Terrible experience....not once but three times. We still have three races left on our race package but we wont use them. For some reason, this place is a magnet for 20-40 year old males who think go-kart racing is their ticket to fame and glory by smashing any opponent in their way....yelling, cussing, and throwing their helmet at my 10 year old son. The race staff did nothing to stop this either. My son was struck and pushed into the barrier wall backward on the track with two other drivers who had him pinned while the other racers were able to complete three laps around the track (stuck & being intimidated/yelled at for a long time). During this time, the aggressive psychos were yelling and cussing at my son. My son is a star tackle football player and isnt afraid of much, hes a pretty tough kid, but after this experience, he doesnt want to race anymore. I wish I could say this is just limited to aggression toward the inexperienced drivers but my husband and I have also had two bad experiences where psycho Indy 500 wanna-bes get their kicks from forcing other drivers into the barrier walls while the staff does nothing about it. K-1 staff need to BE MORE AWARE of problems AND separate groups according to those who are racing for FUN and those who think they are COMPETITIVE racers....

I normally go to the Carlsbad location, but I have a ton of friends in Fullerton, and we like racing. Anyways, the track here has to be one of the most easiest tracks out of every k1 location in California (Ive been to every single k1 speed location in california). Theres just one problem, there are 14 year olds here who think they can race, and try to sideswipe your kart, its happened here before when me and my friends had a mini car meet at the place. I remember one time this kid got angry because I passed him at the 180* turn, so he sideswiped my kart. I braked and pumped the gas and got back on track. while my other 5 friends were catching up to me, we used real world race tactics (me and my friends go track racing and auto crossing), and it felt like we were racing in real cars, in other words we enjoyed it. this course is pretty easy the lap times (per lap) I get here are usually around : 25.4 secs- 26.0secs. in other califoirnia locations I usually get around: 26.8-29.9 seconds (per lap). its a really easy course and its not about cheating, but just have fun!

We held my son’s 8th birthday at Anaheim’s K1 Speed. We chose to hold there since my son requested it. Together with his friends, they had a blast kart racing. Glad that I was able to provide him a good time in his birthday: one that he will never forget. I even enjoyed a few rides and it was exciting . K1 Speed offers one of the best karting tracks in California. It is clean and well maintained. The entire staff at the tracks were helpful and in full alert for kart malfunctions and other concerns. Thus, making kart racing a safe. I am happy that kart itself has a automatic shut off when karts malfunctions. Furthermore, the K1 Speed is well lightened. I would highly recommend this place if you are goig to go kart racing.

Went here on Wednesday, June 26 at 8:30 pm expecting it to be pretty empty. I even checked the K1 website to see if there were any events going on and nothing was listed. When I showed up, it was packed with hundreds of people. After maneuvering through the crowds, I reached the front desk to see what was going on. It was some party for Vidcon or something. With the wait being over 1.5 hours, we decided it wasnt worth it to wait. If you have a section on your site for events going on at different locations, at least update it so people dont have to drive out there for nothing. Prices are high, so its only worth coming here if you can find a deal on Groupon or something.

One of the best birthdays, I ever had. I decided to be a little bit expensive on my 29th birthday by holding it here in K1 Speed. It was indeed a great idea for my six friends enjoyed it to the hilt. I have always wanted to have a spectacular birthday and kart racing provided me that great experience. It was such an experience and I am quite sure that my friends enjoyed it too. What is awesome about K1 Speed is its cleanliness and friendly and helpful attendants who were enthusiastic to assist us. I like the fact that kart racing is like being on the F1 race, you get to see your racing time on screen and they print out the results too.

I had such a great time karting with my family. I like K1 Speed In Anaheim because it is clean and the staff is friendly. One particular attendant, spent a lot of time on my daughter who was still learning how to kart. My husband and I enjoyed karting as well. Although bumping against other karts werent my favorite, nevertheless, I felt safe because of the straps that secure my shoulders. What I really like about K1 Speed is that, it not exclusive to karting only. They have functions room for any occasions, which gave me idea that I might hold my daughters birthday at this venue.

6-13-17 Cool place!! Girls at check in are sorta snotty.. They dont greet you with a smile nor give you any information. They act like youve been there done that.. I told them this was our first time. It was all good after we got on the track. Fast carts. I still recommend it. Later now in the day, Im looking at todays receipts. I see where they have charged me a membership fee of $8.oo. I guess that was to get the $39 (3) race special. Again, no information was provided. I had to wing it and guess at what I was doing at the check in. Sorta lame.

We received terrible customer service from Gabby at the front desk. We asked how long the wait was and she told us 1 hour, but she couldnt find us in the system despite being at this location several times. We had to re-register on the computer. When we were done she told us it was a 3-hour wait, even though it took us only about 5 minutes to register. Gabby was indifferent and felt no need to apologize or show empathy. Not what I expected from a front desk person. And not once during our greeting or check-in did she smile.

I love coming here. Guys, this is a perfect Date option (Especially when they have a Groupon available). Ladies, if you are uncertain about Go-Kart racing, give it a try. K1-Speed, has few locations, and this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and efficient. There are a lot of options for photo opportunities because the place has a lot of racing memorabilia everywhere and a nice waiting area up above the track for in-between races. It is a nice little adrenalin rush and makes for good memories.

Just started racing here and fell in love! Lots of great racers and lots of potential to learn about racing for those that dont have much experience. They offer classes and give out pointers to improve your lap times. They also have a reserved race event called Club 27 which is by invite only. I just started racing in Club 27 and found it to be REALLY amazing! All fast drivers in the 27 second bracket! Hope to see you there!
