The customer service is just that...service. Like it is forced upon them to be nice to people when they dont want to. People can tell when you arent happy and that is how the service is at Sleeping Giant Lanes. It would be nice if they were more active and friendly with their customers. Too bad its the only bowling alley in Helena, MT. HOWEVER, the mechanic there is super friendly and amazing.

The prices and establishment are fun and fair, yet the personal service, front desk and bar employees were fairly rude and unprofessional. Texting and talking to their friends when customers were in need of help was common all though the night. It would be safe to say management is sleeping at sleeping giant lanes

This is a great place for a birthday party. I took M&Ms. We bowled in a different way when we grabbed the different colors of M&Ms : Orange -backwards Yellow -close eyes Green -turn around Brown -normal Red -yell yahoo Blue -do a dance

Its nice enough, but the price is too high - $3.75/game during the middle of the week in summer (when other lanes close for the slow season) We were just passing through and we bowl a lot. This is one of the highest prices we have seen.

I wish I could give zero stars. Not only were the staff super unfriendly,as well as generally not happy they were harassing me about my life choices. This as very uncalled for just the worst experience!!!!

the bowling was ok even tho our machine stopped working a couple of times and when we told them , he was very rude about it. very poor customer service. you could tell he did not want to be there working.

Great staff and pro shop. Had my ball custom drilled in under 20 minutes and it fits perfectly. Always very friendly service.
