NEVER go to this "amusement park" I had a birthday party for my two boys and I ended up doing all of the work. When I arrived my area was not set up...my hostess was MIA most of the time...you cannot purchase additional wristbands/tokens from the hostess you have to go to the window which takes FOREVER...I had to clean off my own table, run around to track down my hostess, set up my own table...why did I pay so much money for this party?!?! I complained to management - the actual manager and senior manager, all they could do was offer their condolences and hand me the public relation managers card - a big slap in the face. DO NOT HAVE A PART HERE. If you are that hard up for some rides go to Caslepark - I have had parties there and the customer service is a bazillion times better - it is overall cheaper as well. None of my guests were happy and I was VERY disappointed. Make sure you lock your cars as well - one of my guests had their car broken into and a few thousand dollars worth of stuff was stolen - all right in front of the Scandia main building. Chuck E Cheeses is even a better value and experience for a birthday party. Avoid this place like the plaque. I will NEVER go here again, even if they offered me free everything. NOT WORTH IT. You have been warned.

I have been going to this park ever since I was 5 so I wont let nostalgia affect this rating. Scandia has definitely seen better days. The rides all seem to be on the verge of breaking down to pieces: the merry-go-round desperately needs a makeover, the roller coaster could really use a maintenance check, and the go carts might need a serious smog check. It is also one of the dirtiest places Ive ever been. I would rather eat a pizza off my high schools outside lunch tables than sit down on any of Scandias benches. The main problem here though is that Scandia is understaffed. Ive reviews where people had to wait in an empty line because they had to wait for one of the 2 staff members to arrive are true. Only 2-3 workers are operating all the rides. Then there are around 5-6 workers (from what Ive seen) that run the rest of the park. They desperately need a makeover and need to be under new management. Prices also need an update. Rides are not worth the cost. Not enough staff to clean. Not enough staff to service customers. Not enough staff to run this park. Tip: If you still plan on coming, go on a weekday other than Friday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will leave you waiting in empty lines, waiting for staff. The golf course is also pretty okay. So is the arcade.

Today I took my daughter and her cousin for her birthday. As I approach to pay for their wristbands the manger is the one helping me I had a few questions because now she is tall enough for the rides I told the manager she is a jr vip he said no she is a regular VIP and she can ride all the rides he was very rude when answering my questions. He spoke to me as if I was and idiot. So we get outside to go on the rides we got on two then every ride after that the operator had to go to a different ride so after and hour of this we finally get to the go karts the operator tells the girls they arent tall enough for the ride I was so frustrated because the manager told me at the window they were tall enough for all the rides and made me pay the price for them to get on all the rides..... I will never go back to scandia! I recommend nobody come here ..... I couldnt even speak to a manger in charge because he was the one who was rude from the beginning.... a piece of advice if you dont like working with customers then you shouldnt be in customer service!!!

If it wasnt for the fact that we received our passes from a friend for free, I would have felt very ripped off here. Half the rides werent operating simply because they didnt have enough employees. You had to wait around for an operator to run another ride a few times, then come over to your line, leaving the people at the other attraction waiting. The arcade games are a ripoff. You only get 3 tokens to the dollar!? Then most games cost 4 tokens so youre spending over a dollar per game?! Then they dont even work...such as the skiball which didnt even register the points, so no tickets. There were ants everywhere...not only outside such as along the waiting area for the go carts, but also inside crawling on games like the ski balls. We still managed to have fun on the rides we did get to do. But this place just has a really run-down look and feel. The unmotivated, depressed looking staff doesnt help too much either.

Im never the usual person who complain but I want to warn you parents if you are taking your children on this place. My daughter along with her classmates were here last week and this place had a haloween theme where they have these scary people all over. One of them touched my daughter inappropriately and it left a bruise on her leg. When I called the park manager he said that this is something they do to illicit some fun and they dont mean anything harm. I asked him, how do you define the line between malicious and not malicious? What may be malicious to other may not be to you. Still he was defending his employee. I told him that I could get them in trouble if I want to. I called them hoping to protect other children from getting hurt by these people. So Im warning you parents, keep an eye on your children. Mine will definitely not gonna come back here.

I dont know how an amusement parks is open and they dont have enough attendant. I paid for unlimited band that means they go in the rides as many times as they want and they only give it for 4 hours, but when you only have few attendant working you really dont get your moneys worth because your always waiting for someone to open the ride, if you think going to have more employees till later than open the park later, why open early and have every customer mad and ready for a fight.they are happy taking your money and not providing the service.this place is in need of better management.the outside looks nice and clean, the bathroom were clean, but as soon as you walk inside it smells horrible! I dont know who wants to eat in a place that smells.

I brought a group of 7 we made it to thee park around 6:45 and had to stand in line to buy wrist bands so we didnt get in until about 7. It was my sons 5th birthday and he was only about to get on 2 rides thee 45mins we were there the only ride i was told would be down was there trucks but one whole half of the park was being ran by 2 employees so majority of our time was spend waiting in lines for one of thee employees to open the ride.. They refused our refund and says they will give us passes to come back but i did not want to go back so i simply asked for a refund the manager tells me they will not issue a refund and they are going to call the police and escort my entire group off the property..
