I played the slot machines here and ate at the Longhouse Buffet. I like that they have a non-smoking section for slots and the buffet didnt smell like smoke despite having an open doorway. The casino was easy to drive to and they have two parking garages: one by the casino and one by the hotel. Both are accessable from the casino. The parking garages are free to park yourself, but I believe the valet costs money. I didnt play the different tables, but the slot machines take both cash and a preloaded players card. I came out a little ahead of what I put in (playing the machines mostly in the non-smoking section), but my husband played all the cash he brought and didnt come out with any. The buffet was just okay. We got the Christmas buffet (around $24 each) and they had some Mongolian food, a carving station, peel and eat shrimp, crab legs, turkey and stuffing, and desserts such as soft serve ice cream and different cakes/pies. Most of the food was a little bland and the less popular food choices like the salmon were dry from being out. The casino aspect was nice. The machines were clean and I didnt see any out of order. There is only one section of pay out machines that can give out change, so you have to go to the cashier to get coins back if those are busy. The rest give out the bill cash just fine though and you can put quite a few cash out papers (I put in around 6 I believe). It was decently busy, but not overwhelming. If you want a certain machine, you may have to wait a little while, but if youre just picking one at random, there are plenty open. The buffet had about a 30 minute wait even though they quoted me an hour. All in all, I had fun and I left with a full belly and not feeling like I got ripped off.

I spent three days and two nights exploring this beautiful place with my dear friend and her family, and I cannot express enough how incredible it is. We stayed in the tower the first night, which is just completely impeccable, then the next night we were at the resort, which is also exquisite. The pool and gym are inside this building, and the door that leads to the outdoor jacuzzi, which got more of our time than the fourth floor! (the casino floor) The casino is huge, with so many different kinds of machines, and some very cool tables. Theres smoking and non, with a deli that has some of the best food I have ever had anywhere, a giftshop full of things to brag about, and a bar and stage where the music sounds great. The views around this resort are so incredibly gorgeous, the art all around the property, the inspiring carvings, the intensely beautiful totem, the masks and creatures youll enjoy finding around inside. There are more things than you can look at in three days, I spotted new things even today as we were leaving. This place is an absolute joy to be, there are so many good things to eat and always something fun to do, its near impossible to find yourself bored. Every employee we interacted with was a delight to speak to, and incredibly happy to help quickly. All in all, this is a place the entire family can find rest, joy, peace, and rejuvenation.

Again. ...terrible play, lost $50 in less then 10 min. Not one bonus and the place was dead. The machines are not at all fun to play and Meltdowns are completely shut off. Nickle Alley was the best play in the house now thats gone too. Not sure why people continue to give this place such high ratings. I travel all over the country & stay in tribal casino resorts alot. This place is nothing out of the ordinary. The food is mediocre at best & as far as the scenery goes many Pacific northwest casinos & resorts are just as nice or nicer. Ever been to Quinalt? Maybe the employees are writing the reviews? I gave you 2 stars because your employee who drove the golf cart was a super nice guy. ^5 They are obviously shooting themselves in the foot because Lucky Eagle is sold out night after night but last minute rooms here available all the time.Their payouts are 100% higher & consistent. Lastly the set up is bad....having to walk outside down a hill late at night with no lights to the resort is a bad idea. Come on Clearwater. ...you used to be our casino of choice. .....is money worth more than your reputation?

Me and my 63 year old mother where stopped at the entrance and asked for our IDSs (we are obviously of age) a tan guy wearing the whole security get up with arm tattoos (regret not getting this jerks name) he tells me HE HAS TO DENEY ME SERVICE DUE TO THE CONDITION OF MY( PERFECTLY ELIGIBLE) LICENCE. It has a bend in it due to the bend in m my wallet YOU CAN READ IT PERFECTLY. . ok so laugh cause he cant be serious he shows no emotion as I explained to him that me and my mother had made the long commute it was my first experience and we were really looking forward to this.. he says "NOT MY FAULT.. ITS TOTTALY DESTROYED AND UN READABLE" really? He knows he could read it, my mother couldnt believe what he was saying.. my horrible and disapointing experience was all due to the casino allowing a sick jerk that ABUSING HIS AUTHORITY AND ENJOYS HAVING POWER OVER ANYONE HE WANTS... PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE DANGEROUS AND SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY AUTHORITY OVER ANYONE.. IT WILL ALWAYS BE USED TO LARGEN THEIR EGO..

Stayed overnight in the new hotel Halloween night and have to say that rooms are pretty nice. Shower was nice and spacious except for when you turn the hot water on, it takes a few minutes to get hot and you have to get cold water on you because of the location of the handle. They dont have enough Poker games for gambling, ie, 3 card poker but gaming is pretty good. The new restaurant, The Clearwater, is over priced for the amount of food. The ambience is just ok, not a fine dining restaurant ambience. The tables in there are too wide, feels like I might have to use my phone to talk to my wife. They need to work on a few things in the restaurant. Now the worst part is the lounge, The Beach Rock, it was a nice place inside except for the drinks are over priced and watered down. Im not the only one who feels this way, I have talked with others and they agree, watered down drinks. Not cool Clearwater, not cool at all. Overall it was fun evening but so many things can be done to improve it.

It was easy to find from the highway. Easy, close, free covered Handicapped parking in the parking garage. With an elevator directly from parking garage to the casino floor. I didnt play enoughf =$60.00 to earn any rewards, that im aware of. I did get a players club card from the Players Club Services counter. I think new people get a free play ($5?) promotion. Theres was plenty of fun looking games and there were around 20 tables playing cards, kraps, roulette and even keno. There was a smokeing area, and free softdrinks and coffee. The server offered drinks from the bar too. I heard (pretty good) live music coming from the bar area. There was a Bistro and also a nice resturaunt (check out the buffett specials) if yoy get hungry. I didnt win. Lots of people did tho. I did get the card, a lanyard and also a blinking led button that say Clear Water Casino.
