I shopped this place for an engagement venue I was hosting and am APPALLED by the service i received at this country club , every venue visited would bend over backward to please me however this club coordinator CHRISTINE BOBADILLA had her nose in the air from the beginning. My initial appointment to view the facility was more like " here this is only room we have available for your date requested " and did not bother giving me a tour of the club, while i was viewing the hall she quickly interrupted me to leave as she had to go pick up her kids. Even when i disregarded her sour attitude and requested a taste testing her response was " i can only squeeze you in on thursday or friday " With all that aside i showed up to the taste tasting and Christine joined us towards the middle of the taste testing...... mind you at this point we already had prices figured out with a prior quote on hand & were ready with our cash deposit....... anyways she joined the taste testing and when i provided her with the time block i was looking to reserve the hall she immediately increased prices by $10 per plate..... as this came as an absolute shock to me, i told her this was never expressed to me that diff time blocks would provide an increase in price she so rudely responded " oh yes it was i have emails". As i was confident it wasnt i continued to tell her that she did not proved me with that information , as i was trying to gain clarity to the misunderstand she so RUDELY walked out of the taste testing printed emails and shoved them at me WHICH HAD NO RECORD OF HER PROVIDING TIME SLOTS. When i told her that the emails gave no indication of time her response was " id assume you know when lunch time was" ..... this was all typical given her attitude from the beginning. At the point my mind was made that i would not provide business to place that clearly doesnt value or respect clients, you would think operating in the industry that she does she would have an idea of how deal with customers but clearly she doesnt. They could not have paid me to host an event at this club. Do not bother with this club unless you do not mind poor, unhelpful and snobby service

My wife and I chose this venue for our wedding based on the beautiful greenery, waterfall between fairways, and other visual effects. Much to our disappointment, anything beyond the patio outside the lower dining area is members only. There are beautiful hills and trees lining the golf course, but you wouldnt know it from the pictures because every time we tried to get to a good setting with our photographer, the country club goons would come out and yell at us that we werent allowed on any of the grass or pretty much near anything worth taking pictures of because those areas are reserved for the members. If you want to get married here, its a really nice place. Just be warned in advanced that if you arent a member of the country club, they will treat you like a huge inconvenience that is interfering with their core business, catering to their members. Not what I expected at all on my wedding day.

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment of some of The Friendly Hills Country Club members to the volunteers from The Boys and Girls Club, all of whom are teenagers. At an auction event for The Boys and Girls Club last night, one member made several ignorant racist comments to a teenage African Amercian volunteer, another told a member who actually had respect and said thank you to the two young volunteers, to not say thank you to them, because theyre "the help." The volunteers holding open doors for guests received almost no thank yous either. Completely appalled that there are people that believe they can treat others in this manner. I understand that the Country Club is unable to control the behavior of its members, but if they feel this open to treat people, especially kids this way, its obviously a regular behavior.

We had my oldest daughters party at FHCC last year. Everyone had a wonderful time. The staff was helpful, courteous and a great pleasure to work with. We looked around at a number of venues and the best bang for your buck was at FHCC. When you add in all the extras that came with the package, it was well worth it. Great food, great fun. We used the downstairs dining area and the patio. Which gave us a large area to put the photo booth, chocolate /candy station and game area for the kids. We have already booked June 2017 for my youngest daughters party, I highly recommend anyone who wants a great venue for a party or wedding. Check out FHCC.

For a country club I would assume staffs would be better trained? I mean, i cant fault them for trying as they were all super sweet and nice. They didnt know how to clear the tables, they didnt know what was in the food that they were serving and last but not least the food wasnt even that great. Personally i wouldnt want to spend 15,000 for a country club for this type of food. However i have to give respect to the pianist, beautifully played!

We have been members at FHCC for many years and it has been a great experience. They have an incredible swim team that our kids LOVE to be a part of every year. Its nice to have a place to go to during the holiday season and avoid crowds that you would normally encounter if you went to a restaurant. Weve made many friends there who are now more like family.

Large party of 21 - 14 adults & 7 children. Due to large party had to leverage 3 item menu. Seated at 11:15, orders taken at 11:30. Food served at 12:45. An hour an fifteen minutes after ordering off a 3 item fixed menu. Food was good. Service team tried. But food was too late. Clearly a leadership/management issue.

Very Rude staff!!!! I cant believe how this establishment is being operated. Looks like a beautiful place but i never got passed the curt replies of the event coordinators and the unhelpful management team. NO CONCEPT OF COURTESY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
