Starting the planning for our daughter’s wedding was, to put it mildly, very overwhelming. We wanted a flawless wedding for her. We needed a reception venue that would be beautiful and affordable. We needed a place that would let us have our kind of food. We wanted a place that would accommodate our 400 guests comfortably without looking rowdy. We wanted our guests to be relaxed. The Royal Courtyard provided more than these needs. Mrs. Norman and her staff were more than excellent in their service. They worked with us. They supported us. They answered our numerous questions. They gave useful advice and opened our eyes to areas of the wedding planning we never thought about. We tried to describe what we wanted and Mrs. Normal summed it up by saying “you want the “wow look” on everybody’s face.” We said “That’s it – the wow look!” We got more than we bargained for in every positive way. They went the extra mile. We cannot quantify the personal touch in terms of money. The atmosphere was that of a royal court yard – a wedding reception in a palace. Our guests are still talking about it. One guest told me “you laid emphasis on important things.”

I had worst Experience with this place… Mrs. Norman dealing with this lady was an nightmare. First they were nice once they took my money they treat so bad. They did not had proper people to deal with people and the person I was dealing was an vacation that is so unprofessional. When you have party kids do spill some food or drinks but she made such big deal … she yelled at me front my guest. My party was over around 1:30 and she made stay till 2:30 and fighting about things that any party will have. I had parties in several places like Grand affair , Crown plaza and my friends had parties in different Venus but I never seen such bad attitude person. Mrs. Norman called me several times from my party and humiliated in several times because of this lady did not enjoy my party. If you guys want to get humiliated and get treated like crap go ahead book that place. She treated me very bad . I am very very very unhappy with this place especially with Mrs. Norman. When you have party hall when you have hundreds of people I don’t know how I can stop not spilling the food or drinks that’s why we pay the rent… we didn’t break furniture or destroy her place.

Our recent visit to The Royal Courtyard was GREAT! and I must let you know that our 3 day conference couldnt have happen without the support of you and your wonderful staff. Your staff showed outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service from the very beginning of the conference until our exit. The Royal Courtyard was the event site for our recent Sisters Retreat for the second year. I would like to commend and recognize your star cast/staff for their extraordinary service. Mrs. Norman, Wow! What an outstanding example of leadership. She went the extra mile to make sure we the women were satisfied (over 200 of us). The Banquet Staff was pleasant each day and greeted and served us with a smile. The service the staff gave was outstanding. These ladies and gentlemen were fantastic and the customer service didnt miss a beat with our every changing needs (smile) even when the staff changed during our 3 day event, which must speak volume about your training programs. Each staff delivered the same outstanding customer service. Please praise them on a job very well done and we look forward to The Royal Courtyard hosting next years retreat.

My daughters wedding reception at The Royal Courtyard was absolutely amazing all of our guest were astonished with how beautiful the venue was and the staff was totally professional and courteous, but I must say that from the very beginning I knew this place was different they cared about the details that were important to my daughter and that meant everything to me . We chose to cater in house and they met our expectation the food was especially important since we are Hispanic our typical dishes were essential to the reception and they absolutely understood what we wanted . Our reception was so good we decided to extend for an additional hour. Thank you soooo much Royal Courtyard for the most beautiful experience ever. A special thanks to Ms. Sharon Norman, Ms. Isabel and to the wonderful Ms. Iris it would not have been as it turned out without you.

We had our company Christmas party here at The Royal Courtyard. Considering we usually go to Golden Corral or another restaurant with a banquet room, this was definitely a change of environment for us. The new owner, Noel, and his staff were very kind and helpful. I checked out a couple of places and the price here seemed on point, not extremely cheap (which Im pretty sure one wouldnt want anyway) and no crazy extra charges. The venue was the perfect size for a smaller party (theres two different rooms. we were in the smaller of the two with about 50 people) and was decorated impeccably. We did in-house catering and everything was great. Our employees enjoyed it and, needless to say, it was our best Christmas party thus far! Highly recommend The Royal Courtyard. Noel and Isabel were a pleasure to work with.

Had my mother-in-laws retirement dinner party at The Royal Courtyard and it was gorgeous!! Everything was setup so beautiful and the staff was amazing! Daisy and Noel made sure everything was perfect and all we had to do was show up. The dinner was delicious, we had Chicken Piccata, Marinated Beef with Herb Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and fresh Green Beans, with dinner rolls. And it was full service wait staff, which made socializing with guests so easy. The dance floor is awesome and they have a great sound system. There was also a cash bar for our guests, so everything we could ask for was provided! Definitely would use The Royal Courtyard again for my next event!!

I had my 40th birthday celebration here last month. Upon meeting with Daisy, my husband and I knew that we had chosen the perfect venue for our celebration! Daisy and the staff at the Royal courtyard were kind, pleasant and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that my birthday celebration was the best that it could be. The guests are still telling me how delicious the food was! The venues atmosphere is beautiful and perfect for an upscale event! I am so happy that we chose this place and were able to work with Daisy! Truly a Class Act!!

The staff was very accomodating, the room looked awesome, food was great, and everyone has given me nothing but positive feedback. I would highly recommend this venue for any kind of special event. Even my husband said even though weddings are mostly for the brides, he was one groom who had a great time! Go see Noel and Daisy for a Royal venue for your special event.

I had the honor of attending the Baskets for Boobies fundraiser at the Royal Courtyard. The atmosphere was elegant with professional care. The staff was gracious, courteous, and service was impeccable. The food was fabulous and the decor beautiful. My compliments to the new management of this establishment, as they most certainly rendered personalized service, quality and freshness to the Royal Courtyard.
