I have been to this skating rink on several occasion and it has been great. On last Sunday I experience a guy skating very fast and wild and he almost made me fall. It happened so fast that I had to brace myself by falling against him. It scared me so bad because I have problems with my knees. I thought he was coming back to apologize to me but he came back and told me not to hit him anymore. I told him to stop skating so wild and fast because he almost hurt me. From that point he continued to skate really fast as to harass me and intimidate me. I spoke to the manager about it and he seem to maybe act like it was know big deal. He said it was the only complaint he has had about this person and if he do it again let him know. I was told by the Referee that there have been several complaints about this person so why is management continuing to allow this to happen to us. We come to have fun not to be bullied and hurt. Anyway I stayed a little while longer. Feeling scared to get back on the floor because he continued to skate wild and continued stopping where I was to make sure he got my attention. I decided to leave and i am not sure about coming back. Wild and dangerous skaters shouldnt be allowed to do as they please. I hope the owner get this post and not allow this to continue to happen again. I

I will never step foot in this skating rink again. The Kennesaw location is way better! Had a birthday party here on a Sunday, party host were booked for more than one party that day, so they were very unattentive to parties needs. Attitudes of staff and guest were VERY RUDE and inappropriate! NONE of the games in the "arcade" work except for two. The games just kept taking my childs coins! In which I just returned all the coins left and got my Money back! The guys who worked the skate rental were probably the nicest ppl in the place! Also the light skinned chick at the counter giving out the skate trainers. She was pretty understanding. Manager is young and snappy , has an attitude as if guest are bothering her with their complaints! You NEED a NEW MANAGER!! Outdated signs for foods and drinks! So when youe rung up you are getting a different price then the sign! Music was very WACK played only one kind of music, not very versatile at all. Over all like I said. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Worst experience ever!!!! Customer Appreciation day? What a joke! Girl at the front desk was extremely rude to all 3 adults in our party. I called in advance to find out about having a party for my daughter here, stated I was considering using the groupons instead of booking a party. Told them I was having two separate people buy Groupons. They told me today was customer appreciation day and we would be able to get 100 tokens for $20. Arrived today with 7 children and 3 adults. They refused to let us use two Groupons even though purchased by two separate people. Token machine broken, so they wont honor the token deal I was promised. Would only sell us a bag of 24 tokens for $6 each. Playground was a joke. AND no one available to sell beer today so we cant buy a beer to help calm our nerves after all the stress. $5 just to rent a plastic skating prop. Plus you have to pay full price to for a soda just to get some water. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is the nicest-looking rink Ive seen in the metro Atlanta area. The murals on the walls were recently updated in celebration of the rinks anniversary. The skyline mural glows in black light, which is really cool. The Sunday night adult session (8p-12a) brings in hundreds of adult skaters and is one of the most popular skate nights in Atlanta. The concessions stand serves good food (better tasting than most) and adult beverages are available (beer and wine). The pro shop sells quality skates like Riedell and the staff can assist with moderate repairs to your pre-existing skates. The skate floor is kept in good repair, but is kind of "tight"/grippy which works for speed skating but may be a bit bothersome for pivoting, spinning, etc. The Sunday night DJ changes every week but is always someone who knows real skate music and who plays for the crowd, which is mostly 25+.

Had went last Sunday for adult night. First of all the music sucked there wasnt a good mixture of it. I felt like I was skating with my grandparents. Then the feel of the crowd wasnt good. You have people pushing you and talking nasty to you. So after we left then they started playing some music I was familiar with. One lady told one of my friends to get in the middle after she had just got on the floor a few seconds ago like she didnt know how to skate or something. Also there was no where to park we got there at 8pm. Then the floor was so packed looked like the downtown connector at rush hour. It is really small. I will never go back there ever.

Im so disappointed, its ridiculous! Needless to say somehow they gave someone else my daughter brand new shoe. Im pissed not only that, she had to leave the skating rink with no shoes. Are you freaking kidding me? The only response that I got was well give you some money to replace her shoe. Thats not the point, the point is you didnt even think to look inside the shoe before you gave it to someone else? I already know the person not going to bring the shoe back! Those are my daughter school shoes. I dont live around the corner I live 45 minutes away. Are you going to give me some gas money on top of that for me to have to go get the money? Smh!

Management was horrible when I took kids on Saturday 4/11/15. Called today (Sunday) to speak with owner to complain, but "they" were not in. Asked for owners name so Id know who to asked for and was told" they couldnt give me that information". Ive never heard of a business that couldnt say who owned it when you spend money there and are frequent customers. I will spend more gas money to start going back all the way to Kennesaw because they have GREAT customer service!

Well this was my first time coming & there was a fight. I was waiting on the 9:30 mixtape and paid 3$ for the grill, when suddenly i saw a crowd. I thought it was a hit dem folks circle but I saw that a girl was getting jumped over their phone getting stolen. They told us to get out and everybody was rowdy.. I am disgusted over this place. I heard so many good reviews and they didnt give us no refund, no NOTHING. they said they would be shooting so I hurried up and left.

I went here today on a good whether Saturday and after about 50 mins while i was skating a fight broke out by the rental lounge! After that another fight broke out !,and they kicked everyone out of the building just because of this fight , there was NO REFUNDS , people were loosing shoes some people walked out barefoot! They were threatening to tase people if they didnt get off the premises ! I would not recommend this "sparkles " for minors or family s
