My husband and I had our wedding at Hacienda last Friday, June 18 (we were on a budget and wanted to make the most of our $ and Fridays are less costly than Saturdays). Through the entire wedding planning process, Hacienda staff were consistently wonderful. They have mastered the art of being a beautiful southern California wedding venue and still be affordable! I live in Sacramento and was planning from there (grew up in Orange County, which is why I chose Hacienda instead of somewhere in Northern California). For the more do-it-yourself bride, Hacienda may not be the best option because they tend to have certain ways of doing things. For me, though, it worked out great. I located a fantastic DJ (Eric Morales of Extreme DJ) through their vendor list, had access to the entire grounds since no one else had booked the other side on my wedding night, and my guests LOVED not only the food (we got the Southwestern buffet and the carrot cake), but the beautiful ambiance. Also, I had a great experience communicating with our pianist, Ron Kobayashi. I definitely recommend Hacienda for brides like me who enjoy professionalism, package deals, beautiful ambiance, and delicious food. Its not for the bride who wants to have their finger on the pulse of everything that goes on, though...Hacienda runs a great venue and they know what theyre doing, but they do have some non-negotiables that some brides might not like. What an amazing expierence!!! My future bride, myself and her parents went to the location to just check it out. We went with no appointment and just to walk around and see what it was like. We were greeted by Natalie, an event host who was super friendly and helpful. She quickly offered us an impromptu tour of the grounds. She walked around, showed us all the different important places and was just amazing. Natalie fielded our questions, offered solutions, and was genuine and personable! After showing us around she offered for us to taste the food that would be similar to what we woud be enjoying at the wedding, found us a table and ensured that we got quick service. We got to taste the amazing cake that they offer and had an excellent brunch! We honestly walked up to the location not expecting much, but not only was the location beautiful but Natalie made the time so great and was so inviting we walked away knowing that this was the location to beat. Thank you Natalie for everything!

My husband and I were looking for an all inclusive location for our wedding and The Hacienda seemed like the perfect place. We loved the ambiance and court yard for our October wedding. The only issues that we had was their inability to negotiate. We requested very simple things such as lighting and playing our own music and they would not budge. They insisted on live music only but then provided us with a piano player that was out of the county and unavailable until several weeks prior to our wedding so we were unable to discuss or coordinate music. We ended up hiring our DJ, from A Perfect DJ, to play acoustically and it worked out perfectly. Although, pre-recorded music would have been my preference. Although I was a little concerned about their "by the book" attitude, the night of the wedding the staff was wonderful and everything was taken care of as promised and more; the wedding was amazing and the food was also wonderful.

We had our wedidng there and had a terrible experience with the management. They hired an unprofessional musician for the ceremony who got irate and called us, along with all our relatives he could get phone numbers for, at all hours of the night, demanding money for work he never completed, or he would disrupt our wedding! The owner of The Hacienda, also owner of Tivoli Terrace and Tivoli Too, was not helpful, and threatened to cancel our wedidng! When planning your wedding, you need to work with people who remember that their job is to provide good customer service.

Great hidden gem in the heart of Santa Ana. The venue was fantastic and the staff very accommodating and helpful. Our original ceremony site cancelled our reservations two days before the wedding due to the rain, fortunately The Hacienda saved the day and were truly thankful for their willingness to host our special day. In addition, we dined at the restaurant for our rehearsal walk and wow amazing food and Ohhh those Margaritas (The best Ive ever tasted). If youre seeking a venue I would encourage you to give The Hacienda a chance to host your event.

Although this place had good food, the service wasnt at all what I had expected. My group was charged twice even though my sister had showed the waitress that the charge had gone through with the bank. The waitress refused to give her back her card because the transaction with the bank was still "pending." The waitress was adamant about charging the card again for that reason. After complaining to the manager, they refused to reverse one of the charges. I am completely dissatisfied with their level of service!

The food here is great, I give it 5 stars. The ambiance and the place itself gets 5 stars, this just on looks. The service wasnt all that great and after being charged $100 twice here yesterday on Mothers day at their brunch, I wont be comin back. They tried to tell me that they didnt get paid because the transaction was showing pending. Well YEAH, thats kind of how Debit/Credit works! I am completely turned off by this place and their service which is unfortunate because I really liked the place and the food.

Cant say anything bad about this place. Great venue, great staff, delicious food, competitive price, and beautiful venue. Had my wedding here in February. Was not cold at all and the rain had no impact. Coordinators made the whole day run smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding.

I absolutely loved this hidden spot! From the outside, you would NEVER have guessed it would be so beautiful. I had schedule a birthday brunch one weekend here, and it was absolutely fantastic! The price was right, the food was great, big selection, but most of all the ambience was beautiful!

Our office staff suggested the Hacienda for our holiday brunch. We were very pleased. The staff was great and there was a large variety of food. Even the vegan was well satisfied. We were so pleased we made a reservation for a birthday party. Great ambiance and very reasonably priced.

Went there last weekend and had a very nice brunch. Much better than what I vet/seen as some of the larger chain restaurants. If you like the SouthWest menue, this is perfect and there was even enough of a selection of omletes and salad to keep other happy too. Will be back...

I have had the pleasure of working with the Hacienda as an entertainment provider for over 10 years. The attention to detail the coordinators,managers and serve staff have is not seen at most event spaces. They will bend backwards to make sure you are having a special night.
