My son loves coming here with his friends and usually visits 4-7 times a year. This last time he went with friends, so I bought him a $25 online gift card. I knew they were staying for 2 games so I knew that was enough to cover his games and some tokens, plus have money left over for another visit. However, I dont know if the counter person was new or if this is the policy, but he was told that he had to use the entire gift card amount of $25 at that visit and could not carry it over. He was with another adult who was told the same thing so my son didnt misunderstand. Fortunately, he was with an adult who used the card amount to purchase games for all the boys that were together and then just reimbursed my son. If this is the policy, I wont be doing that ever again, because had he been alone or not with as many friends, we would have lost money.

We had my daughters 8th birthday party here on a Sunday afternoon, and it was a good experience. Matt was super friendly and helpful behind the counter, and our host, Connor, ran the party like a pro. Things were running a little late, both on our end and theirs, but he kept us informed and the arcade games kept the girls happy in the meantime. It is a rather small place, which I liked, to keep track of the kids in our party and it was easier to round them up for the laser tag, which all 11 of the little girls loved! My hubby was skeptical that it would be fun for them, but they had a blast! We did end up spending extra for tokens, but the girls were thrilled with all the tickets they won and the prizes they got to pick. All in all a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back!

We had our sons 10th birthday party here, with a dozen guests. Easy and awesome! Staff was accomodating and service was quick. They were very busy when we arrived but everything was ready to go. Everyone had a great time and the 2-game package was the perfect length and a very reasonable price. The online coupons for extra tokens were a nice added value. My only complaint is a lack of adequate parking, but there just isnt space in the plaza alongside McKnight Rd with the newer businesses there. I would definitely recommend this place for an exciting and active b-day party.

My husband and I took a group of 16 high school seniors to experience the team building option at Laser Storm. It was such a great experience! The students had an opportunity to learn about communication, strategy, and leadership while having a blast! We cant say enough about the staff as well. They were so helpful and attentive and passionate about what they do! We highly recommend Laser Storm and look forward to returning soon!

Have been there a few times for my churchs youth group. Every single time we have gone, the people working are amazingly nice, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The actual laser tagging game there is so much fun. Various targets such as the centuries or bases, and sometimes the centuries fire back at you! Its such a "blast" every time I have been there.

I have had two birthday parties at Laser Storm and it continues to be the easiest birthday party out there. The staff was very attentive and took care of every aspect of the party. The kids loved the laser tag and there are just enough arcade games to keep the kids busy for the duration of the party. I would highly recommend Laser Storm.

We had a birthday party for my 9-year-old daughter. The guests ranged from 6 up to 12, plus a few parents. We had an amazing time. The staff members were enthusiastic and attentive. Plus, seriously, laser tag is just a lot of fun! The facility is bright and clean. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future parties and events!

BEST PLACE TO HOLD A PARTY!!!! This was the second time we held our sons birthday party here. So easy to book online, they were totally prepared for us. Having personal coordinators for laser tag and serving pizza and cake is awesome!!!! Thanks Laser Storm!!!! PS. So nice to have a clean house after a party ;)

We hosted a birthday party for 12 on a Friday evening. The staff was great in accommodating our group and making sure that the drinks, pizza, cake, games and arcade time was enjoyable. The facility was clean and well organized but could use a few arcade and tag supply updates. Overall great experience.

We held my little brothers birthday party here, and it was fantastic. Sarah was the staff member assigned to his party, and she was incredibly attentive and professional. She helped with cake and presents and made sure all of the kids had a great time. Wonderful experience overall!

We rented the facility out for a special Easter Weekend event for our family. We had an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was well kept...and Oh Yeah the games were awesome! I highly recommend Laser Storm for any family event.

Awesome place for laser tag, and Im an adult! As long as you bring enough friends (at least 8) it would be a solid game. This location has unique rules for laser tag that makes the game more fun. One problem is the food stand there... so expensive!

My daughter had her birthday party here and it was fantastic! Our hostess, Sarah, was very friendly and kept things moving along. They were very accommodating to any last-minute changes and all of the kids had a blast!

A really fun birthday party for everyone! We had kids ranging in age from 4 to 10, girls and boys, and everyone had a blast! Very well organized. I enjoyed the party almost as much as the kids did. Very helpful staff.

Im shocked to see some of these terrible reviews. I always have likes this place and there was never anything wrong with it. I mean I broke one of the certificate chips once with no force, but that was it.

Nice place to spend an afternoon with friends or family. Arcade in the front and laser tag in the back. Definitely a fun time. Could do with a little variety in the game type though.

Kids love this place. They also love being able to get their stats after and comparing each others. Think the time inside the arena could be a lil longer..7 dollars for 10 mins.
