The service is absolutely AWFUL. We go to this place regularly for a breakfast meeting and each week, with each different staffer,the service gets worse and worse. Not coming around ever for a coffee or tea refill is minor. Today I sat at the table a good 10 plus minutes before I even saw a server in the restaurant and called her over. Others at my table asked for a coffee refill (they were there quite a while already) and I placed an order as did another woman. After 30 minutes I got up to tell the server not to bother and she said "Oh it will be right up." And then disappeared into the kitchen as I said again, dont bother. 5 minutes later she comes to the table with my food - as we were getting ready to leave! The other woman finally got her bagel (how long can that take?) The plate was boiling hot like it had been under heat lamps a really long time. I told her I was leaving and she said she would put it in a box. The other person at the table asked for a box as well. 3 more people at the table gave their credit cards for the orders they received. Another 5 plus minutes she comes back with my food after running the credit cards. Ice cold. One persons coffee was the regular $2. Another persons coffee was $3.25! The server just said forget it instead of correcting the mistake. And the topper - when I walked in and for a while before (I was late to the meeting) the place was fairly empty. I wondered if the server was cooking and play caddy as well. Looking for a new meeting spot in South Mountain

We were married June 12, 2015 at Raven Golf Club Phoenix. We worked very closely with Erin and staff, they were courteous, professional and were there when we needed them. Everything was exactly as we envisioned from beginning to end. The course was in beautiful shape and the venue looked amazing for our big day. All of our guests were very pleased with the custom menu that the staff created for us. Everything ran smoothly and more than met our expectations. Nice layout. No desert target golf here. A nice reprieve from that. The write up talks about how they are #1 customer service and enjoy the mango scented iced towels. Well...we carried our own clubs to the cart, no towels were ever provided. Course service was minimal. The course Marshall correctly asked one of our groups to pick up the pace, which they knew and did, but then fIll owed them for 6 holes monitoring them. The funny thing is, thy were one hole behind which is what we started out due to the starter talking too much. Go for the course, dont expect much else.

An excellent golf facility. The pro shop staff are very professional. Outside services greet you on arrival and take care of your golf bag. The starter greets you and informs you of the course condition and playing time requirements for speedy play. The course is in excellent condition with consistent speed on the greens. The beverage cart makes its way around the course quickly enough to be visited at least three times while on the course. A great value for the area during the winter months.

Excellent greens, well maintained, but overpriced compared to similar courses Ive played in phoenix area. Clubhouse is nice, but, again, should be nicer for the price point. In an odd location for an "upscale" course. Sort of tacky area, tho course is nice. Easy to find balls, as course is more parkish than a true desert course. Course gets an 8/10, clubhouse 7/10, greens 9/10. Value 5/10.

This was the first time I had ever been to a golf course and had to wait on a cart before we could tee off. Staff was unhelpful. We went off after an outing (would have been nice to know when I booked) so I understand slower play but it took us just under 6 hours for 18 and the staff was upset we were asking them to do something about the slow play. Ill never go back.

Definitely 4 1/2!! My first time here, and my first winter golf away from home, Minnesota. The course was in great shape, a beautiful course, challenging and fair. The acid test, would I play here again? Absolutely! So far, my two favorite courses in Greater Metro Phoenix was Whirlwind and Boulder. Raven is my third.

The worst green conditions I have ever played on. Sand covers 95% of these greens it is a complete joke. DO NOT PLAY HERE. This place should be embarrassed but no they dont even mention the greens. If you like to putt in sand this is the place for you. I will never play here again!!!

Great for golf but horrible for weddings. The reception would be in a crappy tent where you see all the AC tubes inside the building. And the ceremony is right between to a car road and a golf cart road. Say goodbye to privacy and hello to distractions.

Love this golf course -- sometimes feels like Im not even in Phx when I play there, due to the pine trees and greenery. Somewhat challenging course, but not too challenging and very fun to play.

Fantastic course. Well worth the money I paid. Got a deal on GolfNow app for only $57.00 for 18 and a cart. Staff was superb!!!!!! Tough but very playable course.

This course is nice! Staff is great!! But its not top 5 in phoenix. If you live in the north valley, dont waste the drive. Stick to the north courses, far better.
