If you are hosting any event, do it at Bella Sera! My mom, best friends and I hosted my baby shower here in the beginning of June and it could not have been a better event! Im the type of person that hates being the center of attention and has to have everything go smoothly according to plan or it ruins my whole day. If you are someone that worries about the same things, have your event here. You will feel so relaxed because the staff will do everything for you! Roz & Jake were amazing to work with. We made a bunch of decorations and I had so many concerns about how to make it look like the vision in my head and Roz came to the rescue. She added random decor pieces and gave suggestions and made everything look amazing. She isnt pushy at all either. She would just say If I may make a suggestion and you can totally turn it down..... The atmosphere is fantastic! Upon walking in, you fill like you are in tuscany. The coffee, hot tea and assorted juices were all set up and the cups were so cute! You really felt like you were at an upscale coffee shop. The pastries and fresh fruit were amazing and were a huge hit! On the bar, there were champagne glasses with strawberry champagne punch with fresh fruit which was another huge hit! Right outside the room after the welcome reception was the most amazing food display you could ask for. The food was all delicious too. We were allowed to bring our own cake and they were more than happy to cut and serve it for you! I am still hearing tons of positive feedback about the event and everyone said it was the best baby shower they have ever attended. We will definitely be hosting more events here! The social coordinator, Megan, was also great. She was extremely flexible and always replied to any emails with questions within hours. We started planning in January for June and we must have asked 100 questions. She was always more than happy to respond in extensive detail. She was even flexible about customizing the menu. She calls you throughout to make sure you have the exact custom layout that you want, the menu is exactly what you want and gives you any other pertinent information. She makes sure your day goes as smooth as humanly possible. I can honestly say this was the first time I have ever thrown an event and actually felt relaxed!

First we must apologize for taking so long to post a review. We got married on September 1st 2016. We can not say enough how wonderful our experience was and how the staff went out of their way to make our day very special. Lauren was the best and such a pleasure to work with. She handled every detail and was willing to work with us on any special requests we had. The venue was great.. We had the ceremony outside in the evening by the pond and the set up was perfect. The reception and dinner space was beautiful and decorated just the way we envisioned it. The hors dvoeuvres were very tasty and we got to sample all the choices before we picked. The dinner was also great and we received a lot of compliments of how good the food was, and again we got to taste all the choices before we picked our favorites. The wine and bar choices were great and we only had to add 2 additions to the list (at a reasonable cost). We would without reservation recommend Bella Sera to anyone as a perfect place to get married and/or have their reception !!!

My wife and I attended her companys holiday party there. The facility is beautiful. The servers were nice. The bartender was friendly and helpful. They started with a lovely appetizer spread, replete with Italian deli meats, fruits, cheeses, etc. We enjoyed the appetizers so much we were eagerly looking forward to the meal. The meal was a major, major disappointment. The salad was good, but they served whole lettuce leaves in the salad, making it hard to eat. They ran out of broccoli/cauliflower before everyone was through the serving line. The pasta with vodka sauce was pasty and tasted like the bottom of the sauce pan had been burned (smoky, nasty flavor throughout)--almost no one at our table ate it. The main course, we were told, was chicken marsala. However, it was chunks of beef in a beef gravy reminiscent of high school salisbury steak. They served crab cakes that were beautiful to look at but very, very salty. I would recommend it as a facility and maybe the head chef was out sick, because the meal was terrible.

Went to a wedding there on Labor Day Weekend 2012. They have a balcony and grand staircase overlooking the main hall, which makes for a dramatic entry for the wedding party and bride. The wedding and reception were both in the main hall, which, has a rustic Mediterranean, feel with faux-stone walls, and floor, and a black acoustic tile ceiling. But the ceiling is high up enough that you dont really notice, and Im sure it helps with the acoustics. I was wondering how they would manage having the wedding and reception in the same hall, but they simply invited everyone into the lobby and side party rooms for drinks and hors doeuvre while they shifted the tables around and set up for the reception. Im not sure how long it took, maybe 1/2 hour. But it worked very well. Food was excellent, although some of the hors doeuvre were a little salty. Service was prompt, sometimes a little too prompt, as they cleared some plates and drinks before people were done with them. Overall a very nice experience.

I was having dinner at Bella Seras for Easter and there was salad dressing spilled on the floor in sight of a bus boy. I was wearing an orthopedic boot because I had surgery on my foot. I stepped in the dressing and fell to the floor. The bus boy apologized and started to clean up the mess and I asked to speak to the manager. Erin Levers came over and apologized and was upset when she saw my boot saying, "Oh, thats my worst nightmare." She took my name and phone number. I have never gotten a call from anyone at Bella Seras to see how I am doing and they did not even offer to comp our dinners. I could have easily sued . My foot is still not healed. That is horrible customer service. So if you are thinking of having an event there - beware.

I went to a wedding reception here last summer and it was a sit down formal dinner. It took from 6pm-9:30pm to serve all of the dinners. One of the served portions was a "bowl" of soup that no one at the table even thought was a bowl. Honestly: it was a saucer. Wedding soup I believe it was. Though every other person had one meat ball. I cut mine in half to share with my fiance and he found a bone in it of some sorts. Save your money and go elsewhere. The building inside and out was beautiful but the service and food is still yet to be desired.

Ive been to Bella Sera 3 times and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, very good and you can tell that quality ingredients are used. Also the recipes are unique and obviously prepared by a very experienced cook. The wait staff all seem experienced so you dont get the weird waiter or waitress that talks too much or forgets about you. I really like the unique setup up the restaurant too. Next i want to take my wife there on a night when they have live entertainment. It will not be cheap but Im sure its worth it.
