First off front desk was rude. Even though we had reservations and had dropped over 500$ for a measly 1.5 hours of bowling no food or drinks came to our tables till half way through said time. Manager also told has to "hurry up and start " because other people where playing after us! ?!?!? (On a Sunday evening, it wasnt busy) What Really makes it annoying Is after making us a feel as though we where a incovenice and rushing us we where told to chill out when the machine that sets up the pins wasnt working correctly!? I should of read the reviews before , seems like a few people have had same experience. 11 years in the food industry and if I was as unprepared as this staff was I wouldnt have had a job very long. Who ever reads this feel free to get a hold of me.

Used a groupon. Had a reservation for two hours already set up from the time they opened that morning, even though the groupon was for one hour. At the end of the hour, they tell us we have to go because there is a party coming and no other lanes are available. I explain I had a reservation for two hours so they finally say we can swap to another lane but in the middle of the discussion they cut our game off on the current lane in the end of our game with 11 minutes left, and swapped it over to the new lane. Needless to say after the hassle and being cut off during the last set of the game we just left. Very aggravated and apparently unless youre a big party they dont care. After all we were just groupon users looking to save a buck right? :/

Took my 3 children here for the first time. I asked the boy at the register how much an hour was and he said "$35". He hands us our shoes and we got to our lane. After we get the bill there was a $5 per person charge for "bowling shoe rental" That was an extra $20 for us. What a RIP OFF!!! I was blown away at this rediculous charge for shoes. I have never been charged for a shoe reantal at a Bowling alley. We will NEVER go here again. Horrible young man at the desk was very rude to my child for asking what bumpers were for. He even refered to him as "hey kid".

Nice bowling alley if you are into the atmosphere, but be prepared to spend A LOT of $$. Place is very expensive!! The jumbo TV screens in front of you are a lot to deal with while trying to bowl. The servers expect you to order something as soon as you get to your lane. We just wanted to bowl, not order $10 hamburgers. Make sure you know whether you are on a timed lane (our kids & friends did not get to finish their game b/c time ran out) or whether you are paying per game! Certainly a new, nice bowling alley but way too expensive for this family!

The food is disgusting and over priced. Bowling is way over priced. The only bright spot was a extremly knowlegable and friendly bartender Johnny. We sat at the bar before we bowled and he was very friendly and made our drinks to perfection. Unfortunatley we closed our tab with him and went to the lanes. There we had a server who was rude, slow and more interested in what was on his phone than serving us. I believe his name was Alex. We ended up just walking to bar and ordering our drinks. Thanks Johnny your the best.

Two stars just because its nice alley, but the service is awful, starts with a lady in the front cashier that doesnt have any customer service skills, doesnt smile and so annoyed to answer any basic questions and then placed you to a private event alley, like seriously?! It took me a while to come back to this place since theyre very over priced, I gave them a second try after 3 years! wow.. people should not work in this environment if they dont know how to talk to people!!

What other people say on this and yelp is true. The waiting staff is terrible. It started out ok although very overpriced. When the bill came I had an issue with it that I brought to the waiter. He said the manager said that its correct. I asked to have the manager come talk to me and at that point it all went downhill. The waiter was extremely rude and basically accused me of some pretty horrible things. I will not be going back.

We have been coming here for years and while the food is always good, the service has been fairly hit or miss. I came today and have to say everything was outstanding! The waitstaff and the food was great and all of the workers were exceptionally friendly and kind to my son and I, especially while we were enjoying the arcade. Friendly staff are always a way to get me to come back and spend more money and we certainly will be. Thanks!

Pretty lame waitstaff. After our groups second round of drinks in roughly an hour we were told that we may be cut off if we ordered more drinks too fast. Underage family who had ordered sodas were told they were being watched so they didnt try to sneak our drinks. Drinks were weak and overpriced. A major buzzkill to what we had hoped would be a fun, chill, night. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. I called to make a reservation. Rusty answered the phone and was very curt with me. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. When my reservation was complete, I responded politely with a "thank you" and was promptly hung up upon. Nice. I wont be recommending this overpriced establishment any time soon.

VERTICAL Wisdom

We had a Jack & Jill Reston Chapter family day outing and it was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the cigar bar, the kids enjoyed the arcade and the entire family enjoyed the food and the bowling. I would highly recommend the facility for family and corporate outings.

nice looking place. went there for lunch had an awesome time. the only thing i didnt like was that the space to get your launch for your bowl was very tight. A full/normal launch is not obtainable. Besides that service was great. 4 out of 5 stars.

Awesome Place. So Glad they kept it a bowling alley but revamped it! Super Cool New Style. Bartenders and Cocktails are awesome (top notch) and all staff are very hospitable! Def will being coming more regularly! Malik and Jerome were so Nice.

Very upscale bowling alley with a bar and arcade. They have food and drink service right at the lanes. All the details were thought of for this place. It is ultra clean and very new with large screens at the ends of the lanes.

Weve always had great experiences here! Fun for the whole family & the food is good as well! The location is great, with plenty of parking & within walking distance of other local shops, including a movie theater.

The High Rollers Suite is the way to go! Its located upstairs and with 6 lanes. Service was excellent from food to drinks. Great place to just hang out with friends after a movie or shopping in the mall.
