The "front desk" employees where you enter and register were painfully apathetic, unprofessional, and not the least bit helpful. They have the audacity to have a tip jar prominently displayed at the desk as well. Register ahead online if after reading this review, you still decide to visit. I would caution against it. While researching this location, I came across numerous reviews stating that the patrons children fell seriously ill after the visit. Sadly, my child and I experienced this as well. My usually resilient child fell incredibly ill with a fever and a cough that took weeks to subside almost a month after our visit. Our visit on June 24, 2017 was almost three hours long and during that time period, I did not observe any kind of cleaning or disinfecting of play surfaces taking place. Also, underneath and strewn throughout the play area were suspicious trash bags. It is a shame because we both had so much fun. The concept and experience of Catch Air are wonderful, but this experience has convinced us never to visit again, and I would advise all cautious parents (especially those of immunocomprimised children) to do the same.

Kids had a great time, but terrible management customer service. Would not recommend for a birthday party!! Had 2 different birthday parties with terrible management issues both times! We had the birtday package of 8 kids, got the bill at the end with an additional 4 kids and $40 dollars more! Went to management to find out why, and He was Very Rude saying someone had to pay and it would not be him! I did not even know the kids that another parent brought. (I think it was some older syblings and friends.) By the time the bill was brought they were gone to even ask if they would pay. So I had to pay. I had the 8 kid package for a reason, if I wanted to pay for 4 other kids, I would have invited them! If I had not had a 3 year old screaming becouse she could not find me because I was dealing with my bill I would have fought it! But my daughter was scared, my other kids were everywhere trying to get them together to leave, and the other family members are trying to say goodby. Would not recommend at all for a party.

If it were up to my 3 year old this place would get 5 stars. I dont particularly care for how dirty everything is. But admittedly, I am very particular about dirt, mold and such. If I had to rate just on cleanliness alone Id give it 2.5 stars. Also some of the children are badly behaved, even violent. Some of the parents do not watch over their young ones. But then you have the children who are amazing with equally amazing parents. This place would get 10 stars if it were cleaner and empty whenever we go lol... I will give it a 4 because even with all the negatives it is still pretty darn amazing.

This is a great place to waste a day when the weather outside is less than pleasant. Always remember to bring your socks (even parents). Weve been to and had several birthday parties there. My only complaint is that the price increase for parties has gotten to a near untenable point. Its 10 dollars to pay for a child to jump and 209 for a party for 8 kids. Something doesnt add up. Its a great time nonetheless. Clean. Much to do for all age levels and you can order pizza delivered there so you dont need to leave for lunch.

Ive loved this place since it opened a few years back. They say they sanitize throughout the day, but Ive only witnessed this a couple of times. Despite the sanitizing, my daughter seems to get sick after every visit. One thing that is irritating is that our favorite play things seem to always be down, deflated, or have "keep off" signs on them. I wish theyd put more into the maintainance the machanical play things. Other than that, its hours of fun. They should bring back the 15% off days they had on their Facebook page.

New renovations are great and worth the slight sticker shock I had since we hadnt been in 5 or 6 months so didnt know prices went up $3 - my two toddlers played happily for twice the time they would have previously and loved all the new additions. The new layout seems a lot more toddler-friendly and gives everyone enough breathing space that the older kids can play without plowing over the little ones.

My kids love it here but, for the price you pay it is really underkept. This will be our last time here until they clean and get bounces in better shape. The dust level is outrages. So, if you have allergies I dont reccommend coming. Workers were using disinfecting wipes on the mats and some play areas, but that doesnt help why is above you. This place needs some cleaning.

Fun indoor playground for the kids to run around and explore. Includes slides up to two stories, climbing obstacles, separate space for the younger crowd, ball pit area, and a couple interactive touch screen games. They do a good job keeping the place up, considering that it take a beating from kids all day. Parents are free. They also have snacks onsite for sale.

My grandson has loved coming here. Hes three now and today we see big children allowed who run around behaving in a way which intimidates. Its not a suitable venue for older children. Its developmentally inappropriate. Set boundaries because parents dont. Either keep it as intended for little ones or change it up for older children. My grandson had a bad day.

1st time there. Way too crowded, not enough seating options. No age limit in the toddler area resulted in a lot of older kids running around jumping over the walls and knocking over the smaller ones that the space was designed for. Overall, instead of letting the kids play, I spent most of the time trying to make sure they didnt get knocked over.

They should call this place Catch Virus instead of Catch Air. This place was great when it first opened but the owners have completely let It go. Place stinks, floors are disgusting with hair and food and Equipment has build up of trash in all the corners.. If you want your kid to get sick take them here and they are guaranteed to catch virus!

We took my nieces here over the holidays. They had fun but it was pretty chaotic as Id guess youd expect. The check in/out system wasnt very efficient and it seems like theres room for error because of how busy it was. Maybe need more cubbies for shoes and jackets. Play area was fun and clearly divided for younger and older kids.

Not bad for $10, but the staff at the front desk had attitudes and were extremely rude. My first time going and I didnt know you needed socks just to walk around, Im 8 months pregnant and had to leave to use the bathroom because they would not even let me walk across to floor to use the bathroom because I had shoes but not socks.

I was finally able to take my 3-year-old son here and we had such a great time! Yes, it was crowded, but, it was on a Saturday and if you dont expect there to be 3-5 birthday parties on a Saturday at a play-place built for children then youre sadly mistaken. Still, had a great time and cant wait to go back!
