Visited on a weekend night, made a reservation for lane. BE ADVISED: If you make a reservation, plan EXACTLY how long it will take you to bowl, because when your hour is over, they turn the lanes off, mid game, and you will NOT be able to pay for additional time if there are people waiting (regardless of the fact you are paying almost double for the reserved lane). Apparently Revolutions operates on a "next come first serve" system. Hopefully if you are going to be bowling here, you dont have a mens size 10 or 11, or womens size 6 or 9 shoe, because if so.... your entire group will be wearing shoes that dont fit. I have NEVER been to a bowling facility that couldnt supply shoes in proper (common) sizes. Also, on the topic of lane reservations... if you DO reserve a lane, you are paying $20.00 more per hour, and the only thing you gain is a waiter/waitress who is so overworked that you might see him/her once in the whole hour you are there before you are kicked out and not allowed to pay to play any longer, EVEN AT THE HIGHER RATE. The bar didnt even have enough clean glasses to serve drinks in without serving you a beer in a warm glass. The bathroom floor was covered in water (or urine), and the paper towel dispenser was completely broken and hanging off the wall with wet paper towels all over. We couldnt even use the arcade area because the machine that dispenses the cards that you need to play the games was broken and there was no employee at the counter in the arcade area. The Revolutions facility clearly was at one point and could be very nice, and could easily be a great place to spend your time and money, however it is one of the most disorganized and poorly managed businesses I have ever visited, and neither I or any of the 4 people in our group will probably ever return. We even tried to bring these issues to the attention of the management and were completely ignored by one manager. We were leaving when we returned to find a second manager, who attempted to apologize and provide reasons (excuses) for our experience, but the operational failures of this place are beyond being repaired by one persons apology. I will say we were offered a gift certificate for free bowling in the future, however we have no plans to ever return to this place and I would not recommend Revolutions to anyone unless it is taken under new management.

Ill start off by saying this place is miserable. The only thing that this place has going for them is the pure bowling itself. But as someone who goes bowling for the experience alone, the experience couldnt be any worse. We start off by setting a bowling reservation, only to realize that youre required to spend at least $20/person on food/drink per person. As a 4 person group going at 8 pm, thats ridiculous. It didnt take much convincing to get that rule ignored for our visit. We get there and someone needs socks for bowling (which they offer) only to find out that they ran out. If it wasnt for the dollar store nearby, we wouldve been out of luck. To be fair, the bowling and the food was fine. If you find yourself here, I recommend the loaded tater tots. Then we make our way to the arcade. The coin machine, as well as half of the games they offer are not just out of order, but completely turned off without any notice or reason why. We spent the money on an arcade card anyway, but regret it immediately upon realizing that we couldnt use it for anything meaniful. Skeeball, one of the few games that worked, costed $4 per game. This place has so much potential, but they squander it with poor, ineffective sales tactics and misguided management.

THIS PLACE SUCKS ... love the concept. . But the service is the worst it could be. . On the tables on the bar and at the bowling lanes.!! This is my 5th visit and its bean always the same crap. The employees ignore you cause they are talking with coworkers and the manager shows up to be part of there conversation. At the bar I waited 13mnt to be acknowledge and the manager was in front of me. At the lanes me and my friend waited 30mnt to be said it will take a while cause they had a party goin on.. same thing at the table but at the table every appetizer came burn.. and they use the same excuse to justify it. Then I brought a party with reservations and they took 1hr to bring the main course to the table. And again they said we got another big party going on at the same time. This place have a great concept but the service SUCKS...!!

About 20 minutes after ordering our appetizers, the waitress came out to tell us that they were out of tortilla chips for our dip trio, and that it would be about another 20 minutes to fry some more up. When the food finally came and it was pretty mediocre overall. The cheese on my girlfriends grilled cheese sandwich was not completely melted. The kitchen had probably about 8-10 workers, yet it took us about an hour and a half to get our food. There were only 5-6 other tables beside ours, none of which were particularly large. Definitely slow service for the amount of employees and the small number of diners. The waitress we had was very courteous though. If I could have paid the waitress more of a tip out of the total bill and gave less to the restaurant I totally would have.

Wanted to bowl this evening and called ahead to see it they took reservations for bowling tonight around 6pm. They told us there wasnt reservations and it is first come first serve and to just come in. We drive 40 minutes to get there at 6:00pm and when we get to the counter they tell us all the bowling lanes are in use now from private parties and they wont open up until 9:30!!! Are u kidding me!! Nobody could tell us this on the phone!!! We expressed our frustrations but of course teenagers dont care. A total a waste of time and horrible customer service. I am a business owner of 7 Pa/Nj business and I give this place another year if they keep this stellar service up! Will never bother going here again!!!

Been here twice. I definitely like this place. Cool atmosphere and the staff is great and helpful. Tonight we sat at the bar and the bartender (I didnt catch her name but will update when I do) was great. She spoke with us and didnt make it feel like she was just trying to earn a tip. She kept on top of us and was very informative with the drink menu and food menu. Previous time we played pool and bowled. Both, table and alley, were in great condition and the place looks super cool with music and plenty of tvs to watch sports. Emily was tending to us and she was amazing. Great personality and felt like she was apart of our group for years. Definitely a new place for me to comeback to now that I live in PA.

This place has a very good concept bowling, restaurant, bar, bands to come to watch play and an arcade, what could go wrong? The thing is the food is way overpriced so opted to go elsewhere for food, the arcade is not that great with a poor selection, expensive and costs 5 credits one credit equals a dollar to play most games. The one game was 12 credits and it was just a simulated roller coaster. The service is horrible, walked in the girl at the desk looked mad at the world and made comments to us like I can tell this is your first time here. Sat down to eat something, very expensive and no one was around at all to seat us or even acknowledge we were there. Terrible place to go.
