I like coming here to bowl, theres always open lanes which is nice. BUT, the staff is a complete joke. Theres no one there to help you when you need, yet there is random staff wandering around doing nothing. Ive noticed the snack counter guy outside smoking with friends then preparing food. Not to mention he is off bowling as if hes not on the clock working or anything. Found myself and a friend standing at the counter waiting to ordered with no one around to help. Makes me wonder if their staff even have food handlers cards or wash there hands before preparing food. Ordered food last time and after already waiting forever on the kid outside he burns our food because hes STILL off doing everything but his job. This place makes me laugh.

It was a decent time for us all -- quick birthday outing with good company and drinks to be had by all. Well, there would have been except that every tap line was out at the bar. Any alcohol had to be either bottles or mixed beverages; not the end of the world but youll feel it in your wallet. Late night bowling was fun and the location was pretty busy, but not brimming full of people. I assume they were too busy going outside to watch the two or three couples pressed against the wall all over each other. Im sure during the day it has more of a family-friendly vibe but the staff was professional and polite as one would expect. So, nothing great, but nothing poor either. A mixed bag.

Daytime bowling here is pleasant, clean & fun. Lots of teams come here so there will often be plenty of people to talk to, ask questions of, & learn from. Night time bowling is less awesome than daytime, but the taps will often run out toward the end of the busy nights. What is really fun is the late night black-light bowling. Although the music is often too loud & the taps long gone its an exciting atmosphere, the different perspective on the lanes makes it more challenging & everyone comes out for it. Understandably Not Barefoot Friendly.

Ive been going approx 4 x week this summer since summer hours have started earlier. Love the staff. They always remember me and what my husband & I like no matter how busy they are. Sometimes they get slammed right at opening time with large crowd and cant get all things ready to go, but this bowling alley is awesome. Dont know what night or weekend staff is like. Wish the videos were a bit more kid friendly as many kids are there during the day.

Had a great time. The place was clean and the staff was polite. The food wasnt great, but I didnt expect anything spectacular from a bowling alley. I wont spend $9 on a burger there again. I was there on a Saturday, around 3pm, and it was great. They were busy, but not packed so we had a little room. The music was good. The location is great. Ill be back for sure.

The food was great, the venue was clean and nice, but the staff wasnt so friendly. I would have given it 4 stars if the staff hadnt seemed annoyed with us our entire visit. They were very short with us from the moment we walked in and continued to seem like we were a burden although we were one of 3 groups there....

Horrible service. Had to stand at counter almost 10 min to check out. Someone had to go knock on a door in the back to get them to come out. Was also told they couldnt turn off the fan blowing cold air above us because someone 6 lanes down wanted it on even though they had a fan on above them. Unbeliveable!

Sandy and Leah are awesome and always welcoming with great customer service...bumpers go up quickly and if requested and available we always get the lane of our choice!! Drinks are cheap, bar service is fast and food will come to your table no problem!! Food is better than expected!!!

Just a quick comment, I had a very good bowling experience, the staff are ready to assist even those who have never bowled before, the place is clean, myself and my team we felt welcomed and definitely recommend this bowling alley to others ,good job

All the staff here are unprofessional. There is never an employee in the actual building as they are all outside taking a smoke break every 15 minutes. Im surprised it has even stayed in business this long.

Great place for family fun. The place is nice, well taken car of and clean. The employees are great, always helpful and pleasant. Id give them a 5th star if they ever fixes the water fountains :)

Older bowling alley but of course has everything you need. Doesnt have all the extras like the Brunswick XL lanes but good specials on bowling.
