Wonderful golf outing this morning. Was second guy on course and played around in 2:45. Lots of opportunities to hit a few extra balls, as with some of the elevation changes, club selection was a bit off. Greens were a bit slower, but like those better than touching putts on greens rolling a 12. You can actually make a stroke at the ball. Though only second out, lots of unrepaired ball marks on greens, Sb one of first thing greens keepers do before cutting. Had a couple marshals out, equip them with a divot repair tool and spend a few minutes fixing them as they wait for next groups. Otherwise, great shape, small greens required a bit more accuracy, thank god game was on. Will be back

The big disappointment here was the check out process. On check in the staff was nice and also apologetic for computer issues that required a half hour process with 2 associates. I asked for a late check out and was told no that check out was at 11 and we would be automatically charged $100 if we were at all late. Then I was told check out was 10 am and after a short but moderately heated discussion we were allowed a 11:30 check out. Ive never had an associate anywhere anyplace argue with me over a very minor and reasonable request like to check out 1/2 hour late. NOT COOL!!

We played golf at Rancho Manana today and it was one of the best Golf experiences we have had. The beauty is amazing and the quality of the experience is a real memory maker. Any handicap could play there and an advanced golfer will really be "shot" tested. I come to AZ each Dec and Feb for a week and I will be looking forward to playing Rancho Manana next Feb. The Tonto Bar and Gill is a great restaurant as well, great food!

Beautiful course. The Marshall was very rude to us on the 7th tee about our pace, which was on pace for a 4 hour round. He really ruined the experience for us, watching us tee off on 13 again, rushing our play. The folks in the pro shop were very friendly and I want to post online as reviews tend to effect change more quickly these days. We finished in 4 hours.

Great course with some good elevation changes on the front nine. I did not give it 5 stars because they charge extra for range balls (we played on 2/27/16 and paid $130 per player for 18 holes, bought stuff in the pro shop, and even ate at the resort after golf) but they still wanted $6 for a small bag of balls! Come on guys thats just so tacky.

Had a great room with a view of the desert. Clean, well stocked so were able to make some lovely dinners and eat on the patio. Had a really nice dinner at the attached restaurant one night also. Got a one week membership in Black Mountain Fitness due to lack of a fitness center which worked out very well.

One star for service, 4 stars for the course itself. Appreciate the comments from the owner. The rude service was in addition to the frost delay, so still one star for service. On frost delays... technology IS available to send a single email or text to all your golfers to let them know.

Fantastic track, beautiful, my only gripe is that the greens are so slow as to almost be unplayable. If you normally play at a course that rolls 10 or so expect to three putt a few greens. Otherwise, fantastic.

Friendly and very well taken care of course. The elevation changes are fantastic and make for a great round. Practice facilities are narrow but in great condition. Will be coming back for sure

The pro shop staff had a personality of a hot dog, course is in good shape, but not for what they charge. The resturant is what save them with 3 stars.

Great layout. This course is a gem. Well tended, super staff, challenging enough but fair. Many picturesque holes await.
