So upset! Bought two bottles of 1985 Don Ximenez Grand Reserva and it was prune juice. The Sales Rep was going on about this wine and how it was in fantastic condition, rotated, the owner just had a bottle and it was fantastic and drinks it often. NOT...this wine was expensive, evidently the Sales Rep said what she needed to in order to make the sale. We raved about the wine to our friends that were over for New Years and we all were so excited to open it. To all of our horror, it was a disaster. Shame on these folks at Vino-Del-Grotto, Michael, Parkland Florida

Love this place!!!! I literally went in to pick up one bottle as a gift for someone and left with a case...for myself! My husband and I had never been wine drinkers before (partly because not knowing enough to order correctly) but the lady that helped us was fantastic, and not only let us taste a few, but gave us a quick lesson as well. We have gone back multiple times and always leave with a case....and I rarely drink anything other than the wine from Vino Del Grotto now.

We recently visited Vino del Grotto on our anniversary trip to St. Augustine. The wine is amazing, but more importantly the customer service was fantastic. The blonde young lady was so helpful and so enthusiastic about the wine and just helping us in general. While we were thinking back on our favorite moments, her friendly and delightful attitude definitely made our top experiences in St. Augustine!!
