(Concert Review): Overall I had a great time watching a show here. Beer was $8 each which was a tad bit cheaper than other places. Bathrooms tend to get packed real quick and directions to your seat can become confusing at first but thankfully the staff was beyond helpful to help you out. A issue I should point out for concerts is the seating tends to be different from your location that you purchase. This is because they did not use the stage that is already there, instead they build a stage which goes out further making your seat actually much different from where you thought youd be watching from. This actually put me much closer but was not great for the people who originally bought tickets close to the stage. This resulted in them almost being behind the stage and made many of those people upset. If you choose seats, choose carefully!

Hockey game review. The building is kind of a weird ice rink compared to other AHL ones. The seating/layout is a bit funky which I suppose is due to its multi purpose usability. There doesnt seem to be too many bad seats besides the corners. The corners are squared rather than round ones wrapping around the rink. The crowd has a "you suck" chant (some other teams do too) which is just not classy or sportsman like. Seems like a decent event to bring kids to otherwise.

I worked here about 6 months and the management and employees are super friendly very down to earth and always ready to lend a helping hand!! as a customer the prices are kinda steep but for the price you wont find better service anywhere!! excellent theater and expo halls! I would recommend this as a place for employment as well as seeing a great play, show, concert, graduation, or expo thats come into syracuse! just ❤ this place!

A wedding venue with infinite possibilities and great parking. A convention center for any industry. A family fun house for dance competions, hockey games, live music, plays, and so much more! Really this place is everything and anything great Syracuse is ready for.

Good arena to watch indoor soccer and hockey. Not a bad seat in the house. Food is a bit pricey, but then again, what arena isnt. Too bad the Syracuse Silver Knights dont show up as upcoming events on a Google search though.

Staff is awesome and the event space is huge The phenomenal thing is seeing exactly what the events look like centerpieces, tables ,Lights definitely worth while ,as with everything remember you get what you pay for

Nice arena inside, but dressing rooms are in the basement! You have to walk up a few half flights of stairs with your skates on! Reminded me of Spinal Tap when the band couldnt find their way up onto the stage. ...

All was well, I couldnt believe every time I had to leave and come back I had to pay $6.00 to park! Totally insane, it should really be a day pass. We were in the new part of the Oncenter which was nice.

The venue was terrible. And the security guards were very rude. I went here for a concert and Ive never experienced anything like it. The concert itself was good but the venue was just terrible.

Was here for a magic the gathering tournament. It was easy to get to and had plenty of space. Cant bring your own food or drink though and they sell mostly fried food/burgers.

The P/A sound system needs to be replaced. Announcements are unintelligible and music is muddy. They have a LED light system that is being under utilized.
