I love this theatre (a movie that was given 4/5 stars was almost all cuss words and I complained after sitting through 15 minutes of the crap and received two free movie tickets per one Id bought)! But that was the reviewers and producers fault. Its the only place I go to in this area since it was built (much better than Movico. I dont fork out for the dinning and movie tickets, but if I have the time Ill go upstairs and have a cocktail beforehand. My complaints are that the theatures are different sizes and you should be able to know what size theatre and whether it has CinéBistro in it (Ive heard parents complain that they wanted to eat upstairs "privately" and have their kids in the top 1-2 rows so they can watch them so both groups enjoy the movie). Plus the SMALL theatres should be reserved for movies that have been out a month or for birthday party groups (though theyd hold multiple parties, they feel slightly closterphobic, and if its a new release it feels like youve been jipped). Concussion wise, I love that I can have more than pop and popcorn. I do wish that theyd keep a perminant person downstairs and that all food available downstairs would be served upstairs. The one time I was about to pay for the dinning seats I asked for items available downstairs and was told Id have to buy it downstairs and bring it back up. THERES AN ELEVATOR! USE IT FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT CHICKEN OR NACHOS, ECT! And it would be wonderful if there were drink & popcorn refill stations at the far ends of hall or on a portable cart. It may seem like a lot of complaints, but they arent. They are recommendations to make a good theatre into a great one. When it comes down to it, the theatres are clean as well as the bathrooms and the food is above par compaired to some places. One person made a complaint about people who watch the first showing they paid for and stay for another (or move over to a different movie). My response is "so what" as long as the movie past its first two weeks or the theatre has plenty of room open. The movie is going to play so there might as well be people to watch it. Basically, they need staff to clear the room, clean it, and I then actually look at the tickets as people walk in for the newly released shows. Better yet, sell an all day pass bracelet for the price of a movie & a half (though buyers can only watch ONE movie under two weeks old). I love this theatre. Just keep making it better. And have a map that says which theatres are which size. PLEASE!!!!

Have been to the Cinebistro many times, BUT, our experience on 3/13/15 was very poor. We purchased our tickets online several days ahead and when we arrived at the theater, I realized we forgot our confirmation number. I informed the staff and they told us there was nothing they could do. I gave them my full name and what seats we paid for, but they refused to do anything without the number. Luckily we were able to use someones phone to access our email and retrieve the number after about 15 min. Then we were asked if we had a reward card, which I stated I did but did not have it with me. I asked her to look it up, but she stated she could not. We finally got seated and ordered our food. Since my wife has an allergy to onions, she specifically ordered the salmon without onions. So our food arrived and , yes, you guessed it, the salmon was topped with scallions which are onions. At this point our whole experience here was ruined and we shall never return. One last thing, the foam in the divider between the seats toward the cup holders is worn our and you hit your elbow on the sharp wood corner, Yet another! My wife wanted a taste of the popcorn, just a taste, so I went to the bar and asked for a few kernels in a small cup. The bartender refused and informed me that I had to be drinking at the bar in order to get a small cup. They could not spare ten kernels of popcorn?? Will be spending my money elsewhere.

I have been going to this theater for at least 4 years now, ever since I moved to the area. It has been a great theater up until now. A friend and I went to see Sin City 2 a couple weeks ago, and thus changed my mind about the theater. First off the aspect ratio screens werent lifted up when the movie started so the movie was cut off on the top and bottom. My friend went to tell someone, and after he did the power went out from the storm, only a few minute wait and we were addressed by staff of the issue. After the power comes back the movie resumes at the same spot, and the screens still were not fixed. My friend goes to tell someone again, and this time they just cut the two areas off so it wasnt visible, but still was clear that we werent seeing the whole frame of the movie. Also a couple times after the power came back the lights brightened up and dimmed back down for no reason. A horrible experience when trying to get into a movie and pay attention. They never restarted the film after the power cut too, it was only a few minutes in as well, but still took me right out of the movie.

Inconvenient! Food was over priced for small quantity as many movie theaters, but I had to order in a separate location, pick up my food elsewhere, and walk a 360 around the front for condiments. I wanted a cocktail prior to movie so I went upstairs to bar. Before I get my drink I got a speal from the bartender on how I cant take my drink into theater unless I upgrade my ticket to sit in the upstairs. For an extra $5. So $15 per person to take a cocktail into theater. Finished my drink. DID NOT upgrade. Walked into theater and theres a huge wall separating the bottom seats and the upper row. It all clicked that was "bar" seating. ITS A MOVIE THEATER!! So now if I pay $5 more I can sit up top where I usually sit. Gtfoh! They should put signs on the door so people dont have to exchange tickets upstairs. And to block off the entire top area is ridiculous!!! Im new to Tampa and never been to a movie theater like this one! I have horrible vision and sitting on the bottom so close to the screen was no fun. Great movie, worst experience !

After buying/reserving tix online, we show up and are told that our 10 year old is not allowed, cause its 21+ in the balcony. STRICT rule that they would not budge on. They are gracious enuff to give us a free appetizer coupon and allow us to buy tix to the next Furious 7 show (only one with seats available), an hour & forty min later than the show we already came early for. We did not get to sit or hang out with the crowd we came with. Skrait up nonsense and inconsiderate of our time (no, a coupon, while we spend more $$ on food/drinks/waiting, is not enuff consolation), but we stayed cause the boy was soooo looking forward to the show. Yes, I know we had a choice to stay or leave, but it shouldve NEVER come to that, after we planned/paid in advance. We wont be back. Buyer beware.
