Sono stato qui per diversi giorni e devo dire che é in assoluto uno degli hotel più belli di tutta Miami, sia esteticamente (risiede in quello che adesso é il più alto grattacielo di tutta la Florida) sia internamente (camere adatte per ogni tipo di esigenza e 3 piscine favolose, di cui una jacuzzi ed una con le amache tra le palme), sia per la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale. Posizionato nella Miami downtown, é di fronte alla fermata del pullman e del Miami trolley e non dista tanto dalla capolinea della Brickell loop della Metromover e sia una vasta scelta di ristoranti, raggiungibili comodamente anche a piedi, a partire dallEdge Steak bar presente allinterno del grattacielo. Se volete passare in modo piacevole le vostre vacanze a Miami, questo hotel é lideale.

It might not come as a surprise, but it is really hard to fault this hotel and thus I am giving it top marks. It has a very good location, amazing staff and great rooms. I attended a conference inside the hotel and must say that it left me with a super positive view of what this hotel has to offer. I personally appreciated the decent free WiFi (although a paid option will give you much better speeds). Each room has a great working area and amazing views. I was on the 22nd floor (not high at all for this hotel) and enjoyed great views. The rooms come with a coffee maker, but as a tea drinker I called reception and within not even 10 minutes they got me an electric kettle. While there I received a package, which the hotel accepted on my behalf and placed in my room (there was a US$ 3 charge). Guest have access to the Equinox Brickell Gym, which is on the 4th floor. This is a proper, fully equipped gym, opening at 5am in the morning - so served my jet-lagged-self perfectly. The meals offered as part of the conference package all were very good and promising. All in all I really found my time in this hotel pleasant and relaxing.

Fui a dejar a una amistad al las residencias de four seasons en el edificio, el punto de dejar personas en le residencias es un one-way que permite entrada al valet y estacionamiento de noche. Lamentablemente no tienen salida para las personas que esten dejando a un residente y esto requiere que se haga una vuelta en U en una área super chiquita y peor que es una área de mucho tráfico. Deben realizar una salida para esas personas que simplemente desean dejar a familiares o amigos, talvez permitir que pasen por el estacionamiento sin pagar.

Such a perfect place dont have enough great things to say really!!!! My husband and I booked our wedding night at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. Amazing service started at valet and remained true with every staff member we encountered. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a great suite in the 27th floor. The room had a spectacular view and amazing amenities. We booked a romance package that included chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival and a special dinner at The Edge. The food was fantastic and the service again, second to none. Even though the hotel is located at the heart of Miamis financial district, it provided a very romantic atmosphere for us as newlyweds. Overall, our stay at the Four Seasons was the perfect way to end one of the most special days of our lives. We look forward to staying again!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Edge is one of my favorite options in Miami. Not only is it great for an upscale meal, but it also makes for a sensational happy hour find. Cocktails are phenomenal, and they have a great wine list as well. Came to check out their new menu, and was thrilled with some new offerings, such as the carrot risotto and lamb sausage. Also loved the grilled oysters. Biggest complaint had to be the service, most recently being left for over an hour with no server in sight. Entire meal stretched on far longer than necessary, and often seemed like no one was working in the dining room at all. For such a high end restaurant, would expect much better. May have just been an off night though as it usually is much better.

We stayed for 2 nights. The 4S occupies a number of floors in the tallest building in Miami, as well as Florida. This resort is on hip Bricknell and the large and mostly frequented by the young Equinox gym is on the 4th floor. Great gym. Check-in was seamless, and our room on the 26th floor had impressive views of Biscayne Bay and distant Key Biscayne and its elevated causeway. The bed was 4S quality and the furnishings modern and high end. I spent a day at the pool and the staff was friendly and food good. We had drinks at The Edge restaurant both nights before going out. The staff was friendly and professional. Valet was busy when we checked out; it took more than 20 minutes to bring our car after phoning...a small bump in an overall excellent stay. It is all a 4S should be. Pricey but you are paying for the best quality and service. Ask for a high room.

I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure from at the Four Seasons Hotel yesterday, what a waste of money! Although the woman who provided the services did a good job (thats right good, not GREAT), the place was filthy, their collection of colors was inadequate, and the products they used were cheap. Its a little alarming, at least to me, when you pay $60 more for a service, yet do not receive anymore than an average service. In addition, you would think the Four Seasons could afford to pay someone to sweep the floors and windex the mirrors. In addition to the mani/pedi service not being all that, I was baffled when I was charged $16 for valet parking. Whats my motivation to select this venue for my (overpriced) spa services if they cant even offer free or even reduced priced parking.

I dont think I can get enough of Four Seasons because from the moment I step out of my vechile. The customer service was surperb. Everyone was so helpful like Jorge in Valet, Greorgy in lobby floor. They were awesome and helped with best foods in town, or any questions that needed to be answered. Room service, food service whatever service you need they provide it all. Rooms are always clean and fresh. I wish I remembered all the employees that served me. Wondeful waterfall in the front. You will receive the service you pay for at the Four Seasons. I am always referred by Ginette Cedois who is a Four Season employee in Palm Beach to come here. I DID NOT REGRET not a second. FANTASTIC HOTEL!!! You will not regret it. Had an amazing peaceful time. I will be back, God willing. Thank you!
