Chaotic Stampede. Attended an evening concert on 8/3/17 with my teenage children, upon arrival we paid for parking and were directed to a parking space.. then we were on our own. We approached the venue at the "East Gate" to find two lines of people waiting and no staff or security around to direct. We waited in one of the lines for roughly 25 minutes, then chaos broke out. Suddenly people were getting out of line and running towards the East Gate doors in a frenzy. It took about 60 seconds for the two lines to turn into a stampede heading toward the doors. At this point we heard the parking attendant yell "I told yall just to move the *line* more toward the building and away from the parking lot!! I dont know what yall are doing..." and walked away. There was no order, the back of the growing crowd continued to push and people were packed against the doors. We EXPECTED to see venue staff / security arrive and restore order, it never happened. No one came out and directed the crowd, we stood packed against the door for 45 minutes. Then an employee tried to open a door and the second she did the crowd pushed forward hard, she yelled out "one at a time dont push". Then closed the door. No one heard her. (That was their solution????) Roughly 20 minutes later the front of the crowd began to shift backwards, the doors were pried open and the crowd started pushing forward, once again the stampede ensued, it was complete and utter chaos and it was dangerous. The worst part of the ordeal was that there were NO STAFF AND NO ADULTS directing the crowd, a crowd that was primarily unaccompanied minors. I wouldnt trust this venue to keep you and your loved ones safe, its unorganized, chaotic and there is no crowd control.

Re: BTS Concert. The most unorganized event I have EVER taken my daughters too. I shelled out MEGA bucks for GA "seats" to see their favorite band. We live hundreds of miles away from your venue. Less than 12 hours prior to concert day they announce that they need to be there by 10 am to get some bracelet. So, Im on the road for an 5pm sound check with an 8pm concert start at 5am in the morning.... because you know EVERYONE lines up early. So, here we are.. you make all of these people who paid top dollar to get sound check tickets, who now have to get bracelets stand in the rain. Did you pass them out at 10 as promised? No... you didnt even have them passed out until after 12.... mind you ALL IN THE RAIN. So, now I rush my drenched kids to the hotel to get warm, fed and ready to be back by 3pm to STAND IN LINE...IN THE RAIN.....AGAIN... for a 5pm sound check.... this is UNACCEPTABLE! After the sound check you wont let them stay inside in the warmth... instead you give them ANOTHER bracelet...TO LINE UP AGAIN....IN THE RAIN! You would think that it couldnt get worse...BUT IT DID. Instead of entering by the bracelet number, security allowed a little mini mob to push through the line so they could get closer "seats" .Seats they didnt pay for, line up for, stand in the rain for....ect. Both daughters were bruised by this mob action. They go see their favorite band, enjoy it as best as they could, and now they are both so sick they had to have medical treatment. Allstate, I expected way more from you!!! ONE MAD MOM! P.s. I loved the one hour wait in traffic to get my kids...NOT! Even your PD is as unorganized as you... At least there is some consistency!

Ill be honest, this place deserves more of a 2.5 star rating than a 3. Now this is just a traditional concert/sport venue where concerts, Chicago Sky games, Chicago Wolves games, Harlem Globetrotters, and more are held. Pros: I liked this place because it had a huge selection of seating and restaurant. The actual arena was huge! The center is more than big enough for anything and you can see what ever is going from every seat. The food here is very good, but very pricey. $7.25 for one slice of pizza and another $5.50 for a small drink. Just keep that in mind. I also like how there is a lot of friendly security that will keep you safe. There is also unlimited amount of parking because of there huge lot. Cons: WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! There is a potential thief working here. When my friend was paying for a pizza at Ikes Pie Shop in front of the south gate, the guy wouldnt give him any change. My friend said that he had to fight for change for over 1 minute. Heres an in depth description of this worker: he is a little bit of an older guy with an obese appearance with a mostly bald head with gray hair. All I have to tell you is to stay away from him. Like I said before, the prices for food were very high. The seats here are very uncomfortable but dont really mind me that much. All in all, I will be back for something, but I will stay away from buying food. You should do the same.

We came for Disney on Ice. I couldnt get my tickets to print at home so when we arrived I wanted to park by the ticket office. They have people tell you where to park, of course I just parked where I wanted so the man directing traffic STOPPED and walked all the way over to me just to yell that his job is to tell me where to park and he didnt say I could park there. I explained I have a 1 year old and I need to go to the ticket booth & I was not going to walk with her outside (when its freezing outside and she is in a princess dress) from the opposite side of the parking lot. He yelled for about 3 minutes which means traffic stood still for that long! I walked away and did what I needed to do. Lines were short to get my tickets printed and then walk across to the main arena to get in. No one directs you where to go but we found out seats fine. NOW, the show started at 7. About 10 minutes in 2 Hispanic men with a language barrier are trying to find their seats. They had an attendant try to assist them but she wasnt very helpful. After 20 minutes of people standing up and talking in front of us I asked what the issue was and the attendant said "I dont know, I think he is retarded." This continued until INTERMISSION when it turned out that other people were sitting in their seats! I can going to call and complain because we missed half the show & we arrived early!

Went to this event and let me say how incredibly rude one of the staff were. The one supervisor security man by section 214. There was yellow caution tape blocking the top half 214 section and even though people werent allowed to cross it to get to the other side, he handled it so unprofessionally. He literally yelled at every person who tried to cross the tape. I sat right by that section and having to see him do this every 5-10 minutes really put a damper in my experience. I understand people should have seen the tape, but honestly if he didnt want people to be crossing that section perhaps he shouldve stood on the other side where most people were crossing from and instead of yelling at everyone, and do it politely and redirect them without yelling. Also, he kept telling the people sitting next to that section to tell those who tried to cross that section to go back. Sorry, but its not the concert goers job to redirect others when theyre just there to enjoy the concert. If the venue wanted to keep that section blocked and prevent people from entering that section then theu shouldve had more people on each side redirecting people instead of relying on concert goers to do it. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism from staff at a concert venue before. I would not come back to this venue again.
