My family has played in bowling leagues for many years, so I guess you could say I know my way around a bowling alley. We usually go to Bowl America, but wanted to try something new! The recent remodel is awesome...the place is sparkly new and clean, and the atmosphere is great. However, it may have been a mistake to dump all that money into a place that is run so poorly. The customer service was non existent. The food took over an hour, was cold and the order was incomplete. You could tell they were overwhelmed, or possibly just understaffed. When we went to pay the cashier/bartender/server used the wrong credit cards for the wrong tab and used my credit card when I had specifically told him I would be paying cash. We asked for an "adult" or "manager" (the staff is all very young) and out came the assistant manager I believe with a cookie cutter response and some coupons. I get it, mistakes happen, but all of these mistakes complied really put a damper on the day. Instead of remembering the fun time I had with my family, I will only remember the crappy service and poor management. If you just want to bowl, and dont need any refreshments maybe your experience wont be so bad... I will not be coming back. ps. Dont waste your time with the arcade. Half the games dont work, and if you win tickets it doesnt matter because the machine that collects your tickets so you can get a prize doesnt work.

I had gone bowling with my family, and wed only been there about 2 times prior, and both times service has been great but one particular night was special. We came in on a busy night, waited about 50 minutes for an open lane, ordered food, and our order was misplaced. The person handling our food at the bar had closed our tab that was open without my permission and said she had returned our card back to us, which was not true. She then found it in her stack of cards, and once we had gotten our lane, I asked for a manager. The manager came over and made everything great for our family. This night was the best experience I ever had in any establishment and I will ALWAYS come back here thanks to tonights issue and it being solved in a professional way. Definitely would recommend to everyone I know!

This was a 5 start facility until the acquisition this year. First and foremost the cost of everything is high and theyve reduced the specials that they have. The snack bar is no exception - I think over $3 for a medium soda is outrageous. From a league bowler perspective you will face very inconsistent lane conditions and its not uncommon to bowl on a pair of lanes that have 2 different conditions. If you are looking for a place that appreciates their league bowlers this is no longer your place either as they have taken most rewards away. It is really upsetting for me to feel the need to change my review from a 5 start to a 2 star but the new ownership is making decisions from a central location and has no concern for how the local centers operate.

This place just got redone and it looks fabulous! Great place to hang out with friends or go on a date. It was so inexpensive, the service was very helpful and nice, and the bowling alley was clean and very modern. I didnt try the food but it looked like standard bowling alley food. The arcade was upgraded and has all new arcade games. They also added big projectors at the end of each bowling lane with various sports channels. It is by far the best bowling alley I have ever been to and cant wait to go again!

This is the worst bowling alley! They overcharge by a lot and then the lane doesnt work properly! My friend got a strike every time he rolled a gutter ball, its just not fair or fun at all. The food and drinks are way overpriced. I got a bottle of beer and bread with cheese on it for like 12 dollars. They have a menu with an 18 dollar pretzel and a 55 dolllar cheeseburger. We had to wait in line for 30mins when we got there, I will never go back.

Very bad experience! I really want to give no stars but have no option to give atleast 1 star. They made us wait 15 min even though there are lanes available. The front desk staff is very rude and showed a very bad attitude towards us. I have to categorize them as racist. The technology is not also up to the mark. Our lane got stuck 4 times in 2 hrs. I will not recommend this to anyone. Not worth the high prices in this place.

Good venue for a birthday party. The place is clean and inside looks lively. I recently did a birthday party with 30 people and everybody had a great time. The food was good but the food service was very slow. Some of my guests had to wait to get food. Some of the lanes did not work properly. It will register a strike out even though there are pins left in the lane. Overall it was a great experience.

Loved the atomosphere as well as the red velvet sectionals. My only issue about this bowling alley is as a entry level bowler the floor was not oiled which created no spin on the ball at all. This resulted in a straight ball or a ball that would break for a spin 10 inches before getting to the pins. Other than that, its really great place for family and friends to get out have some fun.

I was given free passes for bowlero and showed up three times to redeem them. The first time, the whole facility was closed for a party. The second and third times, due to miserly and bureaucratic fine print and policies, the passes were rendered essentially useless. Everything is overpriced and the staff are unhelpful and uncaring of their customers. I will never be going back.

Our Experience was really horrible, for us with a group of 9 people, the attitude exhibited by the front desk and staff was outrageous and they never cared about customers. They are so racist. I have been to several bowling alleys in the past but this is the worst place ever. I hope the managers of amf pay attention to their customer service. Hope you dont experience the same.

Recently renovated. MUCH nicer now that it has been renovated. Much cleaner, decent food and beer options, large TV screens over the lanes. The only issue we had was on our lane pin 10 would never get picked up and would always be swept away. Also the pin spotter would occasionally get jammed up requiring maintenance from the back. Otherwise the place was a nice improvement.

The food is ok and the place itself is nice, but the prices are outrageous. 3 games for 3 people was $78 . The drinks were more 3 and change. Everything is super expensive. If everyone was paying for themselves its still to much but too bad. You can just go to Bowl America on Friday and pay 20 bucks for unlimited games at cosmic time. So yeah Bowl America next time.

As an experienced bowler, I did not enjoy this place. I went with a group of friends on a Saturday afternoon and the lanes were set up like midnight bowling. Im assuming they are always like this. They make you pay for games in advance and it was expensive! $20 for 3 games. Im sure for kids, it is a fun time but if you are a bowler, youll want to go somewhere else.
