A great nature refuge in the city. There are several paths to explore including a small pond. There are not landscaped as in a park but simple rugged paths. In the building, they provide a variety of classes and activities. The building is handicap accessible however, the paths are rough. (The staff is very helpful and I suspect that if you contacted them in advance some accommodations would be made - but the paths are rough.)

My two year old loves the Wonder Bugs preschool program! Every week theres a new topic with different activities for the kids to enjoy. Its well thought out and a great way to have kids learning about nature. Many fun events throughout the year including Maple Syrup Fest and Pipers in the Prairie. We love also love just stopping by to hike around. The whole place is beautiful.
