This is my favorite casino here in phoenix! I have my favorite bartender who made me non alcoholic Shirley temples with extra cherrys the right way Every time I came, and she began to remember me,(I was pregnant) she would always ask how I was doing, how the baby was that sort of thijng very professional and personable, even after I had my son we sat and she looked at pictures of my baby, and has always remembered my certain drink and my brand of cigarettes! I always win when I come here! There desert diamond omelette is the best! Even better than Dennys! Even the hashbrowns that come with it! And I know! I compared ate at desert diamond one morning,(the desert diamond omlette) the very next morning had basically the same omelette with a side of hash browns at Dennys the next morning, basically the same meal, and by far dessert diamonds was so much better in every way, the whole meal!they also had a special you g on for carne asada frys on evening for a really good price and they where sooo good! A very big portion as well! They were except, I wish it would be a regular item on there menu! I also wish they served breakfast all day 24/7 as well! Only thing o wish they had would be an actual alcohol bar, and better comp. Free play, and be able to buy cigarettes or food with your free play. They do have dinning comp. Which the most I have had is 5 dollars,Im not sure if there is more given out,,but I would like to see a better comp. Structure,,,,and hopefully theyg build a hotel out there! That would be nice! Its a very nice place to come! I enjoy myself Every time, whether I win, loose, eat or just stand next husband as he plays,I enjoy myself. O also the weekly tournaments are nice as well, my husband has been in a few, and for participating even if you loose you still receive 25 dollar free play, and usually a shirt, for just participating which is really nice! I love it here one of my favorite places in phoenix/Glendale. Only down call, I was there for my birthday on my birthday, I went to the players club to get a new member card since I lost mine, and I wasnt even offered any free comp for my birthday or even a happy birthday from the customer service man who was assisting me. I got nothing! Which most casinos offer you something on your birthday! I choose to spend it there and I didnt even get a Happy Birthday or nothing! He was more interested to get me out the line,,which there was nobody in line or even in the small area where you go to get a card, nobody was there,,even my husband said that it was pretty rude and he should of took his time to see my offers or to even say happy birthday to me. So I would like to see that change as well! People come here for there special occasions and dont even get noticed! Overall I love the place!

After reading all of the horrible reviews, I had to go see this place for myself since its only 4 miles from my house. I went on a Monday afternoon around 12:30 and the huge parking lot was only about 1/4 full. Inside, the air was smokey but comparable to other casinos. Im very sensitive to smoke (get headaches) and I was fine there. Since it was lunch time, I started looking for the food. I expected them to have a buffet like just about every other casino on the planet, but they did not. I guess they dont realize that a cheap buffet brings in the locals for a meal and they tend to gamble while theyre there. This place has a massively expensive "food court" which is actually just one counter serving the basics, like an $8 hamburger. I guess that wouldnt have been too bad if it came with fries, but those are an additional 2.75. I passed and got myself a free Diet Pepsi. That lasted about 5 sips because it definitely did not taste right. Time to gamble. I walked all around the casino to check out the machines, and I have to say that there were a LOT more of them than I expected based on the reviews. This place is not as small as people are claiming. Think of it as Cliff Castle when it first opened, before they started adding on. There were plenty of open machines to play and even the video poker at the bar was available. I did immediately notice on my walk that even though the machines were mostly penny, nickel, and quarter, they all had a max bet that sucked down money like crazy. The one and two line play didnt do squat for me so on a penny machine, I was having to bet 3.80 a spin just to cover the rows for any shot at winning. I ran through my 50 bucks quickly, despite trying to play as slowly as possible. I was waiting for 2:00 when the card kiosk was available to swipe my new players card for a promotion. I wandered up that way about 10 minutes early and there was already a long line of people waiting. The staff was very nice and kept breaking off the line and taking people to other kiosks to keep the line shorter. Funny how it kept breaking exactly behind me... Anyway, when it was my turn, I was awarded $5 in free play which I tried out on a dollar machine, and lost. Several people in front of me won $40. I did hear the jackpot music several times while I was there and even saw one guy getting his picture taken with a big check for just over 1k. Security never bothered me (I hardly saw them) and each employee I ran into was very nice. I didnt win any money, but Ill stop by on the way home each Monday to run my card through the kiosk to see what I win that way. I wont be back to gamble until they get quarter machines with a max bet of .75 and a buffet.

Where to start? First of all when you cant even go in the bathroom without security following you everywhere and theres no alcohol, the license was supposed to be given in February will guess what the bartender told us not till July. So obviously we bring our own drinks in which was cheaper anyway but if you start hitting good money on machines or having a nice time the main bosses start standing behind you watching you like a hawk making you uncomfortable with several employees around them making you feel like you did something wrong when its just the luck of the draw that every machine you go to youre winning about $ 60 to $100 to the point of where my wife was saying is there something wrong am i trippin or are they literally following us everywhere we go and not even being discreet about it. If I wanted to steal it wouldnt be from a casino they have a million cameras watching everything you do is ridiculous and stupid the whole experience was terrible when I started losing my money thats when the boss told us we had to leave for what I still do not understand? It was the weirdest experience of my life to be told that you have to leave at Casino which Im thinking they were watching me so because I am down $100 lets kick them out? It is terrible steer clear as much as possible its honestly not worth going to the games are all old and it seems like casino from Vegas gave all of their leftovers to this place it is worth it to go to talking stick or casino Arizona by McDowell. The extra drive is worth it I promise. I have heard the most horrible things about this place and Im the type to read a review and not think anything of it because Ive had reviews where several people have given it one star and I had a five star experience I can tell you that this one star review is true and accurate and I refuse to give these Indians my money. if I could give it negative stars i would. Lisa the black chick was rude at the snack bar. If you hate your job then quit
