Im gonna try to be as nice as I possibly can about certain things. When I went (on a Friday evening), there were maybe three or four employees that I could see. The one working the front desk (BIG guy) was friendly at first but after he sent us off to our lane, it wasnt working. I couldnt blame him for that unless he needed to activate it or something. BUT I did go back to him to let him know it wasnt starting up. He said hed help in a minute, which was fine; the line was long. So I waited maybe 5-8 minutes, I see him walking our way, but he stops and helps all the other people that are in the lanes beside us. He then LEFT and went to the concession stand. At this point I only had seen two employees and Id been waiting at least 15 minutes. I go over to him again, and insist to have someone help us (we paid for 2 hours of bowling, time was ticking). He says to me with an attitude, "I can get to it if you can be patient, Im making fries." OKAY there are other people you could ask to help us, or to make your IMPORTANT french fries... so big guy was a lost cause. Luckily after a total at least 20 minutes I see a man that works there and let him know that our lane wasnt working yet and how long its been. He sets our lane up for a reset. After that, my experience there was average. The music was really loud, but bearable, and our lanes pins would mess up causing false scores (in our favor of course) so nothing else to complain about. The service of the one large man was just annoying and a mood killer. Arent you supposed to help all of your patrons? I really REALLY wish I had gotten his name, as well as the name of the man that helped us finally. Would go there again if need be.

Poor customer service, average bowling. I was quoted one price on the phone, so I planned an outing for a group of teenagers based on that price, and then when I arrived was told Id been misinformed and the price was almost 50% more than what Id been told on the phone. No apology, just "so, do you want to bowl or not?" (I would have walked away, but instead I had to cover the difference for all the kids who hadnt brought enough money. Not cool.) Also, if you do go, dont go on a Sunday, because "the league" gets priority for all the tables. We bought a $16 pizza and were rudely told we couldnt sit at any of the empty tables because they were "reserved for the league." The bowling itself was fun, though.

Fun place. Only concerns I have is the league bowlers there are jerks and very rude. We went there with another family and had 4 kids with us..tried to go an have a fun time but had league bowlers next to us that complain to staff they the had to.be near kids, our kids are very well behaved and where just sitting in the seats excited as they could be. And they complain and made us get all of.our stuff and move because of our children. Not sure why we had to move and not them. Not sure what theyre where trying to accomplish anyway watching them bowl they sucked really bad I mean gutter ball after gutter ball. Must of been how many 0s you can get in. Turn hillbilly league

This place needs more staff. We stood at the counter, after being told by the shoe girl that someone would be with us, for over 5 minutes. We were acknowledged by no one. I had to go to the concession stand to ask if this was a self-serve bowling alley because nobody was helping us. The shoe girl proceeds to tell us that she couldnt check us in... yes, I kind of got that drift after she walked past us 4 times, and didnt acknowledge us either. ZERO COMMUNICATION = UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. Its been years since I went to this bowling alley. I recall the last time being very unhappy with the desk staff. Its coming back to me, now, why I hadnt been back in years. UGH!

The guy at the desk was a real dushbag! We went there around 9 and boought 2 games witch are pretty expensive 15$ for 2 games (with the shoes rental) And he never told us they close at 10pm ON the website it says they close at 11pm!!! We never played our second game. Then I asked him for 2 lanes he didnt let us we were 4 people and I said what if its just me and he was so mean and said but you are with them ( the bowling was empty! ). Really really disapointed ! And they dont take credit cards! DONT GO THERE.

The guy at the desk is not a respectful person at all. I like the place and the prices and everything. But def not going back here to be disrespected for no reason. Like Im asking him to do more than his job. - I asked him how do I start the game > he said press the left bottom and then the red one. So I tried and didnt work. I went back to him and asked him to help, but he was like " are you sure you did it correct" and he said that 3 times. I dont recommend this place at all.

Fun place to go to. I have gone quite a few times this summer and I think that you will enjoy yourself if you go. Nice environment. Good price. Good food. Good everything I should say. Everything about this place is everything I would expect from a bowling alley like this one. I will recommend anyone who is trying to have a good time to come to this place. How could you go wrong with this place?

Understaffed, over-priced, two registers with two people at one & nobody at the other, out of beer, Ive seen 10 year olds multi-task more efficient, lane computer system must have been built with the Apple II OS (soooo sloooow)....the 1 star is for the cool Bowling paint job and lighting on the exterior. Sunday at 2:00pm, party of 2, 2 games each, 2 rentals, $30 bones!

Went on a Tuesday for the $2 games with my friends. Was there for 5 minutes and then was asked to leave because a club bowling team was coming and didnt want to bowl next to anyone else. What kind of crap is that? We were given three free games but we never went back so basically lost our money. Horrible staff!

Terribly service. Waited over 30 mins for service looked over and saw the same waitresses that told me she was on her way serving other people who came up after I did. When I mentioned this to an employee I got no sorry or anything. I will not be back to here.

Look, its a run down bowling alley in a shopping center. What do you expect? The staff isnt thrilled and there will always be loud kids. But hey, thats the attraction of a bowling alley! Its definitely a well kept version of your childhood memories

Fun place. Wait staff is great. I do think that the cost of bowling at all bowling alleys is way too high. It needs to be affordable for kids so that they have something to do besides hanging out in the streets.
