Fantastic I have been going to this theatre for a long time and in the last 6 months they had been doing some construction and when I went to see Dr strange found out they had full theater reclining seats that were very comfy. And as far as I can remember the ticket price hasnt gone up to reflect this change. The only thing from getting a perfect score would be in movie food ordering, but with their franchise they may not be able to.

Stood in line for minutes while workers stood there socialising, had to ask them to attend to us. The cashier couldnt scan my rewards card after 10min she says "oh i guess Ill type it in".. why didnt she do this from start?! I got no reciept because the machine was broken. I ordered tickets online, assigned seating yet my reserved seats were taken.

What can you say about a theater? Plenty of movie options due to multiple screens. Ticket pricing was pretty average in cost. However the cost of sodas , candy, popcorn et cetera, was outrageous as one can expect these days. However theaters, lobby and rest rooms were clean. Comfortable seats and tiered seating arrangement in all screens.

The theater itself is as nice as any other theater and the small crowds make getting tickets and concessions quick and easy but the few people who regularly do go there really destroy the place. Too many ratchet and young people make a loud mess here and you can tell it weighs on the staff who never seem to care much about anything.

Personnel working at the Washington Square AMC are soooooooooo much more personable and professional and NICE compared to the personnel working at the AMC Showplace 17 (IMAX) location! The seats could be cleaner (or at least LOOK cleaner) because a majority of them are stained with who knows what! I enjoy this theater a lot!

Caroline is AWESOME, my daughter selected the wrong seat and Caroline (while busy taking tickets) had Mickey help me. Eric was focused and working to take payments for tickets. Although there was a line, their teamwork made the line go EXTREMELY fast and smooth. Caroline please dont stop smiling, it speaks volumes!

Very disapointing. Went with my son and his wife as a foursome and discovered they have assigned seating and we couldnt sit together as there were no seats available together. Assigned seating??? What kind of a moron could possibly think this was a good idea. We left and went to a real theater and will not return.

I love going here on Saturday mornings with my kids. I think the food is a bit high but you cant beat the pricing for the tickets. So over all to me it evens out. And you dont have to get the food if your on a budget and want to get out. The staff is really friendly and the place always seems clean as well.

Seats are very comfy but they might want to tell their employees not to automatically give people the Senior Citizen rate. I was very offended when I did the math and realized the reason the price was so great was because of this.

It was very clean. The seats good and very comfortable. The food is a bit over priced though. I suggest you eat before you go. The lines can sometimes be a little long too.

Id suggest coming during the week or afternoon showings so you can avoid Hooligans & wanna be "gangstas" they dont have security cameras outside for nothing.
