How about giving ZERO or negative Star, Is it possible on this page? We were group of three for beginners rock climbing. The girl in Downtown Turner Hall, on reception was attending us with other 2 people more. She lose her patience upon us when it was our turn for first trial in her observation. She bluntly told us that she cannot allow us to use their rock climbing harnesses and told us to shift to bouldering. We were very excited initially for rock climbing but became very disappointed by her behavior towards three of us. Her language was rude enough that one of us certainly wanted to leave the Turners Hall at very moment. We paid all price and even then we were not allowed for unknown reason. We are certainly going to talk to her Manager about whole episode of insulting from reception staff and their unpoliet language.

When we got engaged our first thought for our reception was Turner Hall Ballroom. We contacted the sales staff and from the first day we met I was blown away with the service we received from Marc and Andrew. They made our wedding completely perfect, they provide incredible service and I cant express enough how a great staff made all the difference in our big day. We used the Louisas group for catering (manages Turners restaurant) and they were just as amazing. Highly recommend this venue to all brides and grooms who do not want a traditional boring wedding.

The vibe is mellow. If you drink, buy a double. The parking can be a bit of a challenge on game nights at the Bradley Center. More often than not, the headline band goes on after the "BC" has cleared out, leaving you with many parking options if you skip the opening band and head in to the venue after 9pm. The balcony can be a sound trap. There are a few tables. If you sit, your view will be blocked by people standing in front of you. I like the fact that they kept the interior as they found it, dark.

I like Turner Hall because you can stand and dance close to the stage. The floors are hard wood so the music vibrates into your feet. Its like stepping back in time because they have only remodeled the bathrooms and the doors are huge. In the words of the lead singer of Los Lobos " Youre got a great place here." I think so too!

I was a gymnast student with my 3 brothers here in1954 & 55& 56 under the tutelage of Mr Shieget. It was great. The forerunner of modern day gymnastics today. We performed a lot with the Turners. Our mom worked a few blocks away at the House of Beauty as s a beautician. Our dad was a truck driver.

I love this venue. It has a lot of history and some really cool architecture. I have seen numerous concerts here and have always had a great experience. Prices at the bar during the show are pretty reasonable as well.

For those not from the area, this used to be an eatery famous for its fish fry and sausage platter amongst other things. It is changing to an indoor venue for concerts and that is excellent news for Milwaukee.

Easily my favorite venue to see a concert in Milwaukee. Sure, theres nets on the ceiling to catch possible falling debris, but dont let that prevent you from seeing a show here, because youll have a blast.

Saw Murder By Death here. Great looking venue. You are allowed to get so close to the stage. The drinks are over priced, naturally. But the tickets were cheap for such a nifty place.

One of the best venues in Milwaukee to listen to a concert. The floor is a little warped, but the closeness to the stage, great acoustics and vintage feel makes it one of the best.

Staff didnt seem happy with their jobs. Drinks were very expensive. Acoustics were pretty good. Not a lot of seating so get there early or be prepared to stand the whole time.

This place is only open during BMO events, but the bartenders are amazing and make everyone feel like their in a small town bar. The woodwork and decor is beautiful as well.
