It started it nice, although the kid at the counter told me my $10 coupon had to be printed out to accept it. I stayed positive...got there at 10:15pm on Saturday night. Brought my 5 kids and wife. Spent $100 in bar and $20 in food, then of course bowled a game and shoe rental for us tallied up to only roughly $180... After our first game it was 12:05 when I approached the young smart ass kid with dirty blonde hair working the counter and asked to bowl one more game ... He told me we wouldnt have enough time. (It only took us 45 minutes to play the first game) so since he basically told me NO you dont have enough time. I kept my cool and we left on the note that Ill never spend another dime in that place.. Dont waste your time or money in this place. I will never go back and spend money there. I advise you to do the same. I never write reviews but this is therapy for me because I really wanted to snatch the kid up at the counter and bend him over my knee and whoop his ass....

The customer service was TERRIBLE! I just left after standing in line for about 5 minutes. The worker (Horace) did not acknowledge me. I said "Hello" twice. He did not reply. Then he rang me up for a game for which I did not ask. When I presented the offer that I had called ahead to make sure of the availability, he rudely told me that they dont accept the offer. I asked to speak to someone else after he informed me that he was the manager. I appreciate Brandon, who is the supervisor of the Arcade side. He politely explained the policy and apologized for my inconvenience. I will not patronize this facility again. Customer Service from the telephone (information Wise) to the Bowling Alley was totally UNPROFESSIONAL!

It was alright. For a serious bowler, its way too expensive for game. Bowled only 2 games and it was $9.19 with tax on a Thursday night! This wouldnt bother me, but topping it off with the rude guy behind the counter who when we needed a ball return, it was like it needed an act of confess to get him off his ass. Definitely going to check who is working, cause this has happened a couple times and its even worse when we have leagues or tournaments there. Very rude and obnoxious employees. Especially the woman with rhe short bushy hair, who during our travel league stepped ONTO the lane in the oil to clear a deadwood, instead of going down past the oil. Complete dumbass. Cannot believe Barbara would let it get that bad.

This place sucks. We waited in line for 10 minutes because two ladies were having trouble with their credit card and we were right behind them. After a couple of minutes a huge line starts to form. Finally the manager comes out to try to help the ladies in front of us and then directs the entire line to another counter that was previously empty, so the ENTIRE LINE skips us! For some reason, the employees thought we were with the ladies in front of us, even though we walked in by ourselves!! So now instead of being 2nd in line, we were about 10th in line. It makes me angry because they didnt serve us when we walked in and there clearly was another counter empty and other employees just standing there! Terrible service!

My husband, myself, and our two kids went here prepared to money, but were literally kicked out by an extraordinarily rude cashier who told me my husbands Kohls tank top was not allowed. My husband spoke with the manager, who was more polite, but we were very offended. Nowhere on website or building does it indicate a dress code. We saw a woman in a tank to whom the cashier said nothing. For a bowling alley in the middle of the westside, they think much too highly of themselves. Take your business elsewhere.

My husband and I debated on a 4 or 5 rating and landed on 5 because of the creativity in their krazie golf. There were several unique holes (some requiring more explanation than was given), and we loved that our tickets went on the same card we used to play the games. We didnt bowl, but we will another time. Wearing the 3D glasses through the golf also added an element of fun and challenge. So, check this place out! It was definitely a well-spent date night. Oh, and get the groupon!

not a fan. my son told me he visited the establishment and had fun. the bowling alley seemed decent but we did not participate in that. the glow in the dark golf course is not monitored at all which is completely unsafe and dangerous. the game area is another free for all that doesnt appear to have any contemporary additions. will not revisit and i am not against or blaming the staff for any of this. I am entirely certain it is top sided decisions that take away from its potential.

They only have 2 seats per lane when most families have 4. Then they allow families to bring children much too young to play down on the lanes! The parents dont pay attention to these small children and they are walking in front of bowlers, dancing in other lanes, playing with balls on the ball return. The workers dont care and do nothing about it either. Everything is old. There is a reason people drive over to Southside and Philips and are willing to pay more.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Great place to bowl for fun or on a league. Great gaming area. Cool Miniture Golf and a new Laser Tag Arena. Fun Birthday Parties. Defenetly a family friendly place any time of the day. Good food and bar. A must place to go on a rainy day or a very hot lazy summer afternoon. Need something to do with your family or friends then this is the place to visit.

I wouldve given this place zero stars if it wouldve allowed me. The guy at the service desk refused to give me the 7 lbs ball that I actually needed as I am a very small petite 5 ft pregnant woman. He was unnecessarily rude about the whole situation and threaten to kick me and my party out as I became more aggravated with him. Will definitely never return to this bowling alley.

I dont usually visit here, but last time I did it was better than before. I was greeted by this cashier (I think his name was Josh, he had blonde hair), he was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the service, food and drinks are good, I stink at bowling (lol) but when I was returning my shoes he made my day. I like that kid, cant wait for my next visit at Batt family fun center

Bad customer service. Been here once had fun with family and good drinks but had terrible service all night decided to try again a year later and called with a question, girl who answered ruined the business I had for them. I wont return, owners need to step it up with the staff they have. Already made a complaint but wanted to bring the google review to lower their rating.

A great place to take the kids or someone on a date. The bowling area is really nicr as well as the arcade and pool table area. Though its pretty big the place doesnt much to offer when comes to the arcade games. A positive not to this is that this place serve hot order foods! I wouldnt really call this a place a hangout unless your still in middle school.
