I drive a tractor trailer and my husband and I had some free time for a movie, I called to see if we could park our truck there just while we saw a movie (some towns have zoning laws that prohibit trucks) There werent any restrictions but the manager told us "We dont want tractor trailers in our lot" it was a Tuesday not some big busy movie night so my only interpretation I am left with is that he doesnt care to serve truck drivers at his establishment. I wonder how that manager thinks his groceries get to his grocery store...how his clothing get to his clothing stores...without Truck Drivers sacrificing their lives and time with their family and friends to be out her doing the job that a lot of people wont, America would come to a stop so you may want to pay a little respect to us and allow us a little time to decompress and enjoy a movie with our Spouse when we have the time. Thankfully the Regal Theater in Muncy was happy to allow us to park for a few hours and come in to relax with a movie and we were happy to spend our money there.

It is 7/20/2017 I was excited to see the new movie Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets in 3D at the 9:40 pm showing got me ticket at 9:30 pm went in nobody was in the theater maybe 3 other people I like watching movies alone. 9:40 pm came no previews no pic or sound weird but ok. Then 9:50 pm still nothing some of the other people went to front to let staff know we had no movie playing. 10:05 pm a staff member came in an informed us the movie was missing from the line up and couldnt be played we would be refunded our money and given a free movie pass and a small popcorn and soda wasted an hour of my life and still have to wait to see movie I guess I will try again tomorrow before I have to go to work first time in my life I wasnt able to see the movie I paid to see. Im 34 years old and have gone to the theater many of times.

Ive lived in Williamsport all my life and for the size and "state" of this city Im surprised by the quality of this theater. Digital HD quality picture with digital surround sound that booms! The staff is courteous from my experience and the theater is open and clean. The seats are Comfortable and recline, which was an unexpected bonus. The only thing about this theater that I could even gripe about would be the prices of the tickets and food, but honestly the way the economy is its actually on par. So if you want to go see a movie and are in town, dont waste the gas to run up to the mall this theater is great.

My only complaint is the amount of unsupervised kids they let into these movies who talk, play on their phones, yell, scream, and otherwise disrupt the movie experience for the rest of us. Movies are expensive. Why would I pay that much money to go to a movie I cant actually watch and enjoy? It has happened multiple times when I have been there. I really think the staff needs to get a better handle on controlling this if they want to keep their patrons. I would rather drive the 20 minutes to the mall knowing Great Escape will not put up with this behavior.

Ahh, the "Digiplex Cinema Center": a nightmarishly garish turd plopped down in the middle of historic Victorian downtown Williamsport. The colors, the shapes, the lights...all combine in an affront that reaches the feverish pitch when you discover what you need to hand over in exchange for tickets. "This cant be, it must be a joke...how can they charge so much for a matinee???" Unfortunately, there is no awakening from the nightmare. Day after day the neon blasts lewd obscenity upon the ornate masterwork of years gone by...

This is a great theater, and an excellent addition to Williamsports downtown entertainment offerings. It features theaters of various sizes, from an intimate theater with less than 50 seats to larger, each outfitted with over sized, comfortable seats. The staff is quiet and courteous, and the manager is helpful and supportive of community requests. The bathrooms are kept fairly clean. Prices for snacks and beverages are expensive, but this is national trend.

The ticket-booth staff is always friendly. Film quality is always good. The seats are the most uncomfortable Ive ever sat on in a theater. Clearly the Troutmans were not thinking of the 70% of the population that arent under 125lbs. and 5ft. tall. The best and smartest thing Digiplex management could do is have the seats replaced with wider and higher ones that dont rock back and forth. And by the way, no movie is worth seeing for more than $5.00.

No complaints, its my favorite theater [of the two, lol] that are in town. The location is great, the food/popcorn/drinks are WAY overpriced - not worth buying. My only wish is that they add some marquees in the front of the theater so we can see what movies are playing and at what time as we drive by. I mean, theres a stop light right in front of the theater - it would be awesome! I really hope they add those, and soon! :)

Went to Dunkirk but had to wait for 30 minutes because they were running trailers and ads. If they are going to run the ads then tell the public that the ads and trailers start at 7:30 and the moving starts at 8:00. There are other ways to see the movies without the wasted time.

Place was not the same with the new owners ,the place was very dirty ,i understand that people are dirty and leave cups and food behind but thats no excuse they need to clean each theater in between each movie wont go here again and workers sitting on the counter is disrespectful

The theater is fine. Everything is normal except for the fact that for the past year or so Ive gone it so been incredibly uncomfortably hot... To the point where im not sure they have any cooling system at all running. No one wants to sweat in their seat while they watch a movie

I love the seating, its so comfortable! The movie was nice and loud and the picture was nice. I have seen maybe 4 movies here. The prices are, of course, very expensive. However, I expect that from all movie theaters. The employees are usually nice and the popcorn is delicious!

The theaters are nice and large and none of the screen have had any issues at all. If you go during the week you can go and get a pretty good seat. Management and the employees have always been nice in all the times that I have gone.

Garret.....dont go there if its mere existence offends your senses as it seems to do so. Why not enjoy your quaint abode and go Netflicks? Let the rest of us enjoy this very nice theater. Downtown is changing....for the better.

Very clean, comfortable seating, easy viewing and friendly staff. The only downside of all movie theaters is that they play the volume waaaaay to loudly and I must take earplugs with me to not have my ears hurt.
