They had one chance to get our business and failed. It would have been the first time we bowled there. My wife called up to see if they would have any open lanes at about 5:30 so we could take my 4 year old bowling for the first time.They said sure come on in. My wife specifically asked if we needed to reserve a lane and they said "no there will be lanes open". We drove the 30 minutes through rush hour traffic to get there. We went in and the guy at the counter said "we dont have any lanes open". (Most were empty, I think because of league night) No how are you, just "we dont have any lanes open". We told him that we called ahead and were told that there would be lanes open. He went and got the woman who my wife spoke to on the phone. She said "Sorry, I guess we got busier than I thought". Basically they wasted an hour of our time. (1/2 hour there and 1/2 hour back home) We will not go back.

I had the worst experience there this past weekend 1/14/17, the employees were rude. The one girl said my daughter didnt pay for a game and when I said well how did my grandson get bowling shoes her reply was he could have gotten them off the floor...I was livid! We went back and forth until they realized she did pay, no apology just well I cant keep up with everyone that comes up here. The manager is rude, the workers act like they hate their job and that is my first and last time I come there.

Very unsanitary. After paying 30 dollars for 2 games that lasted 15 minutes total my fingers felt weird like a burning sensation so I asked them if they left cleaning product in it and they said they dont clean the bowling balls ever. Thats gross God only knows how many people got sick or infections this way. And they refused a refund and gave me a hard time. I will be sure to get ahold of someone in charge. Very crabby and rude attitudes from everyone. What a waste of money.

I bowl here weekly for many years. Its definitely had its ups and downs, but has gotten a little better in the past few years. Used to be very poorly maintained, but they have fixed the bathrooms and seem to have much fewer mechanical problems on the lanes now. The alcohol selection leaves a little to be desired, but they make a decent Long Island Tea. Staff is friendly and generally attentive.

The manager just told us verbatim "we ARE NOT A PRIORITY." Worst customer service ever, from a manager! The other employees are not any better, but if that is their example, it isnt surprising. All we want is a lane after standing in line for 45 minutes.

Lanes are decent, and theres usually open lanes during regular bowl. (Not glow bowling) Wait staff is friendly, but it can be rather slow. Theres also a full bar, and the food is actually good... The pizza is mediocre though

Went on a Saturday evening and ordered food for our party. Food was not ready until 2 hours later and after bowling 3 full games. By the time our food arrived, we were leaving. Some of our party canceled their food order.

Good specials when we came at the end of the summer. It was fun for a group. It doesnt get a better rating because it was average as an experience. It wasnt anything special but it is the closest around.

They had a great summer deal, we had to take advantage of. Havent bowled in a while, well worth it. Call ahead to find out if leagues are on, its the only time its busy and might not be open lanes.

I love conchester lanes. Its the best ally in the whole wide world! The staff is courteous and friendly. The bartender is very sexy and makes the best long island ice tea

They are racist Ive been waiting over 45min to get served but the the white guy that sat down after us got served before us. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
