Had my first experience at Waters Edge today. My wife and I went for a bottling party, which cost $21, which included a bottle each, bread, cheese, grapes, etc. The organization of the event felt a little off, which Ill come back to. The service is great. Both ladies working there were very friendly, and clearly proud of their own product. The atmosphere was really nice, although the chairs were a bit uncomfortable it seems like a small thing, but Id like comfortable seating if Im going to sirens some time enjoying myself at a winery. The wines are all made in Colorado from grapes imported from all over the world, which is cool. I only had one glass since I was driving, so I cant judge too much, but they have a decent selection, including some low alcohol (6-7%) fruity wines, which can be fun for summer gatherings. I had a blueberry Pinot, which was reminiscent of a blueberry pie. My wife had a flight of samplers, all of which she liked. She was especially impressed with the Strawberry Lychee wine. This isnt a place you go for top shelf wines, but it still seems to be a source of quality local wine. As I said, we were there for a bottling party. My wife and I were among the first to arrive right at 1pm, and were informed things would be starting soon. More of the owners friends started showing up, and she let us know theyd be taking people back 6 at a time. It was clear she would be taking her friends back first. The first group was having a lot of fun, taking a lot of selfies, clearly not hurryng through, which is fine, but they took just over an hour. The next group (also friends) took about 40-45 minutes. My wife and I were left wondering when it would be our turn. Thats my only complaint. We showed up for this bottling party at 1pm, but didnt get to bottle our wine until just after 3 (when we arrived before most of those who went before us). At any rate, the bottling process was fun, and it was overall a good experience. Since i was driving, and not drinking, it was a little boring to sit in uncomfortable chairs and wait for 2 hours, but they still get 5 stars for being so nice. And my wife enjoyed it, which is all that matters to me. :)

Love it! Great atmosphere, service, and wine. Dog friendly patio is nice when you want to enjoy the weather while tasting wine or savoring your favorite glass. They offer snack options, like cheese and crackers, and more, to go along with your wine. You can even do private bottling with friends or for work, chocolate therapy nights, and become a member to experience more, like discounts, monthly bottles and complimentary wine tastings for you and a friend for the month. So glad they are so close to Southglenn.

Great place! You wouldnt know what it was until you went in, but its very nicely decorated, the owner is fantastic and the wines are awesome! You can even do a Flight of Wine and try a few before you decide on a full glass! You can also be a part of their wine club which is very reasonable! However, if you cant join the wine club you can still go in and purchase wines, fruit wines and champagnes! Great little local spot for a good glass of wine after work with friends!

Welcome to the neighborhood! Tried this recently on one of our beautiful evenings and it could not have been a more pleasant surprise. The wine was wonderful, did the sampler and the service was fantastic as well as the story of how it all started . Cant wait to take my friends back with me!

LOVE this place! Great staff, and wines. This place has Napa Valley style picnic food (Boars Head specialty cheeses and salami yum!) Plus other goodies like chocolate that pairs AH-MAZINGLY with their wines! And now they have wine ice cream!

Wine and food were very good. Atmosphere was cute, however, the service left more to be desired. The server seemed like she had no customer service experience and unfortunately it showed. Being polite and engaging goes a long way...

Great place if you just want wine. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Not a big fan of having to unwrap my own food and cut it myself . Came after work and felt like I had to work and make dinner.

The service was great! Its a nice break from beer breweries but has the same ambiance. I tried the flight of 5 wines and they were all delicious! I will absolutely be going back.
