I took my wife to see Avatar over the weekend. I had asked if they had the film in 3D here, the young woman at the counter was polite and explained they didnt have the equipment. We bought tickets anyways (and it was a very good film I might add! Definitely worth seeing if you havent already!). The place seemed pretty clean and I could see management and security keeping the problem of all the rampant tweens under control with ease. Right as we walked up to the snack bar a young man called us over and seemed eager to help us. He was friendly and able to put together our order in no time. We paid about $12 for a combo but compared to other places weve been too that wasnt bad. The theater was clean and the seats felt nice too. Before the film started one of the managers said we could address him personally with any questions or concerns. Halfway through the film some kids were being a bit disruptive but soon after we had notice someone was already kicking them out (thank you, most theaters dont do this anymore!). We had a wonderful night and enjoyed coming here.

I got to the theater early and wanted to find seats because the movie sold out twice that day. When I went in the staff where still cleaning and I seen them sweeping and kicking all the stuff that was on the floor under the seats. It was dirty and Gross and then a mean lady told me to leave while they clean. They where out of popcorn for a while. And it was blazing hot and had to get a refund. and leave. I asked if they could turn the heat down and they said they CANT because its on a system or something and said they could open the doors and let some of the heat out. THEY where out of a lot of things that are on there board. like hot dogs, pretzel bites ect.. there kids meals are a joke. over $7 for a tiny kids bag of popcorn and a small drink. AS LONG AS I AM A LIVE.. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Disclaimer - sat next to a 12 year old that hadnt showered in a week. The staff were helpful and the drink machine was nice. Wasnt immersed in the movie (Rogue One) as those behind me kicked my chair 3+ times and the kid next to me crinkled his gummy bears for the first 30 mimutes. The seats shake if someone next to you moves a muscle. Couldnt move, the theater was packed as Star Wars is popular. My recommendation - update your seating to the larger reclining chairs. These are present in AMC Dublin located in Ohio. They fix the kicking and shaking problem. They seem to be getting a lot of attention in Ohio.

Just wanted to say thank you. My girlfriends are I do our "movie night" on Tuesdays at your theatre. I love that were now "regulars" and the team there know us. More importantly, I love the honesty of your staff. I was in a panic yesterday when I realized I left my wallet there earlier this week. When I called, I really didnt expect to have it in the Lost and Found or for the $70 cash to still be there much less my credit cards. Needless to say, I was wrong. Everything was in its place and not even a dollar missing. Thank you so much!!

This is a smaller local theater, but its usually good. The staff is friendly and the place is comfy. Its often worth it to drive to bigger theaters to see the hottest new AAA releases, but for a regular go-to theater, its good. Weve had a couple of glaring issues (they started a trailer for a horror movie in front of a bunch of kids one time, and they left the theater filthy even after I complained on another occasion.) Not much can make up for that, but replacement tickets helped. All-in-all, its good for what it is.

I love this theater and the staff, but unfortunately they have a really bad problem with the restrooms. The smell is really horrid. Every once in a while it seems somewhat better but the underlying problem is still so evident. Have talked to the manager and was told that they have to constantly flush the toilets to help it out. Whom ever the powers may be, get it together and update it, I am not the only one, others just talk about it in the restroom itself. Unfortunately we will find another AMC hopefully to go to.

They recently decided to segregate people. You have 2 lines for buying tickets, and 2 for buying food. The "washed, and the unwashed". If you dont join their private points program, you get segregated to the unwashed lines and are treated differently. Very, very,,, poor idea, and horribly executed. Why not treat ALL of your paying customers the same and with respect. In todays day and age, a segregation theme like this just is in POOR taste. Will go elsewhere. Theatres were small anyway.

Renaissance Bastiells do you ever say anything good about a business. I belong to the elitist program and while I do not agree with the lines being separate I do love this theater. Also Michael Brody please do go to Castle Rock and watch movies we donw want you in Parker. This theater is always clean, people are always friendly, theaters are just the right temperature all year round and the sound is perfect. Keep up the good work!

Theatre itself is ok, however, usually packed with loitering, giggly tweens. Concession seems to always be out of something or doesnt have certain items prepared (pretzel bites not made, out of diet pop, hot dogs not thoroughly hot, etc..) and young staff isnt skilled enough or well supported enough to offer better customer service. Not bad if you see an early movie on a weeknight while school is in session ;)

This is a nice little theater. I have never been when it is really crowded. They keep it clean and well maintained. They have standard movie theater snacks, 4 stars cause Im spoiled and have really begun to prefer the theaters that have ful bars and menus. That being said this a really nice theater to come to to have an uninterrupted quiet movie watching experience.

A convenient movie theater if you live in Parker. But it doesnt have some of the more modern conveniences you find in newer theaters such as a bar, table service, or reclining seats. Just your standard theater. With that said, staff is friendly and still a good choice for a date night with plenty of restaurants nearby.

I love this theater! The place is usually clean. I never have to stand in line for tickets or snacks. My favorite part of 20 mile is that there are usually only 4-5 other people in the theater. Its always nice to get a break from life and go see a movie on a big screen and this is usually my go to theater.

Pretty good little local theater. Can be pretty busy with middle school and high school kids on the weekends so if youre not willing to be patient with a younger crowd Id recommend going somewhere else during peak times. Otherwise its great for weekday matinees or evenings.

My first time at AMC movies and it was pretty funny lol as we went in there there was literally no one selling the tickets and on top of that no one even asked for our ticket, so we basically watched the movie for free haha there clearly wasnt any manager present at the time
