THIS REVIEW WAS ORIGINALLY POSTED ON 11/11/2012 UPDATED ON 12/2/2015 Ehhhhhh. I dont really know how to accurately rate this place but I will try to explain it quickly. Theres just too much going on. I wouldnt be surprised if they have tax service and credit repair the next time I come in (or, more likely, just walk by). On the weekend, this place is a zoo. An absolute zoo! Some people would grow annoyed at the crowd and the clientele this place seems to attract. The solution is to not stay for more than one game! I also have an issue with the overpriced bowling which works out to be around $42 and hour. Plan: Bowl, drink one or two, watch drunks stumble and get numerous gutter balls then leave to go watch a movie! Skip the mojitos, they taste like something a bottle burped and coughed up en la madrugada. Food and drink service was otherwise quick and friendly. Probably some of Miamis worst DJs work here. They can be seen and heard playing outdated songs with a new Pitbull track haphazardly thrown in along with ridiculous sound effects--the kinds from those CDs entitled "40,000 AWESOME SOUND EFFECTS". When you compare what you pay against the overall experience, definitely this is the worst place to go bowling. We spent 100 dollars for 1 hour of bad experiences. Dont waste your time and money!!! Just to enter we had to pay, which I personally dont care because is a way to control the demand. But despite this, we end up playing next to 11 teenagers that had 2 four years old that were dangerously running around, without any parent watching. One of the teenagers was kicking the bowling rack into our lane. All this happened while 5 other lanes were free. I dont understand why they will accommodate 3 adults in such a busy area, when they had other areas without any customers. While we were getting our shoes, we noticed that they had 3 employees to serve one customer. Luckily after waiting for 10 minutes, a fourth employee came and started working with the other customers.

Last night, I went with my cousins to have some fun. Ive been playing bowling for more than 30 years so I own a ball & shoes. After my first throw, my ball returned completely covered with a thick and sticky black mix of grease and wax. Went to the front desk to ask if they have a bowling cleaner and to show them what happened to my ball. The guy who talked to me just plainly said with quite some attitude: "We do not have a bowling cleaner. We cant help you. Thats why we have our own balls here." What was he implying? Whoever owns a bowling gear shouldnt come to this place? Well, his mission was accomplished. I wont come back and will try that potential customers wont either. Bad maintenance, terrible customer service

Be careful if you use your reedit card here...had some fraudulent activity pop up on our account a couple weeks after using our credit card here (this was one of the few places I used my credit card in quite some time, and it was the ONLY place I didnt swipe it myself...the waitress took it and came back with it several minutes later). I called and spoke to the manager to give her a heads up, and all she said was, "OK". Needless to say, as a result of my experience with the credit card fraud, and lack of concern from the management, I will not be returning. If youre going to visit this place, my advice is to pay cash, or watch them with your credit card very closely.

If you want to bowl, go somewhere else. These are the worst lanes Ive ever played on by far. They might oil them every three months. My friend and I went today. Ball hooks in the first 5 ft. come back with NO oil on them. No only that, tons of kids are running around. I even planned on trying to make the best by getting some food and drinks and just relaxing, but the waitress never came and asked if we needed anything. She popped up a few times to bring the family next to us food but I was bowling all three times and missed her. My friend said she didnt even speak. Anyways... im done... i got a refund for my remaining games and left. never going back.

A bunch of thieves! MAde a reservation June 23, paid $144.45. On our way there there was a major accident on the highway, so we called to cancel about 45 mins prior to our reservation. They said it was ok and thanked us for the heads up, as they could sell the lane to other patrons that were waiting. We asked for a refund and were told that we needed to speak to the same girl that took the order, that she was not there now. My wife called a few days later, and was told that too bad, no refunds, no rain checks, that she should have called the same month, that it was too late as it was already July. BS Will never go there, ever.

Horrible service Im not playing on coming back to this place again, I come from the country and our alleys are better kept then this place, the floors have a slant so you cant actually bowl the ball straight to save your life. And they dont know how to wax the floors at all I cant even get the ball to spin correctly. Ive been bowling for the last 8 years and this is the worst place Ive ever been. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even if you dont care about how well keep things are. The area is clean but the bowling sucks do not come to this place save your money

We had an amazing experience, We booked our Sons 5th Birthday bash at Bowlero Miami this past Sunday. The attention was excellent, from the sales rep Alexis, to the Manager, to our host Tyron. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone! The party packages are great and never leave out adding at least one game of laser tag, the kids LOVED IT! My son had a blast, I would definitely book another event at Bowlero Miami.

Over priced-had to pay five dollars just to get in the door. Then they over charged us-my bf and I paid separately but they charged both of us for 2 pairs of shoes and we had to correct it after waiting in like for over 5 min. This shoes are in horrible condition. We had 4 separate issues with our lane. Our drinks took forever and were very watered down and cost $6.50 per drink for rail. Not impressed!!

We went there several time and enjoy our self, even thought, it was kinda pricey but didnt mind but we had an incident with the food. I ordered food that was not fully cook when I brought that to the attention of the manager he wanted to give me the same food recook instead of offering me something else or my money back. General manager is a dick I wont be spending my money there anymore.

Great atmosphere, the location in Dolphin Mall is equiped with lounge type lights and music with cocktails and beers. A bit pricey, compared to other bowling alleys but otherwise pretty nice. You might have to wait in line to get a lane, I had to wait about 15 minute to recieve my lane. You can order snacks to your table. Highly recommend for anyone to experience!
