ZERO STARS!! One star for this place is a joke. NEVER go to this golf course! Absolutely the worst course in the east valley (or that Ive been to). Do not pay money to these guys and heres why (no particular order): -The owner hit on my girlfriend right in front of me and made her feel awkward -They have kids running the "pro shop". Very unprofessional when an employee is cursing to another employee with customers around. That happens all day. -Greens barely have any roll...youre putting on dirt...There is no true roll at this place. -Fairways? What fairways? It is also, dirt -Ranger smoking cigarettes right next to tee box on multiple holes (unprofessional) -Doesnt pay attention to rate of play (should be rangers job, but hes smoking cigs instead). Will be a 3 hour round for 9 holes. Thats not golf. Thats not fun. -Charged $10 for a rider in the golf cart that wasnt playing and didnt even have clubs(round for actual golfer is $15 for 9 holes, which is a joke to begin with). This course may be worth about $5. MAYBE. Now I can see Pebble Beach charging for a rider, but this is Coronado. Give me a break. -The range balls are always old and dead. They dont seem to have enough money to replace them with new ones. -Golf carts filled with cobwebs and bugs -Multiple of other course options within 5 miles, so choose a different one (Continental, Rio Salado, Orange Tree, Starfire, etc)! -A few of the "club pros" are clearly on drugs -The Range is always on a hill and usually is too wet to compress the ball! -Practice areas are the best part about the course, but theres always kids running around and ruining that as well. -Doesnt have a hole that is over 300 yards. To say the least, this course is not a golf course. Its a large version of putt-putt (well, at least in putt-putt, you have a grassy surface to play from). I wouldnt take my kids here if I had any, thats how big of a joke this place is. If any of the reviews are good, I bet you it is someone that works there leaving them. That is how shady they are. If you want to play golf, it shouldnt be at Coronado. I am very passionate about how bad this place is because they treated us like garbage and this isnt my first time around the block. For a course that is definitely hurting for money heres a message: dont piss off the people that pay the rent.

Star Rating for Driving Range. The driving range here is the best around. They have a lit driving range and two practice areas that are also lit. They are open until 9pm everyday. You get to hit off of real grass and they use mostly Callaway Practice Balls which get replenished consistently. They have beer for sale and even do a happy hour on beer and range balls from 6-8pm. A really nice place to work on your game. The course itself is a 9 hole with 4 par 4s but I can reach all but one with less than driver. The par 3s differ nicely in that I get to hit SW, GW, P, 9 & 8 into them. You get to use most clubs in a round which is what I look for in an executive. It is very easy to walk but they do offer carts. The course is in typical 9 hole executive shape but some of the reviewers are expecting Troon conditions for $10.

Great facility for all levels of golf, especially beginners! ! For the Price, you cannot beat it!! Great for good players, its short, so get to work on your short game, and for beginners, its awesome way to learn the game and how to play! I mean, if you cant shoot par or better here, then why would you go pay to play any other course!? This course is Absolutely great for juniors, free golf with a paid adult and if you buy a large basket, your child gets a small free on!! Cannot beat these prices especially for the dumb Scottsdale prices around!! Happy hour everyday from 4 to 8!! Are you serious! !! $2 Coors and Bud specials and only 7.75 for a jumbo and 6.75 a large!?! Thats Rad! If you still dont like that, then go to Top golf and pay $50, because your an idiot!!!

This is a terrible golf course (even though it is only $12 for a 9-hole...save your $12 and go to Continental). The golf course is not maintained and the course is so poorly designed that its difficult to find the next hole (we only found 6 of the 9). The holes arent numbered and the staff removed all of the pins (and later the tee markers) immediately after I paid for a round. The course gets one star because they have a good driving range with happy hour specials on a large bucket. Other than that, do not waste your time and money here.

We booked off their website for 18 holes walking. Clicked booked and was transferred to Golf Now for payment. Receipt clearly showed walking 18 holes for four people. After playing nine holes they would not let us play the other nine without paying again! Showed them the receipt clearly showing 18 holes walking, but got nowhere. If you want frustration and feeling like you have been cheated go to Coronado. If not go anywhere else!

March 31, 2012. It was like playing in a damn swamp. Mud and puddles everywhere, etc. Sprinklers on in the middle of our hole multiple times. Patchy grass and just an overall poorly maintained course.

Good 9 hole for beginners. Experienced players...dont waste your time. The driving range is the main draw here. The turf is good and balls are reasonably priced, its open late as well.

Just used the driving range but it was fun and staff was courteous. 120 balls for $7 during happy hour. I came at 7pm.

Good driving range that is open at night. Being we are in the desert that is a good thing. Prices are reasonable.

The course is a little rough. Not very well maintained, but for the price it is a great option.

Nice course for beginners or the novice. Traditional fairways and greens... not a desert course.
