Place was packed no machines were available when I walked in. Definitely the cheapest slots around. Ive seen more $0.01 - $0.02 + $0.05 machines at this casino. More than any other around these parts. The tables are not your typical variety of standard playing tables, there was plenty of people at them though having a good time. Surprisingly, the dealers took time to actually tell me the rules of the game and the basics of playing their tables. Which I found it very rare and fascinating. They also have live music. The stage is in the main bar in the center of the place. You can watch and play or jump on the dance floor which was full. Bingo is a big thing there. The lines went around the casino before the doors even opened. Parking lot was full, so parking is an issue, if you want to park especially up close. They have vallet parking service. But there is no Hotel and they DONT offer FREE Wi-Fi. The crowd was pleasant the machines were hot and the table were roaring. There is a food court at the end, smelled decent and the Bars were packed. And conveniently off the highway. Good Luck

This casino literally kidnapped my friend. They said she was too drunk so instead of kicking her out, they brought her into a room at the end of the hallway and took her phone away. The group of friends I was with spent the next 4 hours looking for her, searching the parking lot, every inch of the casino area, and then even ended up driving home to her house to see if maybe she went home. We also called her name on the Intercom system multiple times, but they wouldnt let her leave even when we called her name. Ill be very clear, this woman was not bothering anyone, or acting like a drunk bafoon or anything. And they took her for over 4 hours and then eventually let her go, but didnt give her phone back so she had to borrow a strangers phone to call us, we were all searching other places she would have gone and had to drive back to get her and then demand her phone back. We were all freaking out thinking she got kidnapped and what do you know, she actually did. This is not an okay establishment. It was so scary worrying about our friend for so long. If you go here, PLEASE BE AWARE.

Very smokey every time I go there.When I play the slot machines it seems I lose my money very fast .Win a little and lose it back.Its like taking two steps forward and five steps back so even tho you win a little it takes it back .Very difficult to walk away a winner. I play at alot of casinos and this is one of the smokiest losing casinos Ive been to.It wasnt always like that but it is now.Whoever sets these slots is very greedy.Why smoking is legal in casinos and nowhere else in Arizona public places is a crime and should be forced to stop.Second hand smoke kills people and they irresponsibly allow it to happen with out having to pay any medical bills for the people the smoke harms which is their own employees and customers alike.Lose your money and your health at the same time.Who cares??? They dont obviously.

Extremely rude, racist, belligerent employees here. Short Vallet lady with glasses of hispanic or native ethnicity was cursing at me and telling me that my white ass doesnt belong here because its native reservation land. Im white, and look mostly Caucasian but Little does she know Im half navajo on my mothers side. Grandma was full navajo, Rest her soul. My clan is The water flows clan. Regardless of race though. This lady needs to be fired of given a lesson on respect. She clearly has some problems and she couldve resolved her problem with me with polite words. Instead this lady screamed at me, cursed at me, racially slurred me. I will never come here as a customer.

Went on a Saturday evening for BINGO. First time at any casinos in AZ and it wasnt great. The customer service lady at the Players Club sign up area was nice and tried to explain the free bonus play. When we had questions after, it was hard to find someone willing to to help us. When we found someone, he wasnt pleasant. It was off-putting. The fast food service was slow, very slow. The food was mediocre. The lady at the BINGO cage was very nice and again, tried to explain what was going on. The BINGO itself was fast paced if you were playing on paper. Free fountain drinks were a plus. I would try other casinos before going back to this one.

Food prices way WAY up there compared to a year ago. Very cheap a** place, "jackpot hits" = 300 to 500 where they used to regularly be 1,000 to 6,000 or 7,000. Change in players club took more away from players. They try to fool you. . . " now you earn 1 point for 1.00 in play " what they leave out is it takes 5,000 points to get anything and used to take 500. The "Native Americans" sure have found a way to get back at the "White man" for "firewater". Ones addicted to one thing, the other another . . . its ALL EXPLOITATION . . . Why are there so many Native Americans still living in Poverty, while their tribes are racking in big bucks . . .

Well Im 15 and obviously I dont gamble. But my mom told me the casino just opened a panda express inside and she was hoping shed take me inside to eat there since when we went to Vegas, they let me eat in the restaurants. The woman in the front said I could not go inside, and i could not even WAIT outside of the casino while my mom got the food to go. I got in the car in the parking lot to wait with my mom while my grandma got food and security came to the car and said we had to go because i was under aged. The staff was rude and i think some of the rules for under aged people are ridicules.

Avoid at all costs. Between the rigged machines with extremely cumbersome betting options, in clearly defined bets and payouts in spite of the "rules," the horrible lighting, 3 different music sources PLUS live band, and totally convoluted/reasonably false "rewards" program, Id call the renovation that left the place a disaster area for the better part of the year an utter failure. Be wary, because the same unorganized, moronic, geniuses who "run" Lone Butt also own and run Wild Horse Pass. Take 101 to Talking Stick and be done with it.
