As a member of a number of city/business clubs, I want to comment on the restaurant at Shady Canyon. I would submit that the food is excellent, and the service is the best I have seen (so far!@). I was impressed with the Capresse (heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad) that was served with watermelon. Yes - WATERMELON. It was amazing, and the presentation was gourmet.
