I will never have another birthday or family outing here again. You can garentee that. First of all the deposit was always 50 bucks when I called to reserve they charged 80, not a big deal less you have to pay later. Come to the day of the party and they have taken out the little kids zone which I have a 2 year old thats about the only thing he could do. There is an unmanned bouncy house. 2 year old can even get on it bc so many bigger kids were on it. There was only one womens restroom in order. We always got the basic package that came with one go cart or laser tag per child the day of the party ended up having to upgrade to the wrist bands bc nothing came with the basic party but a ticket for one free ride or laser tag NOT VALID on the date of the party a couple tokens and one slice a pizza per kid. The whole point of doing a party here was for the GO CARTS AND LAZER TAG if one or the other doesnt come with the party whats the point?

Wost family center i have ever been to! Most of the games were not working correctly. The prices on the games are horrible. The put put golf is in need of a major overhaul. The laser tag is about as bad as laser venture was when they closed down. The only thing that is any good is the go karts and that is not by much. We as a family regularly go to places like this pretty much every year. This is the worst one i have ever been to. Their website is out of date and needs an overhaul. It does not have a kids play zone anymore. They have taken it down. Honestly i feel ripped off. Honestly Chucke Cheese may not have go karts but is much better value. The 3.6 rating on here is a staged rating. The people that did a few of the 5 star reviews are suspect. Seems as if they have staff posting reviews to get the rating up.

An OK place to go. Your experience is going to be impacted based on how many people are there and how many of them act their age. Go carts were fun until a young boy who I believed to be around 16 started ramming everyone with his cart. The mini golf is just as others have stated a bit run down. The arcade had maybe 1-2 games I was interested in playing. Laser tag was a let down compared to the experience I had at the NRV Super Bowl. $5 debit / credit card minimum purchase. If it wasnt for the groupon deal I would avoid this place.

Kids love the place but watch out they will screw you. Web site clearly states that 2 hour arm band deal starts at top of the hour. But when I showed up at 8:00 they said last deal started at 7:30. When I asked for a manager he/she did not come out. An young worker said I could buy more passes. Why would I spend more money? I brought 3 kids so we lost an hour and a half of time with no repercussions. The final excuse was that if the deal went until 10 they would not get to leave until late. Then close early but I got screwed.

This place needs to be torn down completely in disrepair putt putt course conditions are so bad that its clearly a health and safety concern stagnate water and tons of trip hazards all stemming from poor maintenance and poor staffing. Everything in this place is broken all the time. They should be ashamed of the conditions and we made a call to the health department after seeing their food handling processes.

If you are over 8 years old...do NOT go here. For instance if you are a VT student looking to have fun...this is not the place to do it. The track is about a 50 circle and the go karts are extremely slow. Nothing at this place is fun for a young adult, waste of time and money.

I had a blast. My wife and I both. The people are so nice I mean just the nicest people ever. If it wasnt on the other side of the world from where I live I would go back again and again. Its just a nice and affordable way to spend the afternoon or evening

Been here for lots of childrens birthday parties and the kids always enjoy. Have also stopped in just to play a game of laser tag on a date night. You can buy packages for longer visits or tickets a- la- carte.

Great place for the arcade. They have a DDR extreme, and that was fun to play on. It is a bit run down, but I didnt really care too much, especially when theres not really anything else around.

When here on 9/02/17 and it was a blast for my 4 kids. The prices where amazing and it may of been crowded but there wasnt much wait time. I will defiantly go back next time I am out that way.

Putt putt course is a complete dump, half the go karts dont work, and its located between 2 sets of train tracks. The arcade games are ok but its full of obnoxious little kids.

Place is terrible, fifteen dollars for two hour pass, managed to get one go cart ride, In two hours. Outside track closed, understaffed, putt putt course Is pitiful.

Needs major updating. Gocarts are running slower than va speed limit recommendation. Extra fees for driving carts now at a lower speed. Batting cages not working.
