Wow. Just had a party here for 8 kids tonight Cost me $270 dollars for a dirty, disgusting facility. IF I had known it was this ran down, I wouldnt have came and I wont be back. Employees are all teenagers and they were actually pretty nice kids. Inflatables were still not up - reading reviews, its been over 2 months now. Place is dirty and run down. Used to be pretty cool. No waivers or safety video to watch before playing. Girl shut down the foam pit area for over 25 minutes and shut it down again at the end of our time. So in 2 hours, it was shut down twice. Half of the games are garbage or dont work. No AC in the place. Over-priced Dominos pizza. Food area closed. Party room was OK. Walls, carpet, and everything else is dirty. Have to pay a few dollars for their socks now as well which you didnt have to do back a while ago but no biggie I guess. Overall - terrible place now that for a Saturday night was basically empty. With the way its ran, the lack of safety and cleanliness, the cost - this place will be closed down probably in a few months. I love the owners comments on these reviews about being the "cheapest around Chicagoland" -- DUDE, the place has turned into a dump - these reviews state the same thing over and over - look at the place and fix it up and people will pay. No one wants to come into a half empty, half broken, dump... Would not and will not recommend this place again. What a joke.

This place is the worst. Epic Air is much better for trampolines. Yesterday was my first time at this place, they closed at 9, but I got there around 8:15. I was dropped off there with my friends so no adults were there. If you are under the age of 18, you need an adult to sign a waiver for yourself. I literally walked over to the computers and did it myself... they didnt care which was a little odd. Another reason, after that I go up to the desk to pay, then me and my friends ask if we needed socks bc/ you need a certain kind of socks for these trampolines I guess. The lady at the desk said that they ran out, so we could just jump in our normal socks.. Hmmm okay.. Im not even on the trampoline for 15 minutes until I had to leave bc/ I sprained my ankle. I limped all the way down and up stairs and none of the members asked why I was limping or seemed upset. Their service towards costumers are terrible and they need to work on that. At Epic Air, the members that work there care and will be there for you. In 7th grade a few years ago, the same thing happened with my ankle. They stopped immediately, got myself a wheelchair and gave us ice, drinks, offered to call the ambulance. Epic Air was on it. So long story short, Mega sucks. Go to Epic Air.

This place is a joke! Im sitting here now with another mother and the consensus is that I wont be bringing my children back! The kids are beyond unruly and they have 1 person handling all the issues with kids not getting along. The kids are running in every direction! Many kids have left the building to go to McDonalds and come back in. I was under the assumption once you pay to come in you cant leave. Parents please talk to your kids regarding the safety of staying in the building because the management isnt monitoring any of it! Not to mention any adult can come in and sit and watch your child! If an adult comes in they should have some kind of security measure to make sure youre not some creep coming in off the street. Possibly a different wrist band color for the parents to make sure they are legit to sit and watch. Ive witnessed a few fights, name calling and not the mention the fowl language of these kids! I could go on but I think you get the idea from this review.

August 18th I drop the kids off at 8 come back around 11. I see a group of kids walking through the parking way out by the car lot. 11-12yr olds I find out. I pull up in line and I look inside and I see a kid smoking an E-cigarette!!! I go inside, ask for a manager. Kids at desk say there is none. I ask whos in charge, they say no one!! Literally! I go get my kids and see only one supervisor on the entire floor. I see the kid who was smoking and ask him his age and hes 13! I gave him a little pep talk and told him to leave. I was furious and asking who is in charge and who is letting this stuff happen?!?! The kids just stand there red faced with there hands in the air with nothing to say. Oh and whats worse was there was about 5 coward parents in there who did or said nothing. Like they didnt see the huge cloud of smoke right in the common area!!! Good job parents!!! Im going to try n get this place regulated or shut down. If you want to help contact me.

I would rate it a 0 if I could. Tonight I took my 3 girls there and we paid $39.00. We walked in and the bounce houses where down and broken the jump pit was closed and they only had the basketball jump and one other one opened. We have a 5 8 and 10 year old. We turned around and went to the desk and asked for a refund because there was nothing opened or up and running. We where told no refunds are given yet we where offered a $15.00 gift card. Why not give us a $39.00 and let us come back the following weekend if what you say is true and everything will be fixed. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I get the whole no refund but if it is the businesses fault then the custo.er should be given a refund. Or say just do you know not everything is up and running before taking our money. They have lost our business and I have contacted the main office in hopes they handle this in a professional manner and refund my money.

the place smells. there is garbage everywhere inside and outside. they treat their employees like crap. i have met the managers and its not their fault its the managements boss that is the problem. every employee that i talked to had a great personality and helped me as much as they could. the prices are a rip off. i saw mouse poop near the water fountain and thats disgusting. there are holes in the ceiling. you think the owner would fix that considering children play there. there are also many rips in the trampolines. isnt that against some code? OSHA definitely should be called. there was this man behind the concession counter, he was acting very inappropriate to an employee who was working the concessions. the girl didnt even look older than 17. she didnt seem like she liked it either. this is disturbing and i will never bring my family back there again. should have let me vote with zero stars.

Horrible. Dirty. Gross. Broken. Those are the first words I would use to describe this place. We were here 2 years ago and it was amazing. However, a lack of cleaning and maintenance has dragged this once fun spot into the dumps. It is run by a group of teenagers that dont watch the kids or enforce safety rules. All of the bounce houses shown on their website are gone. Only an empty spot remains where they once were. The arcade games are all broken. Half of them are off. The food court is shut down. No food to be had here. Nothing has been cleaned in months. Carpet is filthy. Trampolines and mats are gross. I would avoid this place at all costs. Also very hot and smells like sweat. We once gave this 5 stars. Now 0. I would never have guessed that it could have gone downhill so fast since our last visit. Seek fun elsewhere!
