The Casino itself is pretty nice -- big, and has a LOT of gaming options. Its hard to find electronic speed roulette (with a real spinner/ball)... but they had it. The parking lot was super clean and everything was polished and nice. They also allow RV parking in the back parking lot -- but there is a catch. While it was clear that they had a three-day maximum stay, what wasnt clear (until we arrived) were the terms. When you show up you have to get a players club card. You then head to security and let them know youre staying in a RV. Theyll take a bunch of information, make you sign some forms/waivers, and youre all set... for that ONE NIGHT. You see, in order for you to stay a second night, you have to accumulate 350 "points" on your players card. What does that mean? Well, I HATE "points" -- because its like going to a Dave & Busters... everything cost "points" and there is no super easy/clear 1-to-1 indicators for a dollar being a point, or a penny being a point, or anything like that. Points are always some oddball math and never easy to calculate -- BY DESIGN. You see, by making the point system confusing they hope that youll forget how much money each game costs, or how much you truly have burned through. At least, thats how it works at Dave & Busters. With Casino Arizona the points dont replace money... you earn points alongside spending money or spending time. For example, if you spend X-amount of time at a Blackjack table, you earn X-amount of points on your card. What is the exact amount? They dont really tell you... it kind of just "depends" on what kind of game it is, how long youve been there, etc. Okay... so thats no help. So, what about the slot machine? Well... those are easier to figure out. If you play 20 dollars on a slot machine, you get 20 points on your card. That doesnt mean you lose the money, you just have to put the money in and play (gamble). I put 20 into a Wheel of Fortune slot machine and lost three times (at $5 per pull) until I won $42. I cashed out and my players card only had me gaining 20 points. If youre like me, youre thinking "its going to take me forever to get to 350 points just to stay another night in the parking lot"... and that means you actually have to RISK $350 of your own money to do it. Sure, you might get luck and WIN, but this is a casino... and these are slot machines.. how lucky do you honestly think youll be? This could easily turn into one of the most expensive "free" RV parking spots Ive ever encountered. For those who are NOT worried about an RV, and are just looking to play... the points are still a bit confusing, and under-rated. When you first start off with the card they put 2,300 points on your card (or close to it). The points cant be used for gambling -- only for a discount on merchandise (like shirts and cups, etc.) or food (at the buffet). We opted for the buffet, since we were all starving. Those 2,300 points... guess how much they were worth? $4.38 (or close to it). Yep. All those points only represented a few dollars and some change. While we appreciate the free discount at the buffet, I was a bit disappointed with their point system. You have to risk a LOT of money in order to get any kind of value out of your accumulated points. Are YOU willing to risk TWO THOUSAND of your own dollars, and likely lose it all and be left with nothing but enough points to buy a Big Mac at McDonalds? Oh... and dont even try the electronic Roulette Table. It has a sign on it that clearly says that "every $100 of play is equal to 1 point" on your players card. Yep. You read that right. Slot machines are $1 for 1 point... but electronic Roulette is $100 for 1 point. That means youd have to RISK $200,000 of your own money just to earn enough points for a 12-pack of Pepsi at a grocery store. At that rate you might as well save money by flying to Vegas and renting a penthouse and playing on tables with real action.

I was there for the first time, the place was crowded during a football game. A lady stood up and i sat in that spot i put a twenty in the machine and noticed the lady had left a five dollar chip next to the machine. i immediately stood up looking for the lady. She was walking towards me I handed her the chip and she started yelling at me saying that she hadnt cashed out. I noticed the machine read $39.75. I grabbed a twenty out of my pocket and gave it to her. She said she had just put a hundred in the machine, I told her to look at the machine showing $39.75. She took the twenty and left mad. some guy she was with started cussing at me, I told him not to cuss. security showed up. four of them went to talk to them, they then came to me and said if they heard anything else they would 86 me from the property. Up to that point all i had said was "please dont cuss at me" I asked if they wanted to hear my side of the story and they said no they already new what happened from talking to them. security was incredibly incompetent. I went to talk to a manager. After waiting twenty minutes one of the people that had refused to hear my side of the story showed up. She rolled her eyes and said there really wasnt anything she could do for me without me saying a word. I left feeling like i had been mistreated and no one cared. I payed $8.00 dollars for a beer. They should get arrested for charging people gambling. Terrible incompetent place i would never go there again.
