I do not usually go to this particular theater, but they were showing a limited edition movie here. We arrived, and were greeted at the concession stand with unfriendly and unenthusiastic assistance. The popcorn was stale and unappealing. When went to take our seats, we were then informed that the movie, which my wife had pre-ordered tickets for, wasnt going to be showing. The young man who informed us of this had very little to give in the way of details and offered to get his manager. We heard the manager over the radio try to pawn off her duties on someone else, but after several minutes finally emerged to speak with the now gathered crowd. The manager was very short and rude with the disappointed customers. She told us we could come back for another showing 5 hours later. When people said they wouldnt be unable to make that showing, she all but shrugged her shoulders, and said that was what she could offer. After a few customers whom had already paid and even bought concessions started getting vocal (understandable) she gave another employee vouchers for another viewing to hand out with no further explanation. No one knew what exactly was going on, and it was all handled very poorly. We will not be returning to this theater. There are multiple other theaters in the area that have much better customer service.

Worst movie experience EVER! First, there was only one person manning the ticket booth at 6PM on a Saturday. Good thing we arrived 30 minutes early. By the time we reached the ticket booth to purchase tickets for Captain America (which has been in theaters for at least 3 weeks), the only seats available were in the front row. This might not have been a problem with any other movie, but this one has lots of action scenes. Sitting that close after watching the first action scene, I had to look away during other action scenes to avoid a massive headache. Oh I almost forgot the concessions. The popcorn was awful, NO FLUFFY POPCORN in the entire bucket. It was also burnt all for $10 (what a rip-off). Finally, the bathrooms were atrocious! Both mens and womens (my husband went too). They were messy and unattended, I would expect messy on a Saturday, but unattended? My husband reported a large pool of water in front of the urinals in the mens room. I hope the owner had good insurance because if someone were to slip.... I feel like I need to go see the movie again and that this theater just pulled a couple of twenties out of my wallet without a please or thank you.

I just returned home from watching a movie at this theater and it leaves much to be desired. The Sunday matinee prices are higher here than the nearby AMC Theater at the Castleton Mall, and in my experience the AMC quality is a notch above. The worst part about my time at this theater was the fact that my wife had to wear her gloves, scarf, and winter jacket to keep warm during the whole movie. My feet were nearly frozen by the end. I would say the temperature was around 50-55 degrees. The concession and ticket prices are higher here yet they cant seem to be able to afford their heating bills during the winter. I would recommend heading to Castleton Mall to see your shows as Ive not had a single bad trip to the theater there, and you will enjoy better prices and quality! Also the reviews below are done by management or employees. I found the same ID/Username doing reviews on Yahoo! also.

Gross! Imagine the gross sticky floors of a traditional theater. Now imagine that stickiness all over a leather chair that touches 50% of your body as YOU LAY IN IT! perhaps reclining leather chairs were a good idea when they were brand new, but now that countless strangers have sweated, spilled, and farted in that chair, the clean feeling has definitely left! Not to mention assigned seating, so if you pick wrong at beginning you are forced to be stuck with broken, nasty, or sticky chair for the movie! Ew! Oh, and the kicker, they charge extra for your tickets for this "experience ". Manger was also very rude, when I asked why charge an extra $3 when I had already purchased ticket vouchers at Costco. IMO ripoff. Ill be taking my money elsewhere...

Today we saw a movie in this theater and we were surprised at how far below par it feels. We have recently seen quite a few movies in the Chicago land area as a comparison. The only good thing that I can say is that it was clean. The seats are not those comfortable seats you find in most theaters, instead they were uncomfortable and had no head support. The movie that we saw had a terrible splice in the middle of it which the theater must have ignored and ran anyway (this was definitely not opening weekend for this movie). At the end we saw only about 10 seconds worth of credits before the screen went blank. People bood from the theater when that happened. Overall we will be movie going elsewhere in the future.

The only thing that saved this place from getting a one star review is that the have really really nice big leather electric reclining seats and reserved seating. The place is always under staffed and messy. Plan on getting snacks? Arrive 15 to 30 minutes (depending on the time or day) before your viewing because they never have more than 3 people working the cash register. I cant speak for the womens restrooms but, the mens restrooms are bad. The floor is always sticky and all the toilets are almost always clogged or dirty. I once brought the state of the bathroom up to the manager and he seemed totally indifferent. So, if you are planning on using the bathroom and eating beforehand, this is an alright theater.

Where to start with this place. I recently took my daughters to a movie here, and it was an absoluteky awful experience. The first thing i noticed was the mess someone made in the restroom. The problem is i told them about it before we even sat down in our seats. The mess was still there after a two hour movie. The theater was ungodly hot. Broke a sweat just sitting in the seat. They also never turned the house lights all the way down. They said it was a safety issue and that they never turn them all the way down. The theater beside had theirs all the way down. The staff are lazy and will lie just to cover up how poor of an operation is being ran there.

Didnt anticipate the seat thing. I can see how out could be problematic if youre spontaneously catching a movie last minute. We saw deadpool at 11:20a.m. so it wasnt too bad. Still got middle-of-the-row seats. Didnt get to sit in back as usual but reclining seats saved my neck, which is my reason for sitting in back. $16 for two tickets seemed average. Seats were not sticky like other reviewer started. Seats were comfortable. Will totally bring a blanket next time. Lol New 4k screen looked amazing. Employee doing a walkthrough during the movie was distracting, but Im super ADD.

I love the new reclining chairs, but seems they have put all their funding into them and nothing else. The bathrooms were disgusting. I had to walk into 5 different stalls to find a clean one. Floors were extremely dirty in the bathrooms also. I went on a week night and I know the floors could not get that dirty in one day. Seems they are skipping their cleaning. Also, they do not have refill stations for drinks and no butter station. If it werent for the chairs, I would have hated this theater.
