I am big on housekeeping. Nothing is perfect but there were few things that made me give this beautiful place 4 star. Stained towels, stain on curtains and shower curtains and dont get me started on toilet. I literally watched them vacuum like my 6 year old. They didnt even bother moving the ottoman in the middle. They were just cleaning what is seen. The room we were in had stains on the wall that you cannot miss when youre fixing the bed. I wish they would invest on hand brooms for rooms. Its handy when you have kids and tradh liners. I dont get why 1 ply toilet paper. This isnt a gas station bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed our visit. Will still come back when in town. Dont get me wrong it is an amazing place. Definitely felt home. Breakfast is amazing. So many selections and a chef that will make you omelettes per your request. The complimentary happy hour is awesome. Drinks were great for the adults and snacks and cakes was pretty much inhaled by kids. The staff I came across with was super nice. The 2 gentlemen during breakfast and happy hour and the front desk.

We arrived last night. For Mothers day, I wanted two days of relaxation. Went to pool last night, no towels. Towel cart empty. Requested some, waited a hour, still no towels. Needed pillows for sleeper sofa for the kids, management finally answered after 3rd time trying to call. 10pm, is the front desk really that busy? Breakfast was great, omelette man very accommodating, tipped him well. Went to pool, again no towels. Guests upset. Swam for 2 hours, kept checking for towels, several guests requesting, still now towels. Management says, they have been washing them. Finally, we just had to walk to elevators wet for my kids couldnt handle the clorine anymore. Finally upstairs to two kids crying of there eyes burning from the clorine. Guess we are headed to the pharmacy. So much for relaxation. Get up to our room and its 12:40 on, and no sign of housekeeping. No towels, no beds being made, and not a sign of them. We love embassy suites, but this one gives them a bad name.

Never written a review before and weve given this hotel every chance to make this right. The hotel has over charged my credit card by $1000. After hours on the phone trying to get this resolved...during which I was assured a month ago that since it was hotel error this would be taken care of...it apparently still has not been taken care of. Ive been given excuse after excuse....mainly, that manager is busy or not available to take care of the issue. Front Desk Manager was able to give a partial credit but not the full amount...they know its not fair, but cant seem to help me or make this right. My final conclusion, the people there are either crooks or incompetent. I would never ever stay at an Embassy Suites hotel anywhere...something is really messed up with their system. Oh, and the one night we were there, there was a major bug infestation in the atrium area.

We just had our wedding at the Embassy Suites this past weekend. Every single part of our weekend was absolutely perfect and more than exceeded our expectations. Bruce Mangual, the Director of Catering, was the most professional, most considerate, most hospitable & most kind person imaginable. He went above and beyond to make sure our weekend was perfect. His attention to detail was beyond exceptional. My husband drinks diet mountain dew, a beverage they dont even have at the Embassy Suites, and Bruce made sure that there was plenty of it for our weekend stay. This is just one of many examples of how he, and the rest of the staff, went above and beyond for us. Every single person who worked our wedding was attentive, considerate and accommodating. We had the best weekend of our lives and would recommend this venue to anyone considering an event of any kind there.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel last summer. I came up from Miami to attend the Dave Matthews Band concert at Cruzan Ampitheater in West Palm Beach. While the lobby/atrium appears to be part of a larger office complex, it actually made the parking situation quite convenient. Our room was right across from the elevator and it was very quiet. For being a suite, the rooms seemed enormous! I particularly liked the layout of the two rooms side by side, versus the suites with the bedroom behind the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and, although I didnt partake, the complimentary managers reception seemed to be quite a hit! Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention that theres a Whole Foods just down the street (on the other side of 95 so its not walkable), but it was fantastic for picking up snacks and dinner before heading over to the concert.

No valet. No bellman. Water dripped on my head while I checked in. Elevator button was missing, trash in the elevator, very few people in the facility, table in my room was sticky, old blood stain on pillow case. No bottled water in the room and no mini bar. No safe. Shower curtain was missing tow link to hold it up. Shampoo bottles were tiny. They only want to change your sheets every 3 days. The TVs and furniture are so old theyre a joke. The immediate location is iffy, altho down the street it gets better. It was only $70 cheaper than the Four Seasons lowest rate....I have 3 more nights ot go and Im parying there are no bed bugs. My advice to the staff...get every little thing cleaned spotles, and fixed. Put water in the rooms. If you need to learn how to treat your guest stay at the Four Seasons and then imitate them...

We stayed here last weekend and the customer service was far above excellent. We arrived and they had a cute check in bag for us. The front desk agent check us in quickly and was very polite. Our room was really nice, the decode was modern and very clean, the floor to ceiling Windows gave us a great view from the living and bedroom. There was tons of storage and everything was super clean. We had an issue with our room service one night, but upon check out they handled it unbelievably well. I was impressed that even though we were in a sold out hotel they remembered our names as we entered several times and went out of their way to not only smile but say hello to us each and every time. We are honors members and service like this is the reason. My hats off the customer service at this hotel!

Just shocked by Hiltons lack of customer service! I have sent them 4 emails regarding our stay at the Embassy Suites in Palm Beach Gardens and still havent received any response. The shower wouldnt drain, the room smelled awful, the carpet was filthy, there were ants in the room, the ice from the machine was dirty, the parking lot was dangerously dark, the elevators kept breaking down, the sink it the "bar" area wouldnt drain...and the list goes on! The hotel was really a mess...but now my biggest complaint is that they have not responded to my emails. I thought the customer service at the hotel was bad, but now I can see that it is a lack of customer service with Hilton in general. Why would I call the GM directly when I have ALREADY SENT 4 EMAILS WITHOUT A RESPONSE??!!
