If there were a place for 0 stars, this place would receive it. Within the first 3 minutes of being here I can already tell that youre in for a long day between Juan, at the front desk and Roman who is the shift manager, albeit an inexperienced and ill equipped manager, the service and attitudes were disgusting. No communication, no eye contact, no bueno! Next, I gave a little feedback and Juan, in a need to defend his behavior, attempted to talked over me. No directions for where to go, or what lane, so I had to ask. Next they did not have my shoe size, so I was left with a size too large. When I went back to exchange them, I got in line and waited. Another lady walked up and Roman, the "shift manager", asked her if she needed help. Excuse me, you didnt see me here? Roman says,"Yeah, I saw you there, I thought she was returning shoes." He snatches the shoes and puts them on a back counter. I tell him that I was not returning them, I was exchanging them. I need a size smaller. He rolls his eyes because now he has to go and retrieve them to look at the sizes. " Am I inconveniencing you as a customer?" At this point I have had enough, "Where is the manager?" Roman answers that he is. "No, I mean the real manager." Is there a general manager or an owner here? "NO", comes Romans response. What is the number, I ask. Once again I hear, "No"! Now, my blood is boiling!!!!!!! And this was all within five minutes! NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!

Bowled league here for three years. The manager despises people and could care less if you are satisfied with his bowling alley or not. He has totally let his house go to pieces...Examples? There would always be lanes that did not work because he constantly is taking parts from other working lanes to repair broken lanes, and "ordering parts". He never cleans his ball returns, leaving your ball smudged with big black patches of grime. The back ends are dirty and often, they are not maintained, and your expensive bowling balls will come back with huge gashes from the equipment, which he will offer to repair, but not fix the lanes..oh and you will not get your ball back for 2-3 weeks (dont expect a quick turnaround since he cant keep a pro shop or a restaurant in the place for very long..). He cares little to keep the scorekeeping units updated or working..sometimes I had to tap the control unit to make the screen come up. Sometimes you couldnt even read em, because they were so dark or damaged. The lane conditions are so bad that one week you could have a decent shot, but the next week, they would be so flooded that you couldnt get the ball to move a few boards, and the following week they were so dry that you couldnt keep ANY ball on the lane...and yes, I own a blue dot. Ultimately, he cant keep a league there because he doesnt care about his bowlers, his clientele, or his business. He is just trying to dump it. Sad really.

Let it roll bowl is the worst bowling service I ever saw in my life I have a Groupon coupon for two hours of bowling I call them and fix an appointment at 3:30 PM on Saturday. I informed them that I had a Groupon coupon for two hours of bowling. They said you can come at 3:30 PM. I went their at 3:30 PM on Saturday and they told me league matches will start at 5:00 PM you have to vacate the lane by that time. why the hell did i bought coupon for two hours which means I am good till 5:30 PM, I had a reservation and they know I had a coupon purchased for 2 hours its not a good customer service. Mr. JUAN postponed my appointment to Sunday evening at 5:30 PM and Mr. JUAN said we are good to go. We came back on Sunday at 5:30 PM Mr. JUAN started the drama again saying I am sorry we dont have any lanes opened I tried to call you and so on..what the hell then I have a reservation for. I had two wasted trips of about 50 miles which is a waste of time and money (GAS). They gave me lane number 1 it got bowl struck 2 time in that 2 hours period it took 10 minutes to fix it and one tine the lane is closed automatically it took 10 minutes to fix that. I will not recommend let it roll bowl. Out of 10 I will give negative (-5) rating for this. Customer service is too bad Mr. Juan got attitude. He didnt even answer my questions.

I had a good time bowling but the employees here ensured me that I would NEVER come back here. Before I came with my coworkers last night I went to the website and called to make sure of pricing and age restrictions. So I get there and they tell me the price is $10 more than advertised. And that the website hasnt been updated in a month. Im thinking they would honor the price because i was not aware of that but no. And then the cashiers said it would be cheaper if we paid together so I charged it all on my card and it was still the same price! I was furious to have been lied to! The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the DJ and the full bar.

Got there to used a 5 person Groupon. Person behind the desk was rude. A couple of friends came later to join us but they wouldnt let them bowl on a new lane because they were all "booked", however, he did accept their Groupon for bowling on the same lane. We bowled next to an open lane the rest of the time. The shoes were not included in the deal which we didnt notice until we were charged $5 a person. Not much of a "deal", especially considering we used two Groupons for one lane...I will not return and will discourage people from going if asked for an opinion. I normally dont post reviews but this experience was just that disappointing..

Not only is this place extremely over priced for the neighborhood it is in, but the manager is unprofessional. After being charged $12.50 for a pitcher of Bass at a bowling alley...yeah thats right, 12 dollars and 50 freakin cents....their credit card machine was not working so the manager told us to use the ATM. He was not willing to reimburse us for the ATM fees incurred. And can I just remind everyone a pitcher of Bass goes for about $7.50 at the local bar. I will not be a customer at Sunset Bowl ever again. TWELVE FIFTY for a pitcher of beer...at a BOWLING ALLEY!!!!!!

Dont get me wrong I love this place!!! The DJ is awesome,the guy who takes pictures is very friendly and so is the guy who works behind the counter!! Great for family and friends to have a great time!! BUT the girls behind the counter are very rude! Especially the younger thicker latina girl! I asked where the restroom was and she rolled her eyes at me and with attitude in her voice and pointed us in the direction. Would still come here but if I didnt have to deal with her my experience would be 100% satisfied and I would give 5 stars!

Awful experience .Tried to have fun there, but elderly drunk couple next to my family keep insulting and cussing at my 7 and 16 year old nephew., Threatened to throw the bowling ball at us. when staff and officer pulling security dirty were informed ,they did nothing to help,even when the couple was arguing and yelling at the kids in front of them. The drunk ignorant couple didnt really matter to me, but it just sucked how the officer there didnt really care even though all of this was happening in front of him.
