally told us he didnt want our business and him and another guy literally ganged up on us and trapped us in the corner instead of talking like adults and being polite about it. We will never being going back there again, and neither will any of our friends or family. We got kicked out for vaping OUTSIDE of an establishment. Im still in shock that it even happened. Also, the staff in the lobby were laughing at us as we left. Never experienced such terrible customer service and rude staff in my life.

First visit yesterday, and we had a great time! I was prepped for the pricey games. It is a little ridiculous that most games cost a dollar instead of a quarter. Cant do as much when you run out of money so fast. Go-Karts were fun for the boys and no one yelled when one of mine spun-out. He got bumped from behind and lost control. They just fixed him and he went on his way. He was done driving after that. Bumper cars were much more fun. Bouncing was fun. Laser tag was fun. Just pricey games overall. My suggestions would be that they consider lowering the price of most of the games, and also turning down the music, or off completely. It is not necessary to blast that noise. Take a poll! See what the customers want: no music, half-loud music, or the current ear-numbing music. When its almost impossible to hear the person talking right next to you, its too loud.

Its always a good time, but I would like to see them expand the building and add some more stuff. We were a little disappointed with the virtual reality experience because the website said they had 20 min and 60 min slots available and all these different games to choose from, including some that you could play with your friends. When we got there they only had 20 min slots available, only 2 games to choose from at a time, and nothing we could play together. When it worked it was fun, but me and my girlfriend both had problems with it. Her goggles kept going black and one of my controllers was glitching out in the corner of the room. Other than that it is a pretty fun time. I also would like to add that I recently tried their massage chairs and theyre the best ones Ive ever sat in. It was awesome and cheap too. $3 for 10 mins and $5 for 20 mins if I remember right.
