We got to the theaters approx. 45 minutes early for the very first showing of a movie on the Sunday after Christmas. The east entrance was closed. The south entrance had a door open and we opened it and were told that we couldnt come in until 15 minutes before the movie started. We were puzzled but okay with that so we waited. Another employee came to the door several minutes later and said "We open at 10:30am". He then locked the door. At 10:30am, the door still wasnt unlocked and we looked in and found that they had opened the doors on the East entrance and let approx. 35 people into the theater and never unlocked the door we were waiting at. We knew we didnt have much time to get our tickets, buy our concessions AND get inside and seated so we were disappointed that we were the first people at the theater but ended up being the 40th people in line with only ONE clerk selling tickets. Since it was the same employee who opened the one door to tell us about the theater hours, we mentioned that we were disappointed that he failed to mention that we should be in line at the OTHER door. We were given a half hearted apology. Unfortunately, in this day and age, many people arent as aware and dont pay attention to who should be served next because they have waited the longest. At least at Rancho 16 Regal Theaters, they have addressed this problem with finesse. It sure would be nice for others to do so as well.

I experienced the worst customer service associated to Cinemark, stemming from the regular crew members to the mangerial staff. The apathetic, impatient and rude response to a reasonable request to see the theater guidelines regarding the purchase of Rated R tickets was dismissed rather eagerly. I suggest you make the guidelines extremely clear for Rated R tickets and showcase them, "Only legal guardians can purchase tickets for 17 year olds." Please re-train or remind Greg Vaughn of what customer service means as well the older "gentleman" who lacked the decency to smile and say goodbye after I smiled and said goodbye to him.

In December we went to see a movie and buy $200 in Gift Cards as Christmas gifts. They had a special with the gift cards a discount coupon for food. The BITC* Manager said they were out of the Coupons so too bad! She refused to photocopy a sample Coupon and validate it or give me a discount that day on food or call me if they received More printed coupons during the week.What Idiot Hired this Disaster Must have been her dad! SHE WAS RUDE ARROGANT and Basically TERRIBLE!!!.! No wonder the Employees there are Rude! They are copying this Bitc*s Actions! We quit going there!! Go to Rancho 16 Better people!

I havent had any problems with the staff but it is one of the nicest theaters here in the valley it has character but what I really wished it had.. better comfortable seats that actually recline and adjust and lock in place and not useing your own Wight and keeping it steady by putting your feet behind the head of the person sitting in front of you... And another idea for a foot rest install one in the back of the chairs that swing out also with locking adjustments to a comfortable length for the visitors

Wow. Went here and got treated absolutely terribly by the ticket staff. They denied me access to a movie and denied me a refund. They said I had to produce ID even though Im clearly over 17. They said I couldnt go in and where absolutely rude about it. If managers at the river read this please give your staff a long hard talk. Potential customers, STAY AWAY.

Very good seats. Excellent viewing and sound. Only complaint, Theatre cannot accept Canadian USDollar, repeat USDollar Credit Cards, Manager told me their equipment not set up to do so. This seems ridiculous. Canadians, including myself have been using Canadian USDollar cards for ever in the USA. Jim Williamson

Typical contemporary movie selection, but killer sound and projection systems, 3D and XD available. New at this place are power reclining seating! Amazing comfort for a theater...only problem, easy to fall asleep. Pricing of concessions high but not unusual for this area.

The seats are soooo uncomfortable! Did they buy them from a retired aircraft?? Needed a massage after sitting through the movie. Wont subject myself to that again. I am 5/5" and 125 lb. female who is in great physical condition...until sitting there for two hours.

Outstanding theater. Great decor. Clean throughout, including the bathrooms. Comfortable seats. Best popcorn in the valley. Great prices--especially for seniors. Sound and screens are impressive. This is clearly the best theater in the valley.

Turn the AC down, ridiculous, every body had coats on or went to car to get one, what a waste of energy, felt like 60 degrees one guy had a parka on, made it miserable, my nose was running like being outside in a blizzard, it was 65 outside

Ive always been treated politely by the theatre staff at the ticket counter and by those selling popcorn and other food items and refreshments. My wife and I have enjoyed watching many of the films there.
