My experience at i Jump was awful. I had ordered the premium package for my 5 year old daughter. We were suppose to have pizza and chicken fingers. The pizza was 45 minutes later than we were told. The chicken fingers came 15 minutes after the pizza (an hour later than we were told.) This is very hard to explain to hungry 5 year olds waiting for food! By the time we got to cake and ice cream, the ice cream had completed melted. The manager never apologize for anything until the party was over. Its a high priced facility and not worth the money. I was astounded by the horrible service. I dont mind paying a lot of money for a party, but I expect respect and service for what I pay for.

Worst experience here. Came to celebrate my younger brothers birthday, but at the end of our time there, I noticed someone had stolen my new shoes from the cubby holes they provided, replaced them with older, bigger shoes, hoping I wouldnt notice. We were later told by the very rude manager that it was my fault for leaving them there! He later on continued in his rampage by yelling at my mother and grandmother! We did not return.

Horrible experience! Female staff member was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. She should be fired immediately. My guess is there have been complaints about her before. She is young, short, African American with long fake black and red hair. She had a tattoo around her wrist. We will never spend money there again and will tell everyone what a horrible place and experience it was.

It was a WONDERFUL experience. So much better and cleaner than pump it up and jump zone. Plus parents have a place to sit and relax and watch tv. Also there is a cafe that serves good food. Normally I do not eat at places like that, but there chicken nuggets where amazing. No place else I rather go.

Took a job here. Left after 2 weeks! Was told untruths, they were cheap, things needed to be fixed, and then when I got my last check she only paid me minimum wage instead of my managers salary. Labor Board is looking into it and getting with attorney.

Money Grubbers. The toddlers used to be free but now they charge $2.5. What is crazy is that they want to charge parents $2.50 if they want to assist their children on the equipment. Wow, if I didnt already buy some passes on groupon I wouldnt go!

My kids enjoyed the jumping around. The only thing I wish was better about ijump is for it to be bigger in size. They should get a bigger spot to add more inflatables. Im sure they could afford it.

It was a money spender place! The inflatables are mainly for people that 6 and under! Rock climbling wall was not that safe! But, I get what I get! It was okay!
