My boyfriend, brother and I visited Family Golf Center 7/15 for the first time and it will definitely be the last. When arriving we went to the window and purchased mini golf and go-karts but we did the batting cages first. There was one machine broken but for the most part everything went smoothly and we had a lot of fun! We decided we wanted to go go-karting next and this is where everything went downhill. As we walk up to the gate (there was no line) the kid working let us know they only had TWO karts working, a single and double. There were go-karts literally piled up on each other like a junk yard. We bought the tickets with the intent of all three of us having our own karts and racing each other. We said never mind we would go get our money back. When going back up to the window a lady walked over talking on her phone with an annoyed look like we were interrupting her conversation. After explaining to her what the problem was she said she wouldn’t give us a refund. I understand they have sign that states no refund but when you’re selling THREE people to ride go-karts you should make them aware that you only have TWO working karts. I began to get irritated as I felt this was extremely unfair so I walked away. The woman did end up giving us a cash refund along with our club and token for golf balls. After we all finished the first hole we realized she never gave us a pencil or score card so my boyfriend went back to get that. The miniature golf course was extremely run down. Most of the lights along the paths were out and it was so dark half of the time you couldn’t even see the hole. This place is such a disaster it needs to shut down. In the future I will take the extra time and gas to drive out to Grand Old Golf and Go Karts.

Run down and RUDE!! My wife, son, and friend went today and was let down. First after I told them how many of us there was she gave me the wrong price, I corrected them and paid for two rounds. They ran my card and the employee kept walking around with it. When I asked for my card back another person working there stated "This guys been waiting longer than can you wait a minute" "To which I responded "Ive paid all I want is my card back"? No apologies just a "sure..." I mean I was trying to be patient and polite but that was a crappy comment from someone who appeared to be the owner of the facility. I then asked for extra balls because we paid for two rounds and the response "Just dont finish the 18th hole and re-use your balls." Thanks again buddy...... Didnt offer any scoring cards. I had to ask an employee who was walking around to get me scoring cards which required him returning to the office. The materials and equipment are run down and in need of repairs (see photos). All of the water works were broken along with the larger pieces such as the windmill. The place had a strong odor from the stagnant water. In all go elsewhere...

Nice water features around 2 18 hole courses. Large castle was neat on our course. Played with husband and 3 boys age 13, 5, and 2. 2 year old was free. Cost us $26 for 1 game of putt putt each. We were there after dark and some places had lights out and it was a bit too dark. Unfortunately, I smelled some cigarette smoke near the table by the concession stand even though Im pretty sure I saw a no smoking on premises sign. They give a free bag of popcorn to anyone who makes a hole in one on the 18th hole. My 5 year old and I got it, but they were low on the popcorn and only had one bag left. A lot of the black pads that hold the ball to start were missing, which wasnt a big deal, but just showed a need for a little more maintenance. They also have electric go karts available. Overall, we all enjoyed ourselves and my 5-year-old says he cant wait until he can play again. The employees were very friendly.

The woman at the front beside the mini golf was so nice offered quick service. It may need a little work done. The batting cages net needs a little fixer upper, lights along the path of mini golf are cracked and it could use a little cleaning up with the falling of leaves and the little acorns. The batting cages also need to be 15 instead of 10 but the lady said shes Going to Have the guys look at it and get it fixed. Since its under new management they are doing extremely well. I am going back soon. Had a great time! Very affordable family fun!

I went lastnight, just to check the prices and i think it is affordable, it is not the best!, but it is good to try your first time at a minigolf or give a chance to your Kart driving skills, If yo uwant to try the KARting is great, THe KART are not as fancy or faster as K1 speed, but sure is really more affordable and less expensive. I reccomend it to have fun in the weekend.

Great place to spend some time with family. I have done the driving range the mini golf and the batting cages. They are all very fun. The staff was awesome and quick to aid us in the one and only time we had a problem. I will continue to come here as long as I live in the area. Thank you.

Are you kidding me? Nice web page. Disappointing driving range. Not at all what I exspected. Unless your going to become a professional you cant hit balls off the grass. Visiting from Ohio. Played golf for 43 years. 2 handicap. Help the game. Get out of the business.

Only reason I go to this place is because its close. Pretty sick of it though. Im there once or twice a week. I got there tonight at 815 to hit one bucket and the attendant wouldnt let me. Said they close in 20 minutes. Even though they dont close til 9.

This place only lets children under 13 go 13 mph. Took my kids to have fun and they were disappointed because they are used to faster go karts everywhere else we have ever taken them! Even my 4yo said it was boring and too slow while riding with me.

Nice and friendly staff. Had a great time at the range. Even got a few free swing pointers by the staff pro. Putting green was nice too. They were hit very bad by the historical flood one year ago. The facility is coming back very nicely.

a bad place the staff is not friendly at all and the builing has mold all in it, from the may 2010 floods. The place is ran down and doesnt even have flooring down in the building. The owner was rude and not friendly at all.

I WILL NEVER BRING MY KIDS HERE AGAIN, go carts a broke down only can run two at a time, have a go carts available but sitting in a pile of junk needing to be fixed, if its a family of four we cant even ride together!
