I really like this place, it is very fun and the prices are good, however on May 23 2017 me and some friends came to play and have fun, but we got place on Lane "36" and I had previous past problems around this part of the bowling area, where the bowling pins fall and affect the games results or it takes longer than usual for the machine to place the bowling pins back for the next hit. This time the bowling balls were getting stuck on the way back after we threw the balls multiple times, there were times we waited for 3 or 4 minutes to see if the ball got out and come back by itself but it never did, and at one point there were like 7 or 8 balls stuck, hoping one ball will release the rest of them. We went to tell the lady at the front to help us releasing the balls and she did, but after the third time we asked her to move us to lane "37" to not have any problems anymore but it kept happening... I watched everybody around us and nobody had trouble playing, we thought we were throwing the balls to hard, but many people was doing it even faster and nobody had an issue about it. there were times we even waited maybe 10 minutes because we didnt want to keep bothering the ladies at the front for help, because we went to a total of 7 times to asked them for help. We paid for 2 hours but we probably only played one hour and 10 minutes, the rest of the time was us waiting for the balls to get unstuck or us hoping for the ball to return to not keep bothering nobody. I am not looking for a money return or anything like that, I really love this place, and I will always come back to this location, but I will front now on ask to not get place in lines "36 and 37" because they are bad. hopefully they will look at my post and hopefully fix those two lanes, because someone might get really mad about it and give hard time.

Last week i came at 11 exactly , and they stopped me in the parking lot and said they didnt have enough people so they closed early . Today , i got here at 11:13 and they say they lock the doors at 11:10 . idk if its just me but im not really sure of any establishments that lock their doors or close down early every single week . its never very busy at all , so im guessing things like this is what runs the customers away . i will not be returning to be turned away at the parking lot or locked out 45 minutes before the closing time . Pure trash is what i call it . And i will be calling during the week to speak to some else because I wasted time and gas , and i am very upset coming straight from work and not being able to bowl when i rushed here and the time on the door says 12 .

I went here on a Monday night at ten to meet with other family members. Come to find out, the moment we arrived, they were kicking our party out and wouldnt let us bowl. I get it, there literally was no one else there but still the sign out front says 12pm mon thru Thursday. Once I had a chance to ask if we could play one game the staff members response was "we close at ten". It ruined my evening since I drove from route 17 for nothing. More upsetting is that my family which was already there got kicked out, told they werent staying open since they were the only ones there. I have gone here in the past and it was fun but my sisters family from out of town had a fun night ruined due to, what seemed like, young staff members wanting to leave work early.

Big bowling alley! Cost us $6.50 per game, per person, with the shoes which I thought was a decent price. They have a small arcade but we didnt play any games while there. Apparently they have an upstairs with darts, corn hole, pool, line dancing and other stuff..... we didnt go up there either. Bowling shop as soon as you walk in too. Place was pretty clean. They didnt have any small (kids size) balls to pick from so my son kinda had a hard time playing but we still had fun. Great place & they support the local YMCA which is super cool. :)

This was the worst bowling alley Ive been to in Virginia so far. There was spilled food and drinks all over the place, including on the lanes themselves. All controls are done at the main desk, which causes long waits just to renew your lane rental after youve already paid. The lanes themselves looked cheaply made and the pinsetters kept dropping pins, which caused the need for re-racks. Again, more waiting for even this, since it required flagging down staff to get on the radio with a lane tech. I will not be going back there anymore.

We had nothing but issues while we were here. The ball returns on 2 different lanes kept failing to return balls. The staff at front desk for the most part seemed uninterested in helping. Calls the the "mechanic" to fix the issues NEVER did anything. The machines took ober a minute to recycle between each ball/frame, eating into our time. Several groups around us were experiencing the same issues. Definitely not worth the money.

Pros: Great atmosphere, kiddos had a great time bowling and enjoyed and the games at the mini arcade. Cons: Restrooms are filthy. Every toilet in the womens was clogged and had no toilet paper, ask front desk for service and they advised it would have to wait as they were too busy... took over 2 hours to get cleaned. Pizza was nothing spectacular, typical bar or bowling alley food.

I still enjoy going to liberty but its definitely ageing. When I go there Im usually taking a group of people for work. Well have several lanes and at least one of the lanes will malfunction each time were there. The popcorn is amazing, though. And its only like 3 or 4 bucks for a large. The staff is friendly and accommodating especially considering were a large group.

Plenty of lanes, friendly staff, & clean restrooms. However they are in need of some updates on the bowling equipment. The screens are outdated and our bowling balls kept getting stuck continuously. Every time one of us would knock down 9 pins on lane 40 it would freeze up the system. We had to pack a lot of patience to get through the game.

Nice staff every time i go. The lanes could use some work but most of them are good. If you go when its crowded (especially with a tournament) then u risk getting the non-oiled lanes at the end which can piss off an avid bowler. Bathrooms are decent but always have those little gnats flying around. Food is pretty good.

The hours say they were open until 12 and we roll in at 9:30 and they arent selling any more games because theyre mechanic isnt in. Even though there was 20 people bowling. Pretty frustrating when you drive out to go bowling and then have to turn around because a business is under staffed. Crap.
