This is the most rediculous experience at a hotel i have ever had in my life. I have stayed at the Hilton in 7 different states and have never had to deal with anything like this.upon check in we were placed in the wrong room (we payed for a suite with a balcony and instead got a 2 room sweet without a balcony), when the front desk was made aware of this we were told they had no other rooms to put us in. The following day after having to ask multiple times, we were finally placed in the correct room. This room had pubic hairs in the bathroom, a brown handprint on the bathroom door, white stains on the yellow couch pillows, dust build up everywhere, and a filthy air filter in the AC/heating unit, to the point where i woke up sick the next day. Head of housekeeping was made aware along with the front desk and we were told to call on monday to speak with the general manager about a refund for the room. Fed up, we checked out of this hotel and went to stay elsewhere. 2 hours after check out there was a charge to my account of $250. I contacted the hotel and was told the charge was due to smoking in the room, only 1 guest was a smoker and there is no point of smoking inside of a room that has an exit to the outside, the "evidence" of smoking they found was a cigarette butt in an empty cigarette box in the garbage (so sorry i used the trash can for my trash).after speaking to the general manager they seem to think they are doing me a favor by refunding the $250 bogues charge! yet will not refund me for the room that i did not choose to stay in.i will NEVER stay in a hilton location again because of this incident.sad excuse for a hotel and management.

So overall the hotel itself was fantastic, clean, very nice rooms, comfy beds, and a great location by the downtown area. What causes this to be a one star review is that I was accused of smoking in the hotel room. Keep in mind we are not smokers, and at the time I worked in a drug free workplace so if they were accusing of marijuana, no I was not smoking that I could be randomly drug tested whenever and lose my job. After I left my boyfriend (not me the cardholder) got a call from the manager saying I would be charged $250 for smoking in the room. My boyfriend called back asking them what they found making them believe this and they said ash he asked where and I kid you not their response was "on that dresser" my boyfriend asked which one and the man said "you know the one over by the... Yeah that one". So I file a dispute with my credit card company and they do their best to fight it but apparently even if there is no physical evidence they can claim anything they want and get away with it. Again I didnt smoke in the room because a. Im not a smoker b. obviously theyd charge for smoking. Just be cautious; I dont know if it was because it was slow season and they couldnt fill the room, so they charged me to get money they couldnt get from a new customer, or just to do it but I will never go back there due to the fact that I dont trust them.

Staff is really helpful. The Room is extremely nice. Sooo quiet even with rowdy out of control ballplayers staying in the hotel. The water pressure was strong and the hot water was endless just look out it is really HOT! The pay at booking vouchers for breakfast are worth it! they have an excellent breakfast buffet. This location CANNOT be beat! Food and Shopping whatever you need within walking distance. The things I was less than pleased with were The aforementioned ballplayers monopolized the facilities. Staff did minimal to rein them in. The water from the shower and the taps smells funny. There werent any trash cans in the ice vending machine areas and people were leaving pizza boxes on the floor. They sat for two days before housekeeping picked them up. Overall this is the place to stay in PBG you wont regret booking with them.

The worse customers service Ive ever had and I travel a lot!! I specifically asked for a room with 2 queen size beds, but they gave me a room with 1 king size bed. I asked them if they could just fix it because it was their fault they gave me the wrong room, we really do need 2 beds, they Insisted that they didnt have any rooms with 2 beds, so we asked if they could just cancel it or send us to a sistering hotel and the ladies exact words were " okay pay the full price and consider it cancelled". So we ended up taking the room and my siblings ended sleeping on the floor and top it all off the room smelled of cigarettes. Never going back to this place.

These people play rate games. I travel extensively for business and stay at only Hiltons and Marriotts. This was the worst Hilton experience yet. I have 4 rooms booked for the three weeks and these people refuse to honor their corporate rates. For want of one rooms rate, theyre walking away from 4 rooms for three weeks. The staff there was accusatory, and not empowered to make decisions without multiple calls. Nice business decision there Hilton. You lost 4 rooms for 3 weeks equals $20,000 and ticked off a gold and 2 diamonds, not to mention your corporate customer. You made an extra $60 for one night. yayy! People hate to be ripped off.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Showed up at 5:00 pm for scheduled check-in and room wasnt ready. Kept telling me it would be just a little bit longer. One hour and 45 minutes later, the room was ready, except it wasnt. Trash had been left in the room. After a 5 minute shower, I was standing in water above my ankles. Wi-Fi is non-existant. Poor signal. Night staff is incapable of problem solving. Not to mention they didnt bother with daylight savings and the rooms need an upgrade. Mixed veggies in restaurant were the only positive experience.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of months due to having to leave a rented house due to a mold problem. The staff (all of them) treated us with the highest of respect, friendly and did everything in their power to make us comfortable. The rooms clean, the breakfast and dinners, the best ever, but the respect for me and my husband during very difficult times, was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. This is the best group of people I have ever met. Thank YOU so much, we will never ever forget any of you ! Hugs Nora & Mike

Hilton garden Inn on Kyoto gardens drive is a great place.Located across from a huge shopping mall and also a Whole Foods and an outdoor shopping mall. the staff is terrific and the room I was in was fine. all the amenities,perfect temp. control - no complaints. and the pool and whirlpool was also excellent. large lobby and restaurant, free coffee all the time, plenty of free parking- everything was gorgeous to look at. computer room with printers and office supplies always available if you want to keep in touch.
