**Anyone leaving a positive review about this course is not a golfer.** If youre a person that doesnt play a lot and youre looking to get out and play for cheap maybe this place will work. I can suggest several others that are better in the area. This course is a disaster. Standing water and soaked fairways you can barely walk in much less hit out of. (which lead to some really bad smells) Greens are absolutely garbage and not cared for correctly. Pace of play is a snails pace. The entire service staff is absolutely worthless. You get the feeling they know the place is terrible and they dont want to be there either. And dont even get me started on the walkers, joggers, roller bladers and bicyclists you have to deal with while playing in the middle of your round. I played here with 7 other guys last week and all 8 of us hated it. We play a lot in the area and trust me this is the worst run course in AZ any of us have seen. The place is a joke.

I read the other reviews and had to speak up. Ive lived on the course for 10 years and can vouch that management is always accommodating and responsive. My kids and wife have never been told to get off the course or cart path. There is no loud speaker. Thats just silly and more like a kids prank. We see first hand the meticulous care they take. Those that complain on their reviews are the exception and contradict one another. One person writes that it is run down and no one plays the course. The next person complains that it is too busy. Likely, the truth is somewhere in the middle. When the weather turns cooler in September or October everyone wants to play and its crowded. When its 115, there arent likely too many golfers. It is a challenging course in the heart of a big city and deserves props for keeping the course in great shape, while respecting the environment and the neighborhood.

I joined the PDP program here at the end of February and had to sign up for 2 months, I explained myself clearly to James, the staff member that signed me up, that I would pay cash the following month after my first 2 month expired, not to charge my debit card that I was told had to be on the application. My card was charged while I was out of town and when I called to complain and cancel I couldnt get my money back. I no longer have the time to be at the course to make the PDP worth paying for, I havent been there one time this month but I cant get a refund, not only that but every time I played the course I could never get in all the holes due to the "pack em in like sardines" mentality they have there, not enough carts to go around, have to wait 15 min to get another bucket of balls, slow slow slow play!!

We played 11 holes this morning and the front nine was in rough shape. We waited at every shot on the back nine and it took about 45 minutes to finish two holes. It was so bad the course employee that played with us left and said it was way too slow!! Typically, the front desk will offer some sort of voucher or discount for feature use. When we asked the guy at the front he started yelling at us. As a business owner I can say this is the WORST management team I have ever seen! I will contact the ownership directly and notify them of my poor experience! Stay far away from this place!!!!

I live nearby and they have a walking path that I frequently use. This course is a joke! There is never any golfers and I was taking a walk after hours (7:30pm) I was reprimanded over a loud speaker," told to stay on walking path". First of all, their path markers are confusing, and I see walkers walk the same path that I take daily. There werent even any golfers... Its funny how a place can be so pretentious when its just an old poorly maintained golf course. No one golfs here because its a reputable course, they golf here because it is cheap!

Worst golf experience in Arizona in 25 years. Horrible customer service, tee time was 30 minutes late, no carts when we were finally ready to tee off and then they sent us to the 11th hole. Fairways were hard and just off them was like hitting of pavement. Distractions on every tee box and they were scattered with tees that must have been there for days. I would list more issues but you should get the point by now. I would pass if they gave me a free tee time!!!

The course was in excellent shape - nice greens - very enjoyable layout. But, SLOW --SLOW PLAY. It took us close to 5.5 hours to complete our round - all 90 of their rental carts were out on the course when we arrived. No fun when you have to wait on every shot - 2 groups on most tee boxes when we got to them. Would love to play again, but will not return because of the speed of play. Apparently they overbook the course on a regular basis - too bad.

Outstanding! We at the Law Office of Libby Banks, PLLC put on an Estate Planning seminar monthly in the small dining room and Brian and his staff have everything ready. They make us and our guests comfortable with great service. Plus, they have updated the tables and chairs. Very nice. Thank you for helping us.

Nice relaxing course. Staff was very accommodating. Layout good. Greens 7 out of 10 simply because it does get played. Pace of play great. We had 6 guys. Played in 4 hours. Marshal was great and friendly. This course is better than most of the reviews presented. Great value play. We will play Stone Creek again.

We play 3-4 times a week. Our handicaps range from 7 - 18. We thought this course was great value for money. Well laid out and in good condition. Have played a lot worse courses in America. Staff friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Recommend this course.

An excellent golf facility. Great restaurant, pro shop staff, outside services and beverage cart. The golf course is a great test of golf for all levels of play. The course has been in great condition. Greens are fairly consistent with plush fairways.

This course is like my game: hit or miss. Ive been there when its in great condition and I seem to fly through the course, and other times its in pretty rough condition and they pack the course like a can of sardines. And I hate sardines.

Course played great. For early September, I was really impressed by the upkeep. Great service by the staff, and the event planning crew was also helpful. Not too difficult, definitely a good course for a party with varying skill levels.

I kind of dont like the golfing establishment considering Ive rode my bike past here already and a few golf balls were on the bridge nearby I had to evade the golf balls just to not crash.

Favors left to right shots off the tee box. Turtled greens and the course is in magnificent shape except for the middle of summer. Greens tend to be on the slower side.
