This place truly has something new, unique and exciting going for itself! I went through their Davey Jones Locker escape room with my friends and family and we had such a fun experience solving all the puzzles and riddles needed to get out of the room. We were able to make it out in 43 minutes but it was a challenge. If you are some one that love puzzles and mysteries I highly recommend giving this place a go. I am going back in the next couple of weeks to try their prison escape room. Also the staff was very friendly and made the experience much better. The owner, Amelia, and her family are very creative and have added something new and exciting to Market Street. Also shout out to Chap who was our guide and made our adventure entertaining!

I did the Escape Prison room and out of the eight escape games Ive done, this one remains the best. We had a group of six people, which I would say is about optimal for this room. The staff was great, notabley better than other games Ive done. The room scenery theming was good, but the puzzle theming was great. There was a lot of custom work put into this one that really elevated it above all the other rooms Ive done. The puzzles were diverse and of varying difficulty. The story and clues actually worked together well. We escaped in about 46 minutes, but would have been faster if a lock hadnt prematurely broken and threw us off track solving out of order clues. Other than that it was a great escape game. 9/10!

I tried this with my family of 5 which included my 70-year-old mom and three teenage boys. We did the ransom room and it just was a big disappointment. The first 20 minutes were in the dark which was frustrating and the puzzles didnt play well across different age groups. Also, for a one hour $150 session, I just expected the stage set to be a lot cooler. Seemed kinda cheaply done. I was just very surprised it wasnt a better experience as Id heard so many good things. Maybe we just picked the wrong room.

We took our sons, who are 15 and 12. We have done these types of activities before so we signed up for Ransom. We were told it was the most difficult room they have. While we didnt finish it in time, we had a great time trying. Our guide just happened to be one of the owners. She went over the few clues at the end that we didnt finish. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms. Great family activity. The best escape venue that we have tried.

We participated in the Prison Break room and it was really well made. All the clues led to something (unlike other escape franchises) and everyone ended up participating. We did this room with four other people and we ended up working together and escaped with a minute to spare! Mike was such a great help to us when we really needed it. His friendliness and helpfulness definitely made my family and I want to return back for another amazing experience!

Great place, we wandered into it on a Saturday night with a group of four randomly and had a blast in The Wardens Office. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a few days later with the rest of our family and did Davey Jones room. Grace was our guide both times, but everyone we encountered were very nice. Highly recommend this place. Wish we had been around another couple days to do The Ransom! Thanks for an awesome experience guys.

What a fun way to kick off a long weekend in Charleston! Tierney guided us the best she could through Davy Jones Locker because we chose not to get any hints. Although we did not escape in time (sooooo close), we had a great time working together to unlock the clues. The more participants, the merrier, and better chance of escaping. We cant wait to come back and try the other rooms. Great fun for the family!

OMG this was so much fun ! Cant wait to do another room here . Jacob our game Guide was awesome. We made it out of Davey Jones locker in 36 mins ! Almost the fastest time with no clues. This was our first time ever for an escape room and it was a total blast and we had fun working with complete strangers . Totally recommend this place to everyone!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and they take good care of you. The room keep us busy and it was a little challenging. We did the Ransom theme and I absolutely loved it. I had so much fun and can not wait to go back. If youre looking for something fun to do I highly suggest that you go here.

Great fun! We did the Prison Breakout room, which we finished with time to spare, even though we had some issues with a couple of clues and props. We were told it is the easiest of the four options, but we had a blast. These riddles brought out our not-so-latent nerdy qulities, and was far better than going to the movies.

This was an awesome experience! Adam was the guy who was our supervisor for our group and he was the best! All in all its a great experience to do the workers are awesome, cant wait to go try Davey Jones escape next if its still there next time I come in. They said that they change their themes every 6 months

We did the Davey Jones room, and it was super fun, especially since we made it under the time cap. All of the employees were really nice, and friendly. When we come back to Charleston we will definitely come back and try a different room. We would recommend anyone to go and give it a try.

They accidentally took people that walked in instead of our reservation (the people was supposed to come in the next day instead of this day), but the owner did everything she could to fix the problem and make sure we werent upset. They were super nice!

Really fun activity for team building or just seeing how good your friends are at solving puzzles. WARNING: Be on time! In fact, be 15 minutes early. Consider parking into your arrival as this is a very busy location right on Market St.

This was so much fun!!! We did Bomb Squad as a group but it would even be fun on a date night with only two people. There was only one room when we went and I cannot wait for the other ones to open, will definitely be going back!

Davy Jones Locker room was great for us and our two children in elementary school. Having done two other escape rooms, the challenge was not as great, but still a ton of fun.

Soooo fun! Staff is super friendly and professional. It took my group 59 minutes to complete the 60 minute prison escape room. Cant wait to try the other two rooms!
